I’m trying to find out if installing an air horn in my Crown Vic in Pennsylvania is legal.
All I saw online on PA legislature website is this somewhat vague: “No vehicle shall be equipped with a siren, bell, whistle or similar device emitting an unreasonably loud or harsh sound except emergency vehicles and vehicles equipped with an anti-theft device.”
Is an air horn unreasonably loud or harsh?

I have a bugle up by the pcm I've been contemplating hooking into the horn system, see if it gets loud xD
I've got a full on train horn in my 2005 Vic. She's still a work in progress, but I plan on keeping her til she can't go no more

Question for the pros.... I came across a 03 Crown Vic with 120,000 miles from the original owner. Should I keep it or trade it for an 2011 CVPI with 130,000? What are the pros and cons?

6:58 aren't those the impact sensors? there is a perfectly good hole and thread right above the passenger impact sensor, where the factory horn mounts, just sayin :)

Keye T I do, I does it a good way too where I opens up each exposed wire and “ scissors” the ends together then twists one end to the other, then the remaining ends together then both twisted ends are twisted together then taped tightly, never had it fail that way
