    I have never been one to want anything sweet for breakfast. I've been eating eggs or egg whites (omelet) for years and years. I don't tire of it. It keeps me full for hours. Sweet stuff doesn't do that for me. Thanks for sharing!

      I’m the same way! I never crave or want anything sweet-always savory. Bacon & eggs or eggs & veggies always keeps me satisfied for hours.

    Mayra, Thankyou so much for this video, that’s clarified a lot for me. Yes eggs and bacon really fill me up and I make cheese and egg Chaffles if I want some bread . Luv chai puddings as well with plain yoghurt and berries. You should be so proud of yourself. You are such a beautiful girl.

    From one Myra to another Mayra, Thank You so very much for doing your videos. It’s been about 3 1/2 months since I started watching your videos and about three months since I started doing keto and intermittent fasting and I’ve lost about 15 pounds so far (I started slow, I’m diabetic & have other health issues. I’m happy w/results).
    And Mayra, I have you to thank for that. Your videos are very informative., you take your time to explain step-by-step and I downloaded your e-book which is informative, has lots of details and great recipes and I look forward to continue success in my weight loss journey.

    I think it’s important to keep in mind that everyone’s different, there’s more than enough people thriving on fruit and oatmeal for breakfast because they don’t crave savory salty things all day long. I personally do better with eggs, avocado and a strip of bacon in the morning, yet 1 of my sons and my husband happily make it through a whole morning at school and work on a huge jar of overnight oats. There’s no one size fits all.

    I've been on the very strict diet for the past year now ever since i came out of the hospital from a stroke I had that should've killed me. I was on life support for 3 whole months having hoses and tubes connected all over my body keeping me alive. Very wild story. Id love to share it with you, if your willing to hear about it. I'd be happy to share the whole story with you hun. I'm a new subscriber to your channel. Your great to watch and learn from.

    I eat breakfast everyday. But in perimenopause you must have protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs. I can have carbs but I eat complex carbs and I'm slim. I'm not low carb but having breakfast is a must for me..everyone is different.

    sooo true I can be looking so good when I dont eat breakfast. Sometimes im hungry after the gym but when I eat breakfast no heavy carbs I still feel so bloated. Im over it, its like I only can eat salad around 3pm to look my best smh its so frustrating.

      @dime12345 Have you tried a probiotic? I started taking Seed, and I rarely bloat anymore. There are many probiotics in the market that are less expensive as well.

    Thank you for saying this. People still believe oatmeal is good for you. It NOT. I use your hemp seed "Noatmeal" recipe on rare occasions if I crave a warm breakfast cereal.

    I do my fasting at night. I stop eating at 6 or 6:30 and I get 12 or 13 hours. I cannot have eggs right now I been eating 3 eggs and my HDL Went up. Also I take vitamins in the morning. I did 19 hours fasting yesterday ate a 12 pm and I do not like doing that.

    My husband and I share 6 eggs bacon avocado yogurt almost everyday. My mom who is diabetic and in her 70s says we’re going to have a heart attack if we keep eating eggs….. then I go to her house and there’s diet Snapple, Gatorade and diet pop….Dr even told her to have yogurt instead of cereal….

    Mayra!! I am only 5 feet tall. I eat close to NO CARBS AND NO SUGAR and have for almost 4 solid years. But because I’m so short I store excess fat so easily. I gained 9 pounds recently just by going from OMAD to 2 meals a day 🫠

      Hi not first thing in the morning I don't know if Your Vegetarian or vegan but I'm a meat eater personally so a simple breakfast like Eggs which is protein and some bacon or sausage but fir weight loss as a whole just eating low carb will keep Us all from being diabetics and oatmeal is very high in carbs

    I have 2 eggs and a chicken sausage nearly every morning and I’m always hungry within an hour or 2. I’m always hungry, period. I’m a healthy weight but could lose more. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! Maybe it’s the poor sleep or dehydration. I just never feel satiated! 😢

      You can intermittent fast for 16 hours. The smaller your eating window, the better. You can have an eating window as big as 8 hours, or as low as 1.

      @ limiting the food that your body actually prefers for energy is what’s not healthy , you lose weight on keto low carb because you’re limiting certain foods that help create your calorie deficit.. like I said I’m not condemning what she’s doing she lost an incredible amount of weight by finding what works for her .. but saying eating carbs for breakfast will sabotage the rest of your day is just wrong , now if your eat tons of sugar by eating three doughnuts in the morning that’s something different which is what most Americans do or the eating the BS fast food breakfast but if your telling me the oatmeal or apple I eat sometimes on the way to the gym is bad , I’m going to have to respectfully disagree

    I just don't agree with fasting in the morning. You sleep 8 hours, then how many more hours without eating? Five? Six? Thirteen or more hours where you eat nothing? That's not healthy, in my mind. You just HAVE to know your foods. Skipping breakfast is not the answer.

      Actually it is the answer. It's amazing what fasting can do for your body. Check out the book by Dr Jason Fung. It will blow your mind esp for any type of diabetes. It's not hard. It's actually natural. 3 meals a day is marketing not nature. But it's your body...you do you.

    Have eggs and chaffles cooked purple onions jam like and two TBS of avocado spread sometimes with bacon. Egg shake are good in the morning with fats and strawberries blueberries bananas almond milk ties hunger until dinner time depending on how many eggs you put and fats. I put 3 and 3 fats and fruits like strawberry's and blueberries helps not spike sugar banana not so much if put with berries but everyone's body is different have to use your intuition

    I have 2 eggs and a chicken sausage nearly every morning and I’m always hungry within an hour or 2. I’m always hungry, period. I’m a healthy weight but could lose more. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong! Maybe it’s the poor sleep or dehydration. I just never feel satiated! 😢
