Did you do any painting to the primary covers? The reason I ask is that harley Shop said they can paint mine to match the original paint ? Just wondering if they wasted my time. I was going to install new ome covers .
love the bike. I only have one worry that header tape is to close to those exhaust valves. Get those exhaust valve seats to hot you run the risk of dropping a seat. Just back off the header tape away from the cylinder head inch or so, good to go. learned this from racing friends.
@@Saltysailor83 wrong also have to replace the jugs as well. also will have to have the cases bored to accept the 103 jug spigots on the bottom of the cylinder. But motor is physically pretty close to the same size as your 88 in there now so it will fit back in the frame just fine.
This thing is not a Night Train it's called a deuce if you're going to take pictures of it and title it make sure you know what it is it's a Harley Davidson Deuce
Mike, a carburetored Harley can easily be made to idle as low as you like with 1 screw. As a Harley Engine Builder, its recommended to set the idle between 950 to 1050 r.p.m. SARGE
Whats funnier is when you realize that the Deuce and VRod have the same tail light. Deuce is awesome minus the rear fender. I own one. I love everything but the fender. Probably best looking factory Harley Tank ever.
First I seen deuce fender on anything other than deuce
Nasty!!! That thing looks and sounds like a beast

Best part was seeing the look on the little boys face. LoL.
Beautiful wheels, your crazy with the nitrous tho, lol.
Wondering if its really nitrous or a slick way to house the air for the air bags
That is my old bike. Looking good.

As another commenter asked, I would also like to know the height of the risers you've installed, as they are much lower than the stock 6".
Got a 04 night train it's got 80,000 miles and is dirty as hell. But I do ride it more than I wash it. Take her in a good storm or sell it.
Cool ride. What seat is that
Kids love Harleys
❤

That's the idle sound I want, I have a 06 that just sounds like it idles to high and no cam ..I want that sounds from the cams ..help me!!!

Not even, that bar sits a lot lower than the stock.....
What kind of cam you running? Sounds nice
Now that is a cool looking bike brah !!

Was it much trouble getting the 103 into the stock frame? I have a 04 train with the 88cc and was wanting more power as well.
Just replace the flywheel and pistons, add SE heads for a 103.
That's a Great exhaust for BIG DISPLACEMENT ENGINE too.
Thunderheader.

I have a 05 night train. I've been looking for a rear wheel like that. Where did you get that?? Is it stock width?? Sounds like a monster!
The twin cam softails are the best, don't you agree?
Is the back fender of a v rod?
no, softail deuce
@@nickxwc9508 looks great
