Hi great training information! I have a question if your like me and training 2/3 days a week sprints and 2 /3days a week gym. Would you do your weights and sprints on the sane day like morning 10am track workout then 6pm gym workout or split them up on separate days thanks.

Great videos of training I am in the US and getting ready for Olympic qualifiers, no matter how much I train there will be people really far ahead of me so I have tried to focus on the essentials to improve my speed in the shortest time possible and only things specific to the race, block work, technique and state frequency... In watching your training you are incredibly strong and really don't need to continue to build strength every sprinter is different and should train according to areas of need, we are sprinters not busy builders and need to be mindful of the things that will will us the race, you have all the strength needed to produce force but in order to get under 10 flat especially at your height=stride length your stride frequency will need to increase(not but much) you won't be able to muscle your way to 1 second quicker, the guy that won the last race in your Road to Bislett Games Vlog: Road to 20 #18 video was neither taller nor stronger then you but better at optimizing his ability to run the 100m, ei his legs were moving faster, I'm saying to inform you as well as get your opinion on what to training you would suggest to translate to more rapid turnover as from what I can see your workouts are excellent but in opinion missing the 1 it few things they will give you the key sub 10 and 20 second 100 and 200 meter times, go you think you could achieve more rapid leg movement of you were lighter?

I had to undergo surgery on my right knee so I can't train my lower body with high intensity until the ending of Mars, but when I'm 100% again I will hit the gym like crazy and practise speed.
