I got 2166 steps with this work out. 4,22km/hour. Avarage heart rate 121 max 138. Workout heartrate area for me was in aerobic area. I got my daily steps full with this before going to sleep. Thank you.

Great little workout. Been on my health kick for the last 6 weeks. Ive lost 10lbs and a couple of inches off my waist. Feel so much better for it. Eating better and greatly reduced my alcohol intake. Your workouts have helped so much. Thanks Jules.
I spent an hour in the pool this morning, playing with a 3-year-old who thought it was great fun to jump in with me, holding my hand, and then to get out of the pool and repeat...just about a jillion times. This one was all I could manage this afternoon...

I find it harder to work out now as I have arthritis but still love to exercise and it’s so important and really helps. I was a huge walker but now find it hard to get out so was looking for something to do at home and found this. I’ve just done my first one following you and my god that was fantastic and so doable for me. Thank you for your lovely comment. You'll never see me wearing sports bras and shorts in my videos...it's just not my thing. The music is definitely always a challenge. I pay subscriptions to two music providers so I can legally use music in the videos. It's definitely difficult finding appropriate songs for workouts.

Im 47 and the only thing I do is walk most days. Not enough especially for my heart rate, my core and my weak knees! I put fun work out for 45 year olds and this was fun, a bit challenging and fast! Perfect. Thank you:) M, Ireland

It's still raining, so I figured I'd get in my usual afternoon workout (even though I did one this morning, in place of a walkabout). Lots of leg work with this one, and some balance work fitted in, so it's well-round exercise. Your bobbing ponytail always reminds me to SMILE and have fun with it!

There should be a "LOVE" button for your workouts. I was sick all summer up to last month (October) when I had a minor surgery. I'm just getting back to exercise finally and your workouts are always perfect. Lowering my blood sugar and getting stronger every day. Loved this one and especially the ending quote. I’ve been absent for 10 days as we’ve gone from the celebration of our son’s wedding to the end of life care for my 89 year old father-in-law🥹🥺. Going through thousands of photos and even more paperwork means too much sitting😵💫. I woke up early this morning and was determined to start the day out on a positive note! I sometimes wonder if the screen will make people do that...but I think once you're used to the screen being there, you'll get used to it and will be able to focus on the current move. And, bottom line is you're still exercising so it doesn't really matter if you jump ahead to the next move:)

DEE-lightful! I'm back to working out with you in the afternoon, now that I'm home from my annual 10-day stay on Siesta Key (off Sarasota, FL, on the Gulf of Mexico). 10 days of slogging through knee-high surf 3 or 4 times every day is a good workout...but not the same as the good cardio fitness of your routines! So, this was just the right thing for me, for my first day back to "slogging" with you!
Ah, sounds like a wonderful 10 day stay, Jan. Walking on the beach, especially in the water, is definitely a hard workout compared to a regular walk. Welcome back home:)
Another "Go Fasty"! Love that after the halfway mark you had new sets of moves instead of repeating the first half. I made mental notes of all the fun variations you incorporated but lost track of them all. Just know they were recognized and appreciated -- as always.
That was really good workout. Managed to get through it with my knee behaving itself. Apparently I have a very strange knee according to the physio. My coordination is no better than it was when I started your workouts but my efforts make me laugh. The dog I'm watching finds these mad 30 minutes I have very strange. She goes home this week...im going to miss her. Thanks once again Jules.
I'm sorry to hear your knee is still bothering you. I wonder if it's all the added dog walks now that you're dog sitting for your friend. Nevertheless, I'm glad you're going to physio appointments and getting the help you need.
@@ImprovedHealth it predates the dog. Physio said my knee cap sits too high. I need to work on range of motion exercises . My hamstrings are too tight and my glutes too weak! Probably a touch f arthritis. Its worse when walking uphill. Its right under my knee cap. I guess age doesnt come alone. Will still be working out just be cautious

Kudos to you for doing the 10,000 step workouts! These 20 minute ones are great for days when you don't have as much time to workout (still super effective). Some people also like to 'stack' the workouts so they choose a bunch of shorter ones until they get the amount of time in that they're aiming for.
Hi Jules - This was a fun and effective workout (when I start to sweat, I know it's working!). I had a hard time coordinating the movements but that's not new to me and I love the challenge. I wasn't able to work out on Saturday so I added a short strength workout and it was great! Thank you!

This is considered an intermediate level workout (3rd level of what I create). For all of my workouts, I put them into playlists under gentle, beginner or intermediate. When I use more complicated moves, or a faster pace, I place it in the intermediate level category. I hope that helps!@@sharonmitchel1377

I love your workouts! They are perfect for me - length, exercises, and stretching! The only thing is that sometimes I have difficulty "staying" with the music.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Karen. I use two subscription based companies for the music so I try my best to find music that'll work well for exercise. But, if you don't like some of the music, you could mute the music and play your own favourite music in the background. I know the beat won't always work with the steps but at least you'll have music that you really enjoy. Just a thought:)

What a totally amazing cardio. U really fit everything in. After a weeks holiday that was a sweaty but needed workout. My Jules repeaters playlist is at volume 4577 lol I love every cardio one u do. I think because 30 seconds is doable and u don't get bored but u work every area. Off to do upper body .....wish my arms luck lol

I have lots of stretching routines which will help you to improve flexibility and reach your goal of holding onto the leg behind. If you have time, add a stretching video each day (I have ones from 5 min to 30 min). DEE-lightful! I'm back to working out with you in the afternoon, now that I'm home from my annual 10-day stay on Siesta Key (off Sarasota, FL, on the Gulf of Mexico). 10 days of slogging through knee-high surf 3 or 4 times every day is a good workout...but not the same as the good cardio fitness of your routines! So, this was just the right thing for me, for my first day back to "slogging" with you!
Ah, sounds like a wonderful 10 day stay, Jan. Walking on the beach, especially in the water, is definitely a hard workout compared to a regular walk. Welcome back home:)

That was really good workout. Managed to get through it with my knee behaving itself. Apparently I have a very strange knee according to the physio. My coordination is no better than it was when I started your workouts but my efforts make me laugh. The dog I'm watching finds these mad 30 minutes I have very strange. She goes home this week...im going to miss her. Thanks once again Jules.
I'm sorry to hear your knee is still bothering you. I wonder if it's all the added dog walks now that you're dog sitting for your friend. Nevertheless, I'm glad you're going to physio appointments and getting the help you need.
@@ImprovedHealth it predates the dog. Physio said my knee cap sits too high. I need to work on range of motion exercises . My hamstrings are too tight and my glutes too weak! Probably a touch f arthritis. Its worse when walking uphill. Its right under my knee cap. I guess age doesnt come alone. Will still be working out just be cautious

Kudos to you for doing the 10,000 step workouts! These 20 minute ones are great for days when you don't have as much time to workout (still super effective). Some people also like to 'stack' the workouts so they choose a bunch of shorter ones until they get the amount of time in that they're aiming for.
Can't go wrong with this work out and the background music is like an extra boost, makes it more effective and super easy to accomplish.❤❤❤❤

Hi Jules - This was a fun and effective workout (when I start to sweat, I know it's working!).
I had a hard time coordinating the movements but that's not new to me and I love the challenge. I wasn't able to work out on Saturday so I added a short strength workout and it was great! Thank you!

Thank you! To be honest, all of my workouts will help with fitness, weight loss, getting stronger and more fit...I just title them differently.

This is considered an intermediate level workout (3rd level of what I create). For all of my workouts, I put them into playlists under gentle, beginner or intermediate. When I use more complicated moves, or a faster pace, I place it in the intermediate level category. I hope that helps!@@sharonmitchel1377
Love your wo style. No jumping, no talking, and you write words of encouragment also. I am 36 but have quite big ovarium cysts and preparing for surgery. I still do your wo bcs it low impacts and makes me feel good and boost my mood.

I love your workouts! They are perfect for me - length, exercises, and stretching! The only thing is that sometimes I have difficulty "staying" with the music.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Karen. I use two subscription based companies for the music so I try my best to find music that'll work well for exercise. But, if you don't like some of the music, you could mute the music and play your own favourite music in the background. I know the beat won't always work with the steps but at least you'll have music that you really enjoy. Just a thought:)

What a totally amazing cardio. U really fit everything in. After a weeks holiday that was a sweaty but needed workout. My Jules repeaters playlist is at volume 4577 lol I love every cardio one u do. I think because 30 seconds is doable and u don't get bored but u work every area. Off to do upper body .....wish my arms luck lol
