She was the best thing in it. I've watched her scenes with Sheila and it's still a bunch of fireworks. I miss these strong characters on TV. You can tell the cast really loves her, they go crazy when they realise she won. Thank you for posting.
I was so glad that Susan Flannery won the Best Lead Actress Daytime Emmy back in 2000 for her iconic and legendary role as Stephanie Forrester on B&B. The fact that Flanney took home her 2nd trophy 25 years after winning her 1st (back when she was playing Dr. Laura Horton on DAYS) was long overdue. Such an amazing actress, and to be honest, Stephanie Forrester was truly a force to be reckoned with, and she will always and forever be the heart and soul of B&B 10 years after her bittersweet send-off. Very well deserved! Thanks so much for sharing and re-visiting! Anyway, I have a very special soap opera related question for you. What are your thoughts on DAYS vets Peter Reckell (Bo Brady) and Kristian Alfonso (Hope Williams Brady) coming back to reprise their beloved roles for the second season of the Peacock spin-off Beyond Salem?
Susan Flannery was and STILL IS the Queen of B&B and beyond. No wonder why her work on the Entertaiment business really makes us come back for more. I really miss watching Stephanie Forrester on B&B. I'm happy that you enjoy this! To answer your question, IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME! I really miss seeing those lads in Salem. Even though it won’t be on the Salem that we tune in to every weekday, at least I’m happy that they will be together Beyond Salem. I am a big fan of the talent shared by both Peter Reckell and Kristian Alfonso. Long live Bope! ⌛️
@@EdwynNSanchez at least Bo saved Tripp's life and his grandson. I thought that the interaction between Bo and Ciara was bad. Ciara was talking, to Bo, like he was just another person. No excitement or love seeing her father. It was just bad!
Susan was the best that ever happened to bold and beautiful. She was the center character and actress. Awesome leading lady. She should have won every year for her portrait of Stephanie forrester. She was the fierce leading lady of b&b. Not the same without her anymore. The show is senseless and useless now. Just a shadow of what it used to be.
One of the most impressive things about the lead actress category in 2000, is the fact that Finola Hughes entered AMC in just a few months before the Daytime Emmys cerimony, and in less than a year, she gets a lead actress nomination! And is a good selection of nominated actresses! 5 brilliant performers and Emmy winners!
OH i love all those scenes I was so glad for Susan, Luckily someone recently uploaded The Jeanne/Kay's Scenes WOW That was such a trip, Susan Also Deserved every inch of Her EMMY, Wish her predictment to KKL turned true, Hope someday the other scenes For Finola, Hilary and Jess will pop up, Also thank you very much for this, Always love to see the Emmys and SOD Awards, would you have any more?
Well, The only thing I have, that I personally transferred, is the complete Daytime Emmy Awards from this particular year but it is missing the first few opening minutes. But I may throw in another classic Daytime Emmy Award ceremony soon. Stay tuned!
What an amazing woman. So genuine. Love how she thanked Katherine Kelly Lang almost immediately. Such a team player and amazing actress!
Thorne loves his momma! Winsor was jumping around that whole stage.
Thank you for uploading this! I don't know why all the B&B and Y&R acting Emmy wins used to be on TH-cam and have suddenly disappeared!

Not even a shadow!
I couldn't agree with you more. Flannery is the Greatest.
Flannery was unstoppable until 06. It seemed then she didn't care and was phoning it in. I also think the hair change may have had some effect.
Great video quality!
I.m so happy for her❤❤❤❤❤
Finola was only on AMC for several months before getting a Lead Actress nom. That’s a legend right there!!!
The nomination process was a lot different then. AMC was an acting powerhouse and had a large cast. Cast sizes determined nominations.
Loved susan flannery in the towering inferno 😂❤❤

Does anyone know who is this guy screaming in the audience?
😂😂😂 I think that too
It ps funny but I thought Susan Flannery was going to say John McCook but she went the KKL route. LOL!!!!
She had her best scenes with KKL so it's not that surprising.
I. M so happy for her❤️❤️❤️❤️
