@@BikeeMikee Not really.. AI instantly being able to modify custom games in real time is a first for any game, as far as I know. That will make for some amazing custom matches, especially for things like Twitch Rivals, or other large tournaments where they can adjust rules on the fly, etc.
Please bring back the bases. Driving your vehicle out or flying off the heli pad or taking off from the runway was so much more immersive than just spawning into them.
Spawning into the map may prevent base invincibility for attack helis farming kills without opposition which is still prevalent on bf3 and bf4 servers.
The insanely snappy animations, snappy player movement and lack of weight makes me worried they’re gonna keep the floaty, weightless COD-like movement from 2042.
They definitely well regardless of if this footage is representative of the new game or not. I hope they don’t but every fucking fps now has to have sliding and jumpshoting

Two underrated things that need to return: 1. The old style vehicle spawn system (BF3/4). Tell us what vehicles we are allowed, how many of them and make certain points spawn vehicles that can be taken. Allowing people to pick what they fancy led to the worse vehicle gameplay and team imbalances. 2. Please bring back commander mode. Literally kept an iPad by the shitter for this mode.
I hated that about all the games since 4. I missed being able to wait a sec for a tank to become available and grab it. People that just wanted something to get across the map had their own thing. I was a huge tanker in 4
Shut up. You people whining about not preordering is making me want to preorder out of spite. Do you understand how many times I’m seeing this stupid comment?!?
Just keep Battlefield immersive maintaining a sense of gritty realism. Using BF3 and BF4 as the main blueprint in terms of design philosophy, additionally ramp up destruction and Levolution events it's literally so simple DICE
Commander mode was fun for BF4. I enjoyed it because you could still play and help your team without sitting in front of your setup and it was a nice change of pace. I remember sometimes just laying on my couch away from my setup with my iPad raining down support from above helping the team anyway I could. Imagine the features they could bring to it with todays tech!
THANK YOU. you know what I think what has happened to not just DICE, but to most dev teams? Is they hire these new people who were never gamers in the first place. These new hires are nothing more than college students who saw how much money the gaming industry makes and thought they could make a lot of money. Whatever the case may be, there's only a few reasons as to why a lot of these dev teams seem to not understand what the gaming community wants in a game lol.
@@redemption44 in these big companies developers don't decide what will be in the game and how the gameplay will be. It's definitely project managers or some level of higher ups that are messing around with things they have no experience in.
You know, there was a time when the battlefield felt real. I remember the early days, testing out BF3, BF4, and BF1. Those were the golden days. Back then, it wasn’t about flashy skins or ridiculous costumes. No Santa Claus or Sasquatch in rainbow jumpsuits running around. It was about the mission, the camaraderie, the strategy. We played as a squad, a real team. Every night or weekend, we’d meet up, ready to take on the world. We took it seriously, working on objectives, covering each other’s weaknesses, and playing to our strengths. It wasn’t about killstreaks or unlocking the latest skin. It was about the mission, the grit, the dirt, the blood, the explosions, and the flybys. We were soldiers, and it felt like we were in a real battlefield. I miss those days. I want that feeling back. I want a Battlefield that feels like a battlefield again.
I know what you mean, if you really want more realism squad is also great and i often find the teamwork and Seriousness you mentioned really prevelant in this, but of course it's not as fast paced as battlefield thats the only downside. We'll have to wait and see if it brings back the realism and grit battlefield 1 had back
Did you really just copy a bunch of comments and turn it into your own sobstory? Like no one is stopping you from playing those game lil bro, relive your golden days or whatever
It would explain why he did a BF3 videos 2 days before the announcement, getting his audience conditioned and reminding us why DICE are returning to the best battlefield.
I this is what I want this new Battlefield to have from the previous titles: BF3-The Gunplay, Dogfights, Sound design/Soldier voices, Medium map design BF4- Customization of Soldier/ Vehicles cammos, Vehicle combat, Large Map design, and I actually liked Leveloution. BF1-Art direction, Map detail, Close quarter map design. BFV- Customization of class cosmetics (realistic ones)/soldier appearance, Movement, Fortification, Destruction as well as Vehicle ammunition attrition and damge. I like Vehicle ammunition attrition since you didn't have to wait for a cooldown to fire rounds. Battlefield 2042 (edit): Weapon attachment cross from Crysis (I forgot about that innovated quality of life improvement). Some new gadget, and of course Portal.
@@liamvermaak982 Your right it's still the best customization we had in the franchise for weapons. I think both level of customizations with the quick attachment select in game would be amazing and offer player better preparation when they face against those lvl 100 Colonel.
Let's just forget BFV and BF 2042 happened. We can appreciate BF1 for what it was but not design gameplay, vehicles, or customization off it. Literally copy BF4, remove some broken equipment, make new maps, and either change the gunplay to Battlefield Hardline or keep it the same as BF4. Ain't nobody want no recoil, no spread, customize on the fly ass weapons.
One of my favorite part of 2042 is that I feel like there is more weapon customization. Even though there are only four attachment slots, the fact that you can change the caliber of some weapons and sometimes completely change the way you use them is cool. I don't care about on the fly attachment customization though. This is mostly a gimmick in my opinion. But yeah I like weapon customization and I wish to have even more freedom on customization tbh. It's a big part of modern weaponry anyways, so it would make sense. I'm not asking for Tarkov level customization, just varied options.
I have said it before, and I will say it again Portal was the biggest mishandled and ignored thing by EA in BF. It could have been much more... it has such a big potential. Mismanaged by EA ruined the whole game
Yeah I agree I thought portal would be the life of that whole game, it had the potential to be. I thought it would be groundbreaking but they just left it for dead because they had to fix the mess of the core game 🤣
I only got 2042 because of portal.. What a letdown. A whole section of a live service game, that a lot of people who didn't want to play with specialists were really looking forward to. And they just.. forgot.. ignored.. abandoned it.
personally, I think the next battlefield development should work like the cte servers on battlefield 4, where the community drove the development of things, rather than the individuals who haven't been able to understand what a battlefield should be post battlefield 4.
@@barbariouseagle3204 Bf1 is a great game, but it shifted BF in the wrong direction. Its got the graphics and the gunplay and the destruction and the classes, but no verticality, levolution, or goofy battlefield antics like jeep stuff, which made the game feel like a physics sandbox more than an immersive shooter.
@@Steeveerson People still regard it as a good battlefield game though because it nailed the atmosphere, which was missing for the most part in BFV and SORELY missing in 2042. I think people have forgotten "Only In Battlefield."
@@BigManDaichi though I agree with you in terms of atmosphere and that it was a great game, it didn't play like a battlefield, whilst the gunplay was very gamified/arcade like in order to fit with a much wider audience. though I can understand why those changes were made, it deeply strayed from battlefield and sowed the seeds for why the latest battlefield is the way it is today, external of atmosphere ofc.
No operators, no hacking/future crap, no tac sprint, fluid destruction, no over the top cosmetics, bring back fundamental classes like BF3, 4, 1, 5. Any kind of combination between what the Bad Company games were, or BF3 or 4, the game should do well -- as long as they don't try to make it something Battlefield isn't.
No hacking/future crap so no more gadgets that spot people? No tac sprint, so no innovation to movement or something that is taught in combat? Make it like the old games with no innovation or additions? Sounds like you just want to play BF portal.
I really do hope we get a more serious game this time, no skins, just proper Battlefield 3/4 style. I'd love to see some form of 'Levelution' come back as well.
Remember when they showcased a clip which showed detailed destruction of a building prior to 2042 being released only for there to be no destruction in the game? I don't believe a word they say.

They’ve only had 1 mate, BF 2042. As much as I hate EA as a whole, 1 bad game in the entire cycle is not that bad. Defo not pre ordering BF6, but I genuinely think it will be a good one. And the best since BF1.
@@Luke-ym7hd bfh, bf1, bfv and bf2042. these games failed the battlefield franchise (revenue aside) and all played their own part to result in what we have today. the peak was bf3 and bf4 was a slight downgrade, everything after that is to be considered a failure in terms of what a battlefield game is meant to be. these game, with each iteration, gradually blurred the lines between a battlefield game and the next fps game on the market. vince zampella has obviously realised that and has made it clear to fans that we know what to expect. hopefully.
That helicopter in the picture, those side bars look like repelling anchors and i freaking HOPE we get the repel in this new game, the gameplay would be awesome!
Could also be munitions mounts. I think some blackhawks had rocket pods/guns mounted like on similar protruding structures. So maybe giving the transport chopper in the game some teeth vs being completely defenseless to other vehicles.
I thought repel mounts too. But the nose looks all kinds of messed up to be a uh60 and the placement looks off if you zoom in. Looks almost like the tail fins and nose profile of the Chinese Harbin Z9 kinda.

Delta Force hasn't come out yet and no one has any idea if it's actually going to be successful. They're probably more scared about how much of a failure BF2042 was and don't want another repeat of it.

@@deimos8072 Why are you spamming this everywhere? Their actions have lost the trust of the consumer. Every Battlefield game, as long as I can remember, has had a terrible launch. BF2042 wasted alot of time and effort in portal and 128 players. They have consistently dropped the ball with map design. They have to do better- then people will pay. Not the other way around.
I've been a die hard fan of this franchise since BF 1942. I was a sucker who pre-ordered BF 2042 and promised myself that will be the last Battlefield that I EVER preorder.
Playing since 1942 as well, Desert Combat included. Stopped buying after BF1. Got BFV key by mate at DICE. 2042 beta was telling enough. Hence still playing BF3 on a daily basis.
I did too. My logic was "Even if it only reaches the level of BF5, I'll be happy" Last time I'll pre-order unless they knock Battlefield 6 out of the park. Then I might pre-order 7.
I just want a BF game similar to 3 but with the environment of 1. Allll the maps of BF3 were so much fun. And there better be more rifles! More sidearms!!!!
1. BF 4 or 3 setting. Modern, not too futuristic. 2. Bring back Classes. No stupid operator clones. 3. Bring back Fortifications from bfv 4. Bring back crouch run and movement from bfv 5. Bring back immersion, like when dying, or waiting for revive, have it FPS again. 6. Squad revive 7. Free BR, Firestorm, even if they recycle the old firestorm map. 8. Levolution 9. Bfv parkour like jumping and catching an edge to climb. 10. Commit to the game and not just drop it like bfv.
@@dukhedYT well, yeah it's not really battlefield tbh but if they have something to give for free to play to pull players. Any mode can do. Even a 1 map conquest is fine. Br just seems a logical choice since Firestorm had potential but not really marketed well or has a price tag. Need to pull other cheapskates like me lol
Coming from mainly BF1, I wasn't much of a fan of squad revives, but I'm not sure if most of them just don't have as much emphasis on medics, like I know at least 4 doesn't. There's a lot of intersecting aspects of map design, class role, objective design, intended player density, and other attributes that go into it and could definitely make it work, but we'll have to see if they actually manage to get that balance. Particularly spawn distances seem to have been a recurring problem in the last few titles.
@@SMBancho830 I hate the movement in BFV makes it feel like COD... with a reskin. Most movement I tolerate in BF is the movement in that of Medal of Honor Warfighter (mind you that that game had climbable walls but you needed team mate or your fireteam buddy to clear those). Sure it can be a bit faster like your life depends on it (not as slow as it was in MOHW) as it should be and not jogging, but you should feel the 30 kgs you have on or more if carrying a missile launcher or a lmg. That is if theyd want to change the movement. Alternatively they can revert to BF3/4/H where the movement wasnt sliding like in modern CODs and running like Usain Bolt but in a marathon.
"This is one of the last chances Battlefield gets..." Couldn't agree more Jack. After the fade with 2042 and an unprecedented player exodus, I also consider this to be Battlefield's last chance. They have known for years what we want, so this time it must be delivered. In any case, I really like what we read and hear now. I hope and believe that the future of Battlefield is bright!
Problem is the players with nostalgia memberries from BF3 and BF4 most likely are NOT the majority of players these days and either don't game any more because they are old and have real life (not me im 46 and still smashing BF) or cant compete cause their old and dont like getting wrecked. The MAJORITY of gamers are young and those little rats like COD type movement and gameplay. 2042 still has a large player base and I'm online 4-5 times a week with full servers. Steam shows aproxx 10k average players daily and that doesnt include EA app or the consoles, Consoles are a very large part of the player base. The game is very good and the servers are populated and it has what all other BF's have Vehicles, enemies to shoot, and a battle field map to fight on. it does have less destruction then other titles and so thats the only negative I can see. I do have 1500+ hours in EACH of the BF's since BF3
@@toddblankenship7164 I left 2042 a few mounts after release. Never enjoyed the game. It didn’t feel like a Battlefield game. I know the game is better now, but that doesn’t matter. @@glennka1 2042 isnt like COD at all,and other then less destruction in this one is a battle field game no doubt. Can you even list reasons how it didnt feel battlefield?
The scary truth is EA have killed studios with less high profile flops than DICE have had. Got to remember that between Battlefront 2, BFV and 2042 they've shat the bed in some way or other every single game since BF1 8 years ago. They fuck it this time and it could genuinely be curtains for DICE.
Yeah no kidding. I cant play modern cods or battlefields because people are sprinting like usain bolt but in a marathon and sliding everywhere like thered be ice everywhere.
I've been watching your videos for a little while over the last week or so and tbh I'm hooked you have amazing commentary and good content and tbh its refreshing having content like yours which is a bit laid back compared to others focused on hype or constant action.
Man I wish they will make small maps as well like Close Quarters in BF3. We never got a chance to play on a bit smaller maps since that game premiered and it's a shame. It was a great DLC
I would defintiveliy wish for a more direct recommendation for people not preordering the game, but everything else was great about the video. Really appreciate you as a honest Battlefield youtuber
I agree with you at 1:45 Jack! The older game's had a great sense of weight and better pacing. Slowing things down grounds the game and helps separate Battlefield from the competition. I only hope that DICE also adapts a map design philosophy that doesn't amount to "tight chokepoints = more fun"
I think there is a glaring difference between the build-up and approach of this new game and what happened before 2042. EA/Dice used alot of 'buzzwords' to hype-up 2042, with lots of flashy marketing to get people hooked. But we didn't get much of anything beyond that. There was no transparency into the development, nothing beyond the marketing material and trailers. This time around, after realizing how badly they let down the community, it feels like they are putting a transparency-first policy ahead of the marketing hype. Sure, there will always be the same buzzy words to get people hyped up, but I like that they are focused on letting us know how things will transpire from now to launch. Especially with the talk about returning the series to its roots (BF3 and BF4 days). Talking about smaller, densely packed play environments and no specialists feels like they actually got it through their heads of the what we want in a Battlefield game. The community testing will also be a massive win for this game if the "core gameplay" is already there. Obviously, this is all conjecture and smoke & mirrors until we see the actual product and the feedback about the game is positive. But I am at the very least encouraged that they are starting to open up about this game and the things being said by them seem to echo what the community has been asking for since 2042 launched. Now, we just wait to see how this all pans out. I absolutely won't be preordering this one and my hype will remain in-check for now, but I truly hope Dice delivers a game that we can all fall back in love with. Here's hoping 🤞
it is different. there was no zampella on 2042. him alone makes a huge difference. he worked on medal honor allied assault, bad company 2, OG cod mw 4, titanfall, apex and star wars games. man hasn't made a dud. we're in good hands
To be fair, they normally have a lot more to show beforehand, 2042 just wasn't even close to ready to even be able to show the public. The closed alpha was in a far worse state than anything we saw from bf1 and v, hell the full release was far worse than the first bf1 and v alphas.
One of the things that I love about BF 3 and 4 (and BF in general) is the realism with visuals and sound, especially where guns, vehicles, outfits and movement etc are 100% authentic as they are now, or at least very close to.
Ooooffff, yes! The sound design from BF3 and 4 was a big part of the reason I fell in love with the games. I still hear my M1014 shots ringing out in the tunnels of Metro, and the loud "punch" of a bolt action sniper shot. CoD just couldn't compare.
I say give us BF3 with the squad and commander dynamics of BF2 and you will have a winner hands down. So good to hear they returning to their roots. Thanx Jack for keeping us up to date
I genuinely hope there's no tact sprint and the players run at a pace like in BF1 and BFV. Hate it when players zoom around like sonic, especially after taking like 3 shots from an AR or even a sniper rifle. Personally, I would love to see a wounding mechanic in the game. Maybe make a perk that makes your player run faster if wounded, replacing other helpful perks like Deep Pockets or Suppression buffs/nerfs.
Tbh, as someone who hates that ADHD frantic bs moment in games like Fortnite and blops, I honestly didn’t mind the warzone movement. It feels realistic. I’m not a soldier, but I can sprint 100m in 12 seconds. I liked feeling like a competent person for ones. I also unironically didn’t hate the slide cancelling. It gave you something to do whilst running long distances other than just ‘push button’. It had momentum to it. Gets too out of hand though
@@MaikoYT The argument is just that the average player didn’t know about the broken ways to move in older BF games. 2042 isn’t all that bad but the slide hopping does kill the realism/immersion.
IMO the running animation WITHOUT the tactical sprint definitely is the way to go, feels way less arcady BUT it could be a little less weapon shaking like in the video and more like the kind of style of BF3/4 which looks more realistic
Tactical sprint is one of the dumbest things developers started implementing in these games like why do i need 3 types of moving the character, its just silly
Less arcady? Guess real life is arcady then, tac sprint is commonly thaught in real life and with the muzzle pointing upwards is how soldiers often run with guns irl
My first contact with Battlefield was the BF2 demo where you could play MP on the gulf of oman smaller map version. It was such a groundbreaking experience to me and I feel it has been lacking that vibe ever since. After seeing that @2:27 "ruined falujah" image I felt some hope that there's a chance we might experience something like it again.
A modern war game taking place in the desert, that’s unheard of, especially in the past 10 years. Truly innovative in a time where we have wars happening in urban and forest settings.
the community is starving for a new, decent, excellent BF game! bf3/4 setting, bf4 customization, bf1 athmosphere and graphics, bfv gunplay and movement, squad revive, squad call-ins, and thats it! boom, perfect BF
Would still love to see a bad company 3, if they can keep the feel. De bad company series stays close to my heart (bf1942 the game that got me (be incident as i as a early teen did not have enough money for call of duty) into the battlefield series. But bad company 1 but even more so 2 really brought me into online. Only topped by BF3, the game I got my friends into after playing the beta together. We played a lot of BF3 together (and to be fair also quite a lot on bo1, but personally i liked bf more)
@@kamikazekoe96 i definitely agree. If im to say what battlefield felt the most complete with multiplayer and story, its definitely bad company 2. Bf3 coming changed the game with metro and destruction detail with even more addicting gameplay because of those specific things along with more weapons and customization. Bo1 was my fav too.
BFV had 'omni-movement' before it was called that. I really liked the mechanics of BFV and BF1, I hope they keep the mechanics but make it a modern setting; being able to crouch run is underrated and immersive.
@@tiagosilva.b5facts. If they didn't mess up the launch with bionic woman, bfv would've been remembered as one of the best (assuming it would've gotten more dlc). The soundtrack and sound design are top notch too.
Yeah, being prone and moving backwards and seeing how your soldier changes positions with his feet in front was sooo good man, really hoping they bring it back

The player character is wearing a 3 musketeers or Aussie type hat where the brim is pushed up on one side. Jack just showed that footage because he thinks they probably used the weapon assets from the new BF.

Two underrated things that need to return:

I this is what I want this new Battlefield to have from the previous titles:
BF3-The Gunplay, Dogfights, Sound design/Soldier voices, Medium map design
BF4- Customization of Soldier/ Vehicles cammos, Vehicle combat, Large Map design, and I actually liked Leveloution.
And would love the soundtrack style and maybe even narration of bf1, so cinematic
Not gonna argue that the "plus" system from BF2042 was real good, but I still think BF4 did weapon attachments best
Hazard zone would like a word
Yeah I agree I thought portal would be the life of that whole game, it had the potential to be. I thought it would be groundbreaking but they just left it for dead because they had to fix the mess of the core game 🤣
It could have been a battlefield version of forge from Halo, but they fumbled it...but hey there was Venice unleashed...I wonder what happened to that
Amazing idea. Worst execution possible. 😂🤙🏼
DICE LA did a good job fixing bf4 and cte was the best example of that

@@BigManDaichi though I agree with you in terms of atmosphere and that it was a great game, it didn't play like a battlefield, whilst the gunplay was very gamified/arcade like in order to fit with a much wider audience. though I can understand why those changes were made, it deeply strayed from battlefield and sowed the seeds for why the latest battlefield is the way it is today, external of atmosphere ofc.

I agree with you at 1:45 Jack! The older game's had a great sense of weight and better pacing. Slowing things down grounds the game and helps separate Battlefield from the competition. I only hope that DICE also adapts a map design philosophy that doesn't amount to "tight chokepoints = more fun"
Metro might be one of their most popular maps of all time, though. It might not be a bad idea to have 1 or 2 maps with small interiors at launch.
@@FutureBusinessTechcame here hoping to see this comment but overall I agree

To be fair, they normally have a lot more to show beforehand, 2042 just wasn't even close to ready to even be able to show the public. The closed alpha was in a far worse state than anything we saw from bf1 and v, hell the full release was far worse than the first bf1 and v alphas.

That first concept art you showed from the investor call gave me more Aftermath DLC from BF3 vibes than anything else
this. aftermath and close quarters were best bf3 dlc's
server browser and map rotation please! looks like a baseball cap on the shadow of the character in this video, i hope theres no crazy skins
Let's bring back commander mode!!! God I miss the commander companion app😢
Gets too out of hand though
it still has to be an arcade game, there are other games like tarkov if you want this level of immersion
You obviously haven't played against comp/sweats in BF4 zouzouing all over the place if you think BF1 has fast movement lmao
@@Yan-tz9pn Slide cancelling absolutely destroys any form of immersion because it’s so god damn goofy.
@@MaikoYT The argument is just that the average player didn’t know about the broken ways to move in older BF games. 2042 isn’t all that bad but the slide hopping does kill the realism/immersion.
Grenade throw animation needs help 😬 Threw it like a whiffle ball 😂 0:59
well remember to tell them that when we get to play the cte. 😆
They reused the bf2042 animation
Omg dude this looks so good, it’s got the hole CSS custom server feel like zombies, surf, jail brake with that box map.
i just hope that after release of new bf there aren't gonna be videos like "bf2042 is actually so good"
But it's in current state 🤡?
There will because it's an inevitable aspect of humans, things get better with time and as they get old we get more nostalgic
Out of topic but I find the DICE logo so badass I don't know why
Probably the only thing badass about DICE right now. Everything else is unicorns and rainbows
When I first saw it as a kid I thought it was "JICE" 😂
@@brokenhanz-o4m True. Maybe it's BF3 just nostalgia
@@ToxicFlaresbecause kids have adhd and need constant stimulation
They should stick with the BF1 movement grounded slow paced realistic without tac sprint, bunny hop and jump peeking
Less arcady? Guess real life is arcady then, tac sprint is commonly thaught in real life and with the muzzle pointing upwards is how soldiers often run with guns irl
@@albertosgr9 Realistic? Well not really for modern combat at least as running with the muzzle pointing upwards is a common way irl
No Tac Sprint would be so cool , gives it that old school flair
the thing at 3:43 is a Patriot SAM Launcher

What are those tanks though? I don't recognize them. Are they Abrams? They look weird..

Defo need more dense forest maps
Please no desert maps they’re honestly the worst
player movement from BFV please!
Bring back leaning system, and getting on your back like BFV m, Running whole crouching...
How effing hard is that?!

Exactly this!
the destruction of BFBC2
This!! Bro, exactly my thoughts. It would be a dream come true.
You forgot about fortifications bro that also made the gameplay very replayable and "realistic"
I dunno why they struggle so much. If they just read the yt comments on vids like this the fans tell them exactly what the want
a new BF like the Battlefield 3 would be epic
but no pre orders
Would like to see mortar retun - lot´s of fun
We need to remember the criticisms of the older Battlefield games, the progression needs to be there as well.
If this is like battlefield 3, battlefield 4(after patches) and the bad company series? We got a winner folks.
Spoiler: It wont b

@@Professor_Genki7 i agree with that one too
0:23 that fall is 100% straight from a battlefield game.

You take all the good points from the past Battlefields and you got one hell of a mix, it's literally that simple.
BFV had 'omni-movement' before it was called that. I really liked the mechanics of BFV and BF1, I hope they keep the mechanics but make it a modern setting; being able to crouch run is underrated and immersive.
Best movement in BF imo
mind boggling how they dropped that for 2042, and not at least peeking.
BFV gameplay is simply perfect imo
@@tiagosilva.b5facts. If they didn't mess up the launch with bionic woman, bfv would've been remembered as one of the best (assuming it would've gotten more dlc). Vehicle balance is amazing, gunplay/movement feels great, and the maps are almost as epic as BF1. Not to mention the flight physics are good for an arcade game, this is coming from a flight sim guy. The soundtrack and sound design are top notch too.
Yeah, being prone and moving backwards and seeing how your soldier changes positions with his feet in front was sooo good man, really hoping they bring it back

The shadow with the sideways cap is kinda funny. Can't imagine a soldier wearing that.
It's not a Battlefield soldier. That footage isn't from a Battlefield game. It's from a demo of EA's new tech where you can make ai generated levels just by typing a description. The player character is wearing a 3 musketeers or Aussie type hat where the brim is pushed up on one side. Jack just showed that footage because he thinks they probably used the weapon assets from the new BF.
@@Dethmeisteras if Jack hasn’t played the new bf yet lol. Made a bf3 video 2 days before the new bf “announcement”.
@@XKS_ I have no idea if he has or hasn't played the new BF. I'm just explaining that that footage with the shadow isn't from BF.
Dude I love that M4 texture, and I fking hope they bring building into this BF, like in BF5 I loved building defenses, like who groups of people would help do it, and I never really hated it when other teams did it, it makes the game feel more interactive and alive. I hope they make the piloting really fun aswell, I hope the rotors are a lot louder, as someone who likes to play as a pilot dropping people off I hope I have something awesome to look at in the cockpit!
I won't preorder another game from any company until the gaming industry proves they give a flying fuck about releasing good working games. Im tired of the lies and the heavy emphasis on battle passes.
Better find a new hobby then. The battlepass business model works and is actually liked by more people than you think, and it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
@@gamblefurakagamblade9966 There's a such thing as adapting a mindset. I'm willing to be flexible. See you on the battlefield IFFFF it doesn't flop on release.
4:28 Tanks look exactly the same as the M1A5 Abrams from Battlefield 2042, seems like they are just reusing the models. Unless this is just for the concept art.
not the worst thing in the world tbf, bf2042 had cool vehicle models. Though its likely just placeholder cause the new game's models are unfinished.
BF2042 clearly had something going for its setting if you look back to the teaser trailer, if we just end up getting the game they promised with that teaser then thats a win honestly
These are most likely placeholders
Because it’s an Abrams
So they're supposed to change what an Abrams looks like? What?
@@wben7833I think the point they're trying to make is that the tanks in the concept are more like the fictional M1A5 from 2042 and not what an actual Abrams looks like in the current Modern day.
If it’s not atmospheric like BF1, I don’t want it.
Fr it can’t feel cartoony

No Tac Sprint PLEASE
Why? It's how people sprint when holding a gun. It's not exclusive to Warzone you weirdo.
Tac sprint but a short burst with a delay to weapon transition
Also maybe a very significant camera shake to go with it. Making it harder to see what's going on whilst sprinting for your life. Might prevent people wanting to always overuse it.
@@cokeweasel1064it’s disorienting and painful to spam the sprint button to get that activated, adding unnecessary strain on the player as a result of bad game developers from 2019 that are dumb as bricks.

i wish it was a spin off of bf3 but way better like if breaking bad was a spin off of better call saul
With a look and feel like BF1, with animations similar to MW19 and with a slower pace compared to BF2042, I think it would be a very good start

@albertosgr9 I mean animations with the same quality, I don't want bf to play like cod
@@albertosgr9MW19 had great movement, though? The only problem with movement in MW19 was the lack of slide cooldown. Putting in MW19's movement 1:1 wouldn't fit in a BF game, but it'd be a great place to look for inspiration.
