I’m starting my weight loss journey and I’m including a lot of your recipes. I love, love your channel and you…..I’m not sure about lunch….any simple recipes for lunch…ty 💕
A easy lunch I found is canned tuna, mayo, kimchi, taco or hot sauce, some nits or hard boiled egg and pickle relish. Eat as is, top on a salad or put on low carb bread or inna low carb wrap option. Basically a tuna and kimchi salad with multiple applications. Egg and veggie and meat frittatas are a good one too, especially if you do mini ones using like a muffin tin that's been greased. Airfryer omelettes are another variation as well. Then there is egg drop soup using bone broth, 2 eggs, onion, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and some xantham gum as thickener. I can do a basic one with a bit if ginger, pepper, salt. And garlic or a spicy one by adding a pinch of pepper flakes or do a miso one, curry seasoned using curry powder or even a miso curry or add some sauerkraut and stevia for a sweet and sour version. Add a bit if chicken or pork for extra protein. And then there are low carb egg and veggie tacos. This one uses taco seasoning, 2 eggs, frozen fajitas veggies, and a low carb tortilla or any low carb wrap option. I've added things like tripas, ground beef, or chicken for extra protein. Though with tripas I also add a bit if hot sauce to cover the metallic taste of the organ meat.
@@christinedepalo345 no probkllem. I've got loads more easy options but I think those are good basics to start with. And they are able to be tweaked depending on what you are in the mood for so can be very versatile which is important to avoid food burnout.

I like the tip you gave about the seasoning blend. I have a lot of different seasonings, and getting blends would allow me to downsize in all the seasonings I have. I do have some blends though. Two of my fav blends are Ms. Dash and Tabitha Brown....I get mine from Amazon 😊

These meal preps are good though things like the asparagus I can't have. I'd have to sub with green beans or carrots or something else. Hazards of needing low fodmap foods.

These recipes look so good!! And I love Thrive!!!! You can grab amazing healthy products. I've been cutting out the refined white sugar and they have so many options with cleaner ingredients. Don’t throw away that amount of asparagus just cut the end n cut the hard part of the asparagus in trunks n put it in a soup or stew the same as for artichokes eat the soft part don’t throw away the wide part use it in arroz con pollo soups n stews

You've never tried putting Baking soda incl into your chicken and beef marinades? It's so magical..it's how the Chinese tenderize their meats? (They call it, velveting..)
Absolutely love your videos. You’re such an inspiration. But it seems for I really have the hardest times. It’s when I go for a snack in the evening and I want it to be a carb. I wanna let it be something I can pick up or have the comfort of something sweet always on hand that’s not outrageously high. But yet I don’t want it to be something that is extremely easy. For instance I use those a little (small cans) those store bought cinnamon rolls. Yes, I know they’re terrible for me. But amazingly I only allow 23 at the very most and they’re very small. But I wish there weren’t things I can make in advance put them in the freezers and bring them out and not hurry what I just got I have a little piece of cake and not a vegetable Can’t wait for you to do that video😂❤

Cause I'm not sure if in these videos if I can freeze those and if so, how would the vegetables be if I froze them as they were fresh? And would it change when you unthought? Would it be a little bit watery?
What about cross contamination with veg and meat added together before cooking. I would keep them separate. Marinate the meat and put in a smaller bag and then add in a bigger bag with veg so it will not touch each other.
