Well, if only it were as easy as unclogging a sink! No scientific data has been able to confirm that any medicine ( or diet or recipe) has been able to totally clear our arteries!

Out there, there are methods that unclog the arteries not like a sink, in 2 minutes but yes within 1 or 2 months. Out there in the world, there are people who have 350 cholesterol and still go on with their life as if nothing health issue is there but yes such people have found the way not to have heart attach even if the CHOLESTEROL are Overboard. I too had it, its a symptom that something is wrong in the body. I knew i would have heart attack but I too found that eating that 1 seed will ensure that I did not have heart attack, and thats what exacatly happened. Doctor in Mumbai did ECG and found that the reading was erratic, he told this to me after 2 months, stating that at the 1st visit he was not sure whether I should be admitted inhouse or just put me on lipotor, but he put me on lipitor, and reduced the cholesterol. I was told by my doctor that for entire life, I will be on cholesterol reducing medicine, that was in 2001,but in 2013, my symptom cholesterol became normal, since than i am not on cholesterol medicine. Arteries can be cleaned, there are ayurvedic vaidyas who can do it.
The bottom line is "that all these methods MIGHT work" There's no solid scientific data that they will cause regression or removal of the blockages. And also important to remember that any amount of food changes should not replace medical advice and medical treatment.
