      As someone who's had to deal with a LOT of accusations...just disgusting lies...I've noticed a pattern of people projecting what they would do if they had the other person's characteristics. Cheating seems to involve envy, and those who project cheating onto others are definitely coming from a place of envy as well. Honestly I wish our species would evolve around this matter. Does anyone else prefer alternatives to monogamy with clear communication, honesty, and realistic expectations?
      I'm so fed up of humanity sometimes lol. Show me people who bring the subject of cheating into my life experience and I'll show you shitty communicators

I could not, and i mean it, NOT AT ALL comprehend that. That was the first time i ever disagreed with my mother on something(i was in my teens). Told her that i just couldn't live with myself. Thinking to just take it to the grave or something..hell no

    People don’t cheat because of their face, they cheat because of their heart. It’s about feelings, when someone feels good about themselves and good inside their relationship, they will be much less likely to cheat regardless of their appearance. Often unattractive people cheat for the ego boost. I had an older guy hit me up in the park yesterday, said he was ready to “wander” on his wife. Weird, he just blurted that out. And he didn’t have any of the cheater’s physical characteristics.

      That is very, very different depending on the cheaters sex. Men cheat down, woman cheat up. That is because usually when men cheat, they just want to fuck someone and then go back to their partner, the side chick doesn't need to be better than their partner in any way. Women cheat when they see an opportunity to do better. An evolutionary reason is that for a man the goal is to spread their seed to as many women as possible, hot, ugly, doesn't matter. While for a woman the goal is to secure the best possible partner and get his seed. That's why men cheat more, but tend to stay in the relationship, while women are the ones who are more likely to leave for someone else.

    I think people confused “bad boy/girl” with “cheaters” when ironically enough the former are usually people with a very cold exterior and usually very good looking like the ones you mentioned in the video, they’ll even be upfront about not being interested in you after maybe leading you on in a “friendship” thing, a cheater is usually physically unappealing they will beg for your attention at first and lovebomb you, some have had a glow up and the change in their appearance has given them the thing they have been craving for so long, attention; not even their soulmate will be able to “tame” their desire for filling that hole they were left to rot in for so long, they get in a relationship they begged for, lovebomb their partner, and upon the sight of another person they will drop you, and they usually cheat with people that remind them of themselves (before the glow up)
    Please lets not confuse both.

Does not matter what the female looks like, acts like, etc. They do it because they are feeling a huge void. Being sincere here: I like that we are reopening an honest talk about physiognomy, that is: while there is so much more to be told than the face can tell, the face does tell us some bottom line things about a person, principally their genetics or genetic history, but also the biochemistry and behavioural habits (such as those that form dental-facial features). Those same biochemical markers though, *also* affect behaviour and psychology and across a large sample can predict (not determine) behaviour.
    Physiognomy as a whole was written off as a pseudoscience previously, but, as qualified above, can make sweeping generalisations that are fairly accurate, and that shouldn't be dismissed.

    Anyway I've read studies showing that women desire beautiful men (duh right!) But I've also read studies that show women intentionally avoid dating men who are too good-looking! Which is confusing! 😵‍💫
    I believe this video may hint at one of the reasons. Fear that they can't keep someone really beautiful, fear they don't deserve someone really beautiful, and fear they would "fail" if they had to compete with someone more attractive than themselves to keep that beautiful partner.

      We all like beautiful people, things, scenery.....it's normal.
      Appreciation for beauty both males and females have it.
      You know there's a certain dating stereotype and storyline/narrative that we rely on, men do the active work and women are usually passive and being pursued.Their beauty becomes valuable in someone's eyes.
      If a woman perceives the man to be extremely beautiful, she already dismisses him, in her mind, bcuz he won't fit the age old narrative, then she'd have to become the active party, try to woo him, court him, fend off competition.
      This is not the natural way for the females to act, it doesn't fit the narrative.
      They might want the man, but the need for approval, for being romanced is what will remain an inherent desire.

      @taralove6508 Hello, thanks for answering. So I just want to make sure I understand what you're saying. You're saying that my initial inference was incorrect, and women do, in fact, desire to date very beautiful and sexy men. It's just that women know that in order to be with such men the weman would have to assume the role that they prefer men generally take such as the pursuing, the courting, and the showing that they're a better choice than the other potential mates desiring to be chosen by them... If he's too good-looking at least more attractive than her-then her beauty becomes less impactful in his eyes.

Attractive people carry higher risk of cheating and get unwanted attention which seems tiring for a long term partner so women choose the safer option for a safer future. Here's a thought @QOVESStudio, I understand that you aggregate and analyse studies more than perform them, but an idea I have for a study is one to separate the feature from the biochemical markers that create that feature and in a world of plastic surgery this can be done.
    You can do surveys for behaviour such as infidelity in two samples of handsome men. One sample of then men are selected for a natural face that is handsome (on average rated attractive by some metric), the other are selected for a handsome face that has some plastic surgery (you'll just have to say any I reckon, I know that isn't great or specific for science - oh well), and then see if a naturally masculine face (that is attractive) is more or less faithful than an unnaturally masculine face (that is attractive).
    This would really question how much the underlying principles of biochemistry and physiognomy are driving the behaviour, versus the social consequences of the physical features themselves.

    Why do women historically risk more resource losses from unfaithful partners? Where is your citation? A man risks spending his time and resources raising a child that is not his. A woman risks sharing the man's resources with another woman. Both risk losing their partners entirely.

      I don't think they do
      I think if you ask men about which men are more likely to cheat, they would be even better than women in predicting that
      But about women cheaters, there are more variables.
      The problem is that men based it on femininity(attractiveness) but there is an important factor which is that men put more effort into relationships in which they think the women is very attractive and they mate guard more, so although attractive feminine women have more people hitting on them, they cheat less or about the same as less attractive women because they don't see a big reason to do it as their partners are putting effort into the relationship

    • @lljkgktudjlrsmygilug
      @lljkgktudjlrsmygilug 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Materially, A man spending money on a child that isn't his doesn't negatively effect a man in a way that puts themselves at risk. It may be a waste of money/resources in terms of one's desires, but fundamentally they are in control over their own life regardless. Women, usually requiring resources from others (Male mating partners), need to make sure that they don't get ditched and left in poverty (Or dying). A man can also raise children that aren't his and never know about it, never being affected by it. Being homeless is a lot more noticeable. One is clearly more impactful than the other. You may disagree with this being the case today, but culture often has a time lag. That is what I understand.
      Also, to address the risk of losing a partner, women from the perspective of men (For much of human history) aren't particularly important. They are property, where sometimes you just don't get what you want. Depending on the culture, you can easily divorce, or simply get another wife to prioritize. Doesn't work the other way around 99% of the time. While there certainly is risk that men face, it probably wasn't enough to have meaningful results for the average man. Maybe this is much more pronounced for rich men with a lot of assets. All of this was descriptive speculation.

    • @MA-gu2up
      @MA-gu2up 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@lljkgktudjlrsmygilug
      A woman wouldn't be homeless because the man was with another woman
      The vast majority of cultures allowed polygyny, so it wasn't a big danger for a man to have another wife, and the society expects the man to provide for all his wives, so no homelessness mostly.
      Anyway, I don't think this study necessarily shows that men are worse than women in knowing who will cheat more, maybe it shows that because men think those attractive women have a lot of options, they mate guard more and put more effort into the relationship so the woman doesn't see a reason to cheat.
      But for the other case for the men who cheat, those men cheat, and the women can't do much about it because their infidelity isn't about the woman they are with, it is about them wanting variety or something.
