    Hi Michelle, I came across your workouts about 4 months ago. I watched the video's & that was it, I couldn't find the motivation to take part. I have kinda let myself go over the last 2 years & other things in life have got me down ... like being bullied in the workplace, getting a new job & then being made redundant due to funding issues, then my sister passed away & lots more.
    I used to be so fit, now I have gradually put on over 2 stone & felt rubbish about myself.
    But because I saved some of your videos & get notifications for them, I watched this one last night, told myself I would complete it today & I did ... it was hard, but made me feel better. So thank you, thank you for helping me get my motivation back. I look forward to completing many more of your workouts 💪 😊

      All you had to do was start! I’m so proud of you! Keep listening to that voice of wisdom in your head that is telling you what you need for YOU! Shut out all the negative chatter as it doesn’t serve you. Thank you for sharing your hardship and also your accomplishment! Do something daily that gives back to you, even if it’s just a walk or laying in the floor breathing deeply! I hope to see more comments from you as you complete more workouts! ❤️😘

      @@MichelleBriehler Thank you for taking the time to reply & I'm going to keep trying, even if I fail at times. I have a new job & work from home most of the time, so I am going for a 40 minute walk before work & a 30 minute walk after. I completed your Tabata Strength today 💪 & it really does make you feel better, even though I know I have a long way to go. I have scrolled through hundreds of fitness coaches on here & there is something different about yours. Thank you once again for helping me find that motivation to make a positive change in my life 😊

    I felt like doing a fun cardio kickbox today, so I came back to this one! 👍It got my HR up, and that bit of arm work was just right. 💪 It's good to come back to the kickbox moves again in the 2nd round. Once you know the moves, you can really kick it up! 💥

    I love the use of moderate weights in the middle of the cardio for the arms! I also love the repetition in the choreography. I feel like it takes me three times through to really nail the kickboxing moves. Thank you for another great workout 🙂

    WOW!!! I am sooooo happy I'm a member! I truly feel like a VIP getting these workouts early!!
    This one is my new favorite KickBoxing workout, Michelle!! Love everything about it!!! The arm segments are the BOMB💪💪 as is the KickBoxing🥊 you always keep it fresh and challenging!! Your cuing totally perfect, as always!!👍👍👍

    I loved this workout! Spent the day on the couch yesterday with sinusitis and after waking up feeling better, this was a perfect workout. Hardly any impact and not too complicated. Thanks so much, Michelle and team...I would love more of these, too!

    This workout kicked my booty. I have been sick and haven’t done any form of exercise for 2 weeks, maybe a little bit more. The weights got me. Don’t worry. I will be back tomorrow. Thank you for the killer workout.

    Thank you I was looking for intense low impact standing workouts with squats or lounges I tried other channels but it was not getting me warm or making me sweat or burn you have masters low impact standing knee friendly hit workouts

    Thanks Michelle! This was perfect for me today. Getting back to working out after a minor surgery a few days ago. This was just right for getting my heart rate up, getting sweaty, and some arm work, but it didn't kill me! 😀

    Just finished this gem for the 3rd time since its release!!! I LOVE the CONTROL you use with KickBoxing, Michelle❤👍 precise, controlled movements are KEY and you are so precise! Such an amazing class that leave me with so much energy, less stress and in a giddy GREAT mood!!!!!

    I recently found your channel and i did this one last night. Holy smokes i was dripping sweat. A little hard to follow along with the fast pace, but I enjoyed it. I went heavy in the arms section and got a great workout!
