@Cruz Ponce he said in the vid himself its just part of lowering a car. Its not that bad if you know not to full send into a speed bump.
I mean, I'd do it just for peace of mind. To know that, if I get distracted or it slips my mind, I won't roast my pan on a pothole or speedbump.

Tip for ANY kind of adjustable upper controll arms:
Tighten them every 2/3 months, they WILL loosen up at some point and you will crash if youre driving at high speeds,
a friend of mine didnt check them for 1 whole year even after i warned him and he ended up hitting a tree, he passed away and i dont want to see you do the same thing
Damn sorry about your friends they should make something to lock the bolts so they cant loosen up like a cotter pin

1. They will still loosen up after about 6 months, and its clearly mentioned in every decent brand's instruction manual, so what youre saying is not a good way of solving it
2. Then its not really adjustable, is it?
Theyre originally meant for track use NOT daily driving, theyre built to take abuse, but not 200+ days in a row
@@KasamS that could work if youre talking about them actually coming apart, but thats not the real danger, the problem is: they loosen up, and they make your wheel go from negative camber to extreme positive camber and back in a corner which will make you crash because you cant controll it or know when its going to happen
but it wouldnt keep them from rattling loose and making the part where you adjust them slide when taking corners too hard
the rod in your slave cylinder is backwards Robbie lol just to let you know incase you run into future issues, keep up the good work

Make sure you fix the rod on the slave cylinder, you installed it backwards. Also if you’re worried about the oil pan clearance, you have the engine in the lowest setting on the mounts. Move the engine and trans to the top hole and the rear mount to the bottom hole. That’s how I have it on my k20 ek and I’m low as well. No oil pan issues.
So is anyone going to tell him that the slave cylinder rod is backwards

Dude if you wanna go sleeper on those wheels, you gotta go awd. Get the rear end from a CRV and fab it up and make sure youre getting the even 50/50 torque split! Id love to see that!
robbie i strongly reccomend getting a skid plate to protect your oil pan and , if you roll the edges it would catch any oil if you say blow it drag racing.which would save the track from become a slick mess.
Since you shaved the hood prop hole, you should consider maybe a set of hood shocks so when you raise it the shocks will hold it in place and still have a super clean look to it!
Once u roll it out the Camber will really show. When a car goes down off the lift the wheels always sit in a bit

Hey Rob. Not sure if its been mentioned yet. I just did a power to manual steering rack myself. You may need to change the steering u-joint on the column. The shafts are bigger on the power unit and they're not compatible.
you should get the front bumper wrapped with PPF to protect it from snow, ice and stone chips as well

Paint that slave cylinder. Those things surface rust super quickly. I found out while cleaning up my old civic.
get a shallow oil pan for more room from the ground, it would be a really good investment and would prevent unwanted oil changes :D

you can buy low profile sumps that are designed for racing if youre worried about the clearance
you should do integra 5lug hub conversion on all around and get a set of either 2019/20 civic sport 18' wheel or 2015 civic SI 18s for it

Eks have a hood prop so it can open at a 90 degree angle out of factory
K20 pan and pickup would be helpful
Raise the engine Robbie and get some hood spacers to clear the valve cover, you won’t regret it.
Maybe pull open the headlights and do an amber delete? All white civic lights make it pop. Especially against the black

If you think your oil pan is not really safe the oil pan of mi mk 4 golf is like 1 to1.5 inches a from the ground

Did the rack bolt in correctly? The power steering subframe and manual steering subframes are different. And do you have the correct spaces for the shaft that goes into the column?

a ktuned low profile oil pan is only about 130cad, I'd probably just pull the trigger to avoid any potential issues. that thing looks pretty sketch lol
