That's my camera on the tripod 27:30 mark on the platform. Got an awesome shot...... No audio! Curse you Go-Pro! On a side note it was nice meeting and chatting with you and Jamie.
I was gonna film this excursion in Pittston but a lot of things came up and I wasn’t able to. It’s kinda funny also how they didn’t change the arrangement of the consist. Instead the just slapped three more cars on the back of the one to Tunkhannock lmao. Good catch though, and that view from the cemetery was really cool
Yeah those three cars were private cars for special guests of the railroad, as well as for the railroad’s CEO. Definitely made 2102 work a bit harder heading north and put on an excellent show!
,,,,,this went down in my backyard last weekend,,,,,,,and I heard no prior news of it happening,,,,,,,,,,,,pittston junction,,,,5 minutes from my house................maybe next year I'll see and hear 2102............................
,,,,,,at 29:37 , what ave is that crossing at,,,,,,I have no way of zooming in to read the ave. sign,,,,,,,,looks like two words......need some help over here.........
That railroad crossing is at the intersection of Phoenix St. and Railroad St., with Phoenix being the road over the crossing and Railroad being the one going along the cemetery
I thought the port Clinton departures couldn't be beat in terms of volume, but that sound leaving Pittston is something else. Well done.
Thanks! Yeah I was very impressed by how much you can hear and for how long!
Absolutely blown away by how LOUD 2102 is!!
It sure is impressive!
I helped restore that beast as a past member of the Reading Company Tech & Historical Society. She is big, bad and powerful.

I got an Idea would NKP 765 carry the Empire State Express for the New York Central.
When did you hear that?
@@brianfalzon6739 for my railfans .
Sinto saudades quando viajava de trem que pena que o Brasil parou.
I wonder if the R&N could buy the Shamokin Valley Railroad’s line in the future?
I wonder if the R&N could have build a new future regional railroad Station in Tunkhannock?
I managed to chase a train to a tomato festival and ate... Belgian waffles there???
Not quite tomatoes, but I’m sure still tasty!
