    Love it... may I suggest 2 things
    - record whole body cause the movement of hips and legs play an important role for each technique
    - please arrange each technique to each playlist so that viewers can easy follow each lesson. Now is a mixed video and not in order at all.
    You guys do a great video and have an enormous effort so please keep it up...

    I love elbow strikes, so good for close quarters hand-to-hand combat whether in combat sports or self-defense purposes and scenarios.

      Just be careful because it could kill your opponent. You would want to use it for a sport only, you don’t want to take their life.

    I studied kung fu back in my day but I always wanted to learn Muay Thai I just love the use of elbows and knees I'm 48 now but I would love to have my children training in Muay Thai love your channel I liked and subscribed 💪✌️❤️
