Cool pumpkin painting! I like all of the colorful pumpkins. Ah - I see how you got the interesting markings. I know w/c is all about layering. I really need to be more patient. I tend to see the darks and want to go for it right off.
I love this, I struggle with negative painting so this lookes like great practice. The class looks fun too!

Excellent tutorial Sandy, love it. A couple of quick questions if you have time, no worries. One, can I use Cerulean Blue for the underpainting? It's probably the closest I have to the Cobalt. The other blues I have are Ultra Marine and Phthalo Blue. I also have Cobalt Teal thought, maybe a light wash would work? All the paints are DS. Second, is there a longer more detailed version of this tutorial available? I know you mentioned the beginner pumpkin course, but I wasn't sure about this one. Thanks again
Try what you have-cerulean granulates way more but try it and see😍
