  • As part of Fast Bikes magazine’s flagship Ultimate Sportsbike test this year, we've been testing the 2020 KAWASAKI ZX-10RR on the dyno, on the road and on the track.
    In this special edition, we’ve taken NINE of the very best sportsbikes and clocked a serious amount of miles, spun a serious amount of laps and wolfed down way more Big Macs than is advisable to establish the best sportsbike of 2020.
    On the road, each bike has been ranked in terms of its comfort and usability, as well as its brakes, the effectiveness of its tech and its overall character, after taking each of the bikes on every kind of road possible, from smooth fast B-roads, to bumpy farm tracks, to motorways, to high streets.

    This guy is too huge to expect the bike to be faster and nimble. Johhny Rea makes it work. He’s smaller, lighter, and knows what he’s doing. Hec, after watching this video, I may just suit up and start posting testing videos for bikes...

    first (they comment is it just not there) not were ?
    if you like it to go faster on the track , put the race parts in ! and win the WSB championship like they are.
    As for the street, 1st gear is 187 KPH ! and you get there in about 2.9 seconds.
    the gears are set for road use so only when you get to half the rev limit does it turn into a wild animal
    you say Ducati Panigale is better it is a pig below 40 KPH in traffic it bucks and has a hiss fit
    suzuki GSXR has crap brakes and the CBR 1000R take to long to get going.
    i have owned ever new bike out there right now and sold them
    the ZX10 RR a is Dream.and being limited edition
    2017 only 1000 made and the 2019-20 only 500 made. as a collectible is going to bring in the cash in 20 years.

    have RamAir”Intake”
    for use topperformance
    aren’t you curious?
    why zx10 cbr1000 and gixxer give
    a power less than the information proviced
    on your dyno test
    WTF!!!
    it not unusual for s1000rr to be king of inline4
    because 3 bigrival want a real drive
    to show them maxpower
    ( beacase 2 brand kawasaki honda and sazuki )
    have RAM AIR INTAKE
    s1000rr have RAM AIR
    ( not ramair-intake like kawasaki honda and suzuki

    I’m waiting on Kawasaki on doing full refresh on the ZX10r crusty dash and I didn’t know they put out a 2020 zx10rr

    This is nothing close to Jonathan rea's purpose built race machine. That bike doesn't give you a representation of this roadbike's performance. Most of the other 1000cc bikes out there consistently outperform the zx10 rr

      @@junaid2149 don't take my word for it. Check out the reviews and the many track comparisons that show how dated the zx10rr is and the he isn't built to handle corners, it's a straight-line machine which can hold its ground on the track due to its out right speed. It wouldn't be able to outperform most 1000cc superbikes around a racetrack.
