    Totally loved this workout! I'll be logging my results here in case anyone was interested! (I plan on trying it for at least 14 days to see how I like it)
    Day 1 ✅ Burned sooooooo much!! I did a 5km run right before so I was a little shaky but it felt amazing!
    Day 2 ✅ I did a 30 minute Pamela Reif workout first so my back hurt a little but this felt so good! Especially knowing that I had the strength to lift my legs for the Russian twists at the end! Can't wait for tomorrow!
    Day 3 ✅ Today I added it to my regular workout routine! I went for a 4km run before as well which had my legs a little tired but overall it went super well!
    Day 4 ✅ I'm already starting to see some light results! My obliques and the center line (I don't remember what it's called) of my abs are starting becoming more promenant!
    Day 5 ✅ For some reason it felt a lot harder to complete the exercises today but I still got through them!
    ❎ Didn't do it today since there was a snow storm and I'm very tired from shovelling. I'll do it tomorrow though!
    Day 6 ✅ Burned so much! And hurt a little more then usual, it was probably because I took yesterday off but still!
    - Skipped 2 days for school - ❎❎
    Day 7 ✅ Burned A LOT and I didn't take any breaks between exercises, definitely made it more intense
    Day 8 ✅ It wasn't too hard today but I did sweat a lot more than usual for some reason
    Day 9 ✅ Super Exhausting since I had cramps but still did it and boy did it burn
    - another break for school smh - ❎
    Day 10 ✅ Not taking a 2 day break again this time so I did it again today, and OH MY GOD!!
    Day 11 ✅ Completed and there's just a few days left to my challenge! Woohoo!
    Day 12 ✅ Done! I've noticed that when I do the workout now my abs genuinely burn so much! But I am also noticing more definition in my lower abs now!
    Day 13 ✅ Total burner as usual!
    Day 14!!! LAST DAY!✅ Oh my goodness! Alright so I will definitely keep doing this workout daily! It's only been 2 weeks and although I was slim in the beginning, I've lost A WHOLE INCH off of my waist! Which is definitely a lot for just 2 weeks to me! My abs and obliques (especially) are so much stronger and tighter too! Totally recommend! Challenge yourself!

    Recently I’ve been doing Lilly’s lose fat and smaller waist training exercises (two most popular) and I can really feel a difference even after three days! I think I’ll add this workout :)) can’t wait to try it out!! (my diet is really bad but these exercises are amazing so I really genuinely suggest them)

    i will be updating this daily for at least two weeks!
    day 1: ✅ the exercises were manageable and i can already feel the burn!
    day 2:✅ in the morning i already saw that my stomach was less bloated/shrunken and was a bit sore, today i can feel the burn but it’s great!
    day 3:✅ done! i’ve got sports tn so hopefully i won’t be too tired 😅
    day 4: ✅ done! was a bit tired from yesterday but still made it!
    day 5:✅done! feeling good
    day 6: ✅done! can really feel my abs toning up :))
    day 7: ✅ a week done! 🥳 proud of myself :)
    day 8: ✅done!
    day 9:✅ done!
    day 10:✅ seeing results and feeling good
    day 11:✅ am flying through this, my abs are toned, and my stomach is shrunken!!!
    day 12: ✅ this has gotten so so much easier my abs are prominent and i am genuinely stronger in my core
    day 13: ✅ one day left!!
    day 14:✅🥳🥳🥳COMPLETED this took a lot of effort and consistency but it was definitely worth it!! my abs are toned and my stomach is shrunken. if you’re debating on whether to do it or not, or if you can or can’t, do it! and no excuses, no pain no gain Lol

    Loved this workout so much!! I'm going to be logging the result here :)
    Day 1: ✅️ Burned alot but got through it! I thought it would be alot longer but it wasn't as bad as i thought. I also went for a 30 min walk before.
    Day 2: ✅️ I had muscle pain from yesterday's workout which made this workout burn even more! But it felt so good. I kind of feel result but I think I feel them more than I see them. I didn't walk today because of a long school day I had.
    Day 3: ✅️ Burned alot! I still had muscle pain so I hurt even more but was good! I didn't walk because I have exams coming up and honestly barely have any free time.
    Day 4: ✅️ Today it hurt so much. It hurt more than it burned. But I expected the workout to be longer. I don't see much results yet. I atleast didn't have any muscle pain anymore! I didn't walk because of exam prepping.
    Day 5: ✅️ It went well. It felt alot harder today but I got through it. It didn't burn as much as the previous workouts.
    Day 6: ✅️ I actually didn't want to do it and was procrastinating doing so I ended up doing it at 1am. I didn't want to do it because I was so tired but I knew if I didn't I would regret it later and be so disappointed in myself. I felt less harder today and didn't burn that much.
    Day 7: ✅️ It burnt only a little. Especially the upwards crutches burned. I was so tired today and really didn't want to do a workout but I forced myself because I knew I would regret it if I didn't. Today felt harder then other days.
    Day 8: ✅️ I was so tired and was procrastinating doing it but I just knew I needed to do it and not break the streak of me working out everyday. It barely burned today and the workout felt pretty easier if I may say?
    Day 9: ✅️ I was so tired when I had to do the workout so it felt alot harder today but it burned less. It did burn more than yesterday. Do see much result till now...
    Day 10: ✅️ I was a little tired today so I didn't do the workout very well. Honestly can't wait till exams are over so I can finally start working out more!
    Day 11: ❌️ I completely forgot to do it and I'm so disappointed in myself for forgetting. This is all my fault.
    Day 12: ✅️ I did it twice because I felt bad for forgetting it yesterday. I burned so much since I didn't do it for one day and I also did it twice..
    And lemme tell you the second time was so exhausting. I barely could get through all the exercises.
    Day 13: ✅️ I got through this workout! I was honestly dreading to do this but knew I had to. Almost 2 weeks of doing this! I honestly do see much difference..
    Day 14: ✅️ 2 weeks of doing this and I honestly haven't seen much difference.. can somebody give me some advice? Why don't I see any results yet? Even the tiniest bit of results would be nice.
    Day 15: ✅️ I was really tired and didn't have any motivation to do it so I procrastinated and did it at 3am.
    Day 16: ✅️ I had muscle pain from yesterday's so it was alot hardier. I'm thinking about doing a flat stomache or smaller waist workout instead of this workout because I don't see any result from this.. I will still continued for 1 more week to really see if it doesn't give any results.
    Day 17: ✅️ This really burned in my core! I'm bloated right now so I don't see much results yet..
    Day 18: ✅️ I was so tired when doing this. Did burn tho!
    Day 19: ✅️ Didn't burn as much.. I was literally daydreaming while doing to workout hahaha.

    Doing this for a while till I’m happy with my body!!
    Day 1 Omg burned sweat a lot ! I am going to be trying to eat better ! Also ran a mile today.
    Day 2 wow so hard could barely get through lol trying my hardest!
    Day 3 had no motivation at all I don’t know why but I still didn’t just didn’t do good and barely tried
    Day 4 definitely did a lot better had more motivation and had fun with this workout trying to eat better !
    Day 5 somewhat has motivation but felt like I could have done better

    I have done the Pamela’s end Cloe’s workouts for month and a half. The 21 march well be 2 month but I don’t have the results that I want to have.
    Now I will do this workout+ the 5 minutes workout for the low abs❤️
    If you want to start I’m so proud of you, you will make it, and remember, you are already so so so beautiful 🥰
    Day 1: these 2 workout are so hard but I do it💪🏻I felt the burn and I love it.
    I don’t see any difference from before but I’m hopeful anyway 🦋
    Day2:Done
    Day3:Done
    Day4:Done and I’ve notice that my lower belly is flatter than before😍
    Day5:Done and I’ve added another 5 minutes low abs so now I do 18 minutes of abs workout 💪🏻🌸

    Day7:Done I can see many differences from before, but the process is too slow but I know that I can make flat my lower abs and you can too💕

      trust me you HAVE to do this workout it changed my body so much. I did this workout everyday along with "FLAT STOMACH in 1 Week (Intense Abs) | 7 minute Home Workout" for a month straights with rest days on Sunday. so worth it.@@noebabes

    Day 1: Had to pause for 10 seconds for a breather and some water pretty good tho I can feel the burn

    Day 1: ✅ done and I'm sweating hard I'm doing a leg workout with this also I am trying to be healthy
    Day 2:✅ oh my god that burned but I didn't take ANY breaks in between the workouts very proud of myself
    Day 3:✅ burned a lot! But I managed to get through my abs are burning a bit throughout the day I feel super good now to eat lunch 😂

    I have downloaded the lean app and love it!! In a week I noticed a difference in my core. I was able to put on jeans that didn't fit me a week ago and fit now. You will feel sore in muscles you didn't know you had. I am finally feeling good about myself. I am 41 and thought that maybe drop if my Metabolism was just going to win.i was so close to giving up.     I have kinda a muffin too but not very much . 26.5 waist 5’3 115 pounds.
    Day 1:it was hard!! I cried a little and after I stared trembling like crazy! Form could have been better but I feel good.

    I did the workout after a lower abs one, I've done a lot of lilys stomach/abs workouts so it wasn't as hard as I thought. I don't think I gave it my all if I'm honest but then it's also easy when I have the workout memorized. It definitely burned and I did find some of the exercises difficult but I tried to push through as much as I could. Love the workout tho. And I definitely recommend Lily's belly fat/stomach/abs workouts be ajae they're amazing!

    I don't have a measure thing but rn i have a pretty big belly. I'm 5'6 and weigh 134 lbs which isn't really bad for me because my legs have so much muscle but some of it is my stomach fat! I'm going to be doing this till I see results! If i do an additional work out I'll let you know in the updates! Let me know if you have any questions!
    Day One: DONE! I can feel the burn and it kinda hurts lol. I also did Lilly's LOSE FAT in 7 days 5 minute workout!
    Day Two: DONE! My abs are sore, but I low-key like it it's rewarding!!
    Day Three: DONE! My lower stomach fat is definitely smaller than yesterday and I see more of an hour glass shape that will look great once all the fats gone!
    Day Four: Incomplete. I was getting ready for school and was low-key sick. Not proud of myself there.
    Day Five: DONE! Did this at night because it was my first day back from school and I had activities till 5! Still proud I did it. I see more of an hour glass shape and I've lost some stomach weight! Can't wait for it to be gone!

    Day 2: done (x2), just did an 1 hour wod just before but I am so proud bc I MADE IT TWICE
    Day 3: done (x1), the last one is SO HARD
    Day 4: done (x1), it’s crazy how I feel it MORE AND MORE
    Day 5: done (x1), even if I felt sickkkkk
    Day 6: done (x1), I am so proud that I kept doing this challenge!!!!
    Day 7: done (x1), ALREADY ONE WEEK !!!! I really lost some belly fat and my abs are now more defined!!!!

    DAY 1: ✅ Hard but manageable I can feel the burn
    DAY 2: ✅ Seemed More hard for some reason (but may be because I had swimming)
    DAY 3: ✅ Done! (Even thou i am sick)
    DAY 4: ✅ Done! When I woke up my stomach was visibly flatter
    DAY 5: ❌ Not done! At someones house
    DAY 6:❌ Not done!
    DAY 7:✅ Done! Easier
    DAY 8:✅ Done!
    DAY 9::✅ Done! getting easier to do exercises, and feeling more confident in general
    DAY 10::❌ Not done!
    DAY 11: ✅ Done! I can finally do the whole workout without having some 5 second pauses my stomach is flatter
    DAY 12: Done!
    DAY 13:Done ✅
    DAY 14:Done ✅ Don't really see a difference but my core feels stronger.

    I started this workout yesterday and imma be tracking my progress here, pls remind me!
    Day 1: ✅ OUCH. i had to take like 3 breaks and my abs were on fire.
    Day 2: ✅ omg it hurt but not as much as yesterday. Still in pain tho
    Day 3: ✅ getting stronger. I was able to do this workout with minimal breaks, even though I did have to stop for almost 10 mins :/
    Day 4: I don't remember if I did it, so i'll do it an extra day to make up for it
    Day 5: ✅ it was honestly a lot easier than before, and I was able to do it with one break and then another unintentional one (I needed to see who was at the door).
    When I did the workout before eating anything unhealthy, it was a lot easier to do, so I recommend eating healthy, doing the workouts, then having the chocolate cake.
    Update: so I wasn't able to complete the full two weeks because my period started, but I did notice a tiny difference.
