Adjustable pedals, all crown Victorias have the wiring but most dont have the adjustable pedal system but its easy as just swapping in adjustable pedals in there for the traction control you need the correct steering wheel with button and have ford enable it via ford ids.
Here some of things I've found out 2005-2007 you can have keyless entry but first checking for driver door module in the driver door, all you need to do is add the antenna grabbing one out of an 08+ and activate it on forscan Forscan allows you to turn off dark mode, as well as add keyless entry. For the buttons and the forscan software it cames out to under 30 for keyless entry Second in some crown victoria if you want to add stuff theres a second power source on the passenger side trunk remove the felt. Remove taillights to sometimes find unremoved strobe bulbs Sometimes under the hood you will find disconnected headlight flashers Some crown victoria have switches under the dash to disable brake lights.

Dont believe crown Victoria's have traction control, but some do have cruise control, if you're referring to that you will also need the steering wheel that has the buttons, as well needing ford program it.
If the vehicle didn't come equipped with traction control adding a switch is not going to make it work the wiring harnesses they put in there are Universal and they have all the plugs for all the add-ons but if you didn't request traction control hooking a switch up will not make it work as for the movable break and throttle pedal if you don't have a switch for it adding one is not going to make it work
