I enjoyed your Kenshin video. This is how I refer to these Elbows: 1. Shark Elbow (front arm or rear arm) 2. 12 to 6 Elbow 3. Lead Horizontal Elbow 4. Long Horizontal Elbow 5. Scoop Elbow 6. Spinning Back Elbow - I normally complete the spin, which results in a Stance Switch :)
Hey I enjoy watching your videos, I just wanted to say that the back elbow is supposed to be dropped like a dangling arm then back up to the chin , most commonly used for slips for following up from a hook , that is how I was taught at Anderson Silvia’s AKB School. And it’s actually 1 of 10,000 techniques from Muay Boran.
3:07 "im gonna draw a gun or whatever. u dont have to be that violent but this is a violent sport, so lets just go with that, ok?" this line is a kinda sense of humor😂👍 am i the only one feeling like that? anyway, thanks, coach! 🙏💪
Thanks for this video! 🙏 Today I start day two of Muay Thai training after work and now I can go in and show my instructor that I've picked up a few things since my first class last Tuesday. He will be happy for sure that I'm taking time Away from classes to learn outside of class. I told him I want to experience my first amateur fight after all, and he said he will get me there. 🙏 Gotta show him that I mean it.

This video is awesome Sean. As someone who comes from a traditional boxing background and trying to add some spice to my stand-up game, this is really clear and helpful. Especially since we're all in quarantine. Keep up the awesome content!
This is why elbow is my favourite human weapon.it can cause series damage and very deep cut.i realise tony ferguson use it a lot to make his opponent bleed before destroy they face immediatley.i think that the reason the call him el cucuy
Sean, i just see a video about you talking of your first 3 fights. Im having a hard time and i was about giving up, you inspired me to go on. Thank you, im gonna be a better person and a great fighter.
Love the positive energy mang, thanks for sharing dat knowledge. If I get good enough can these bows stop the corona?? Like, if I get REALLY good??? Great documentary with Lawrence Kenshin yesterday as well.
Absolutely love this video. I especially like the way you explain how you step with each move. That is missing in a lot of other videos from other people
Excellent stuff. Ihave to say the drawing the Gun aspect is great, as when you go to do that it can be hard to remember the tecknical aspects but stuff like that really help it drill in, that's how my Mind works anyway. Thanks Mate.
Waw i just watched your video made by kenshin You are a great warrior And a real fighter model!!! I am following you already for few months Keep going and love your advices and your technics 🙏🏼
you sir have just earned a new subscriber, loved muay thai since a kid, sadly only available fighting gym that i train with here in our place is for boxing only
Beautiful technique and explanation. I had a "debate" with a Muay Thai "expert" about an elbow strike he said was called an up elbow strike where he did a rear slashing elbow strike but with the inside of his elbow to BOB that was way taller than him. I commented based off his execution of the technique "a good way to throw out the shoulder." He got pissed and responded. Can you confirm that a roundhouse elbow strike while striking the side of the opponent's head with the inside of the elbow a legit Muay Thai technique? I've train in various martial arts. Even Muay Thai. But, my Kru never went over that technique.

You’re not late for competitions, but if you wanted to do an amateur match before you die, I’d start learning more Muay Thai now.
Excelente vídeo 👍 ... Gracias

Very good My only question is when to transition from punches to elbows or punches to kicks to knees and elbows
It’s just a matter of what feels right and the situation you’re in in the fight. Takes experience to learn when to use certain strikes
