      Love all of the ideas. I do the peanut butter on a spoon 🥄 and a stick of sharp cheddar cheese. And that hold me up until dinner time. My friends judge me cuz I look like a 5 year old eating peanut butter of the spoon 😂

      Same girl I’m Latina 🇪🇨🇨🇴but I’m not used to spicy & my husband is YT & we both struggle with has acid reflux so spicy has & will always be a no for us 😅 but we usually try to do sauces if we want an extra “kick”

      I'm new to this whole thing.
      I had lap band surgery in 2011. My highest weight was 286 and I'm down to 175. Want to lose 60 more lbs. Just bought an air fryer to make some of the chicken recipes. Don't really eat a lot of red meat.
      All the desserts look delicious but not going to make them while trying to lose weight. I need to find the best electrolyte powders to add to my water. There's to many to choose from.

    You can also whip refrigerated coconut cream from a can and it’s a great dairy free whipped cream replacement without extra fillers and ingredients.

    Last July I weighed 296 lbs and I’m 6’2 so I was pretty overweight. By mid July I changed my life and diet. I love new meals. In the time since July I’ve lost 89 pounds 🥲. Was an interesting journey but no regrets. Oh, I also love Sriracha, I could have it on nearly anything 😊

    For those that are new to keto, be careful with carrots. Carrots should be eaten in smaller quantities on a keto diet because they are higher in sugar than other vegetables. 🥕

    Sugar free Cool Whip takes the same as the regular Cool Whip, although I do prefer the Ready Wip style. Sometimes it comes down to cost. I would love to see the full lunch and dinner ideas for the lower calorie and yet Keto. Thank you for the great snack ideas!

    Yes please! Low calorie lunch ideas , work lunches. I have to cook my meals or prepare lunch to take to work early in the morning....which is normally very rushed. Cannot cook at work, so some easy low carb, low calorie ideas for lunch would be great 😊. I'm 57 and struggling with menopausal weight gain. Thank You so much for your recipes and ideas.     I love that you track calories as well as carbs! I'm doing 1500 calories and under 20 net carbs. Almost at my goal weight, only three pounds to go! Tracking my calories and going down to 1500 is what did it, not keto without tracking calories.

    Great video!! My go to condiments are G Hughes sauces, sugar free, super low calorie and delicious. Available at Walmart. Sweet chili has heat and sweet, they are all good. 5 calories for 2T❤️

    I love the fact that you are open and honest about your diet! By that I mean we don’t have to go somewhere and click on something that pays you $300 before you give us the information!     One of my favorite snacks, I’ve loved since I was like 5 years old is a spoonful of peanut butter with raisins on top! It’s a sweet and salty combo and the protein from the pb and fiber from the raisins keeps you full for a long time and it tastes so good
    (If a five year old with no concept of nutrition loves it, then I’m sure you will as an adult too)

      peanut butter is considered a fat, the protein isnt complete and most of it does not get used as protein!

    Fantastic video and channel. I have never seen the jicama wraps before, but I will keep my eye out for them. Yes, I would love to see some videos on 300-calorie lunches/dinners! I just started counting calories after always having an extreme aversion to it and FINALLY weight is falling off. I wish I had not been so lazy not to count calories before. I always found it tedious. It is kind of fun, actually.

    I'm having so much trouble getting in to keto. I'd love to see some meal plans for lunch and dinner. I actually think low-carb without the 'keto' is more my style. Maybe holding my carbs from 50-80 g per day which is considered 'low carb' not keto. Your recipes are all yummy

    Great snack ideas !!!! I am always on the hunt for snack ideas when I start getting a little hungry. And lately I have been loving, whipping up 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese and I add vanilla collagen to it 😋 with 1 cup of blueberries - so so good 🤩

    I had gastric bypass surgery Nov 3rd, I still can't eat raw vegetables or fruit, but as soon as I can I will consider these snacks also as a Mexican who doesn't love jicama ? I had no Idea there were wraps 😎

    You have given me SO many good tips.
    I found cinnamon Catalina Crunch at Costco today (saw you eat it). I had 1 serving with some almond milk as my lunch.
    It really took care of my cereal craving!
