Alrighty girls let's do this. I'm a 14 year old female and weigh 139 lbs. My goal is not to get abs right away, but to slim down my belly so I can finally look at the mirror and think "hey, I'm pretty alright". Sure my belly doesn't show so much but its still noticable. It's like a lump. That's not to shame those who are heavier, if your happy and healthy with yourself then you do you boo. I'm just insecure of myself, I really want to work on my image and increase my self esteem. And I wanna be looking like a snacc when I enter High school this August. And even in some angles you see a tiny glimpse of abs. The tiny, and I mean really tiny, belly I have left is probably just left over fat that I'll use to shape my abs. So this exercise does work for a slim belly in a minimum of 2 weeks but there is no abs guaranteed. I'll stop the updates for now but when my abs are more visible I'll let you know. ✨FINAL RESULTS: ✨noticeable difference in lower tummy fat (didnt measure but took pictures) and down 3.5 pounds! Hey everyone! I will be doing this workout everyday for 1 week and will update everyday! I’ve done another one of Lily’s ab workouts and got amazing results so I’m excited for this one! Day 1: just finished! I’m always surprised about how hard her workout are 😂😂 definitely had to stop a few times Day 2: done! I actually was able to get through most of the moves without stopping today! Day 3: skipped 🤭 Day 4: done! I’m so surprised at how much easier this workout has gotten from just day 1! I really pushed myself and my lower abs are really burning today! I thought it had something to do with my pants but now that I see the pictures I realize it’s because I lost some tummy fat! I also lost around 3.5 pounds! I was doing this workout along with jogging a mile a day and doing a 5 minute hiit workout. I started my weight loss journey around 4 weeks ago and I’ve lost almost 12 pounds! My goal is to hopefully be at 189 by the end of the month!

For anyone who wonders if it works, the answer is YES! I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks and 4 days and the results are incredible. Personally, I've tried to eat as healthy as I can because I don't choose what we eat, so here are some of the meals I've eaten during these 2 weeks: Broccoli with fish, ratatouille, shrimp pasta, salads with tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella, omelets, fried eggs, and many other things. I tried to stop snacking between meals and drinking lots of water, I drink green tea every other day and I haven't eaten any fast food. If I could make it through these two weeks, you too can do it, just believe in yourself, I know you will succeed! @@GoodMusicTaste_ hey ! I stopped doing this workout after the 3rd week because I started to get kinda bored of it,but yes at the 3rd week my belly was flatter but it wasn't the only an workout i was doing (i did Daisy Keech's hourglass ab too and it worked pretty well)

waist before: 26.25 inches (started with 27, this is after doing her 5 min ab workout for 7 days) - waist after: day one: definitely felt a burn/pain at certain exercises but i was surprised when the 6 min was up, it felt so fast! day two: really hurt at the flutter kick/leg raise exercises day three: still hurt just as bad :( day four: still hurt but i was able to push through most of the time and not have to stop cause of the pain day five: took a break for 2 days cause i wasn't feeling well, day 5 still hurt!! day six: day seven: - also wanted to add that i do 45 min of cardio (interval running on a treadmill or outside) 4-5 days a week! i lost a few pounds from doing this for 2 months, so i'm not sure whether these challenges work on their own, but go ahead and try it!
Motivate me by commenting! Day 1: Just started this workout today after finishing the flat stomach in 1 week challenge from Lily. Definitely felt it, but decided to do it twice since the workout is so short. I’ll keep you guys updated! Day 2: Woke up really sore this morning. Did the workout twice again and I feel so good! Obviously no changes yet but I’m so excited to keep going! Day 3: I don’t feel as tired as I was yesterday when I finished but still pretty sore. Hurts but it will be worth it ❤ Day 4: Didn’t even remember being sore. It gets easier everyday, don’t stop! Day 5: I was planning on not pushing too hard today since I had a heavy flow but it was actually really easy! I even did some of the more difficult modifications. Day 6: I can’t believe that I’m gonna be done with this challenge tomorrow! Time goes by so fast. Day 7: Finally done! Overall, there isn’t much change but the improvements from the beginning are definitely showing. Please don’t expect just this workout to get rid of your lower belly fat because that is the hardest to get rid of! Though this is a good start and did help the abs, I recommend more than just this if you want results faster. I did this workout two times a day with no change in diet or any other workouts, so results might be different for everyone. Thank you to everyone who has kept up with my updates! I did just this workout alone for 2 months and noticed visible changes to my stomach. Everyone kept asking what exercises I was doing at the gym, and couldn’t believe this was all I was doing as well as eating healthy. Could not recommend enough, thank you❤
hi guys i’m going to do this workout for 7 days and i hope to stay consistent and to continue until summer, i don’like my body and this is giving me problems also for dancing which is my passion, so i decided to do somethig for it. help me stay motivated!! for breakfast I drink a protein shake, then a protein bar for snack, lunch is mostly chicken or meat with rice or quinoa, after my workout I drink another protein shake or sometimes Bannana or apple with peanut butter, and for dinner mostly tuna

I have to say that when I first found this channel (April), I was intimidated by those 4 min non stop abs. At that time, my core strength wasn't that good and I tend to under train it. Recently, I noticed I can do those 4-6 min abs and keep up with the rep (for this one- the very last exercise..too much for me so I has to pause a good 20 seconds). I love this short ab focuses that I can add to the end of my daily workout and feel abs satisfied.

Imma give my results every day. Btw, I am also a basketball player who practices for an hour almost daily and a karate student who practices for 15-20 mins. Also, instead of the few sit ups in the vid, I do about 50. Remember to breath in when down and breath our when up. It really shapes your abs. Hey..i’m going to be trying to get down to 140 lbs in less than 4 months. my current weight is 230+ which is very obesity, so therefore i’m going try to be VERY consistent😗😗!! Try to focus on squeezing in your lower abs and butt as you do the exercises. This should help your core to feel it more. Lilly has video's on core strength so it might be worth you having a look at them for a bit more advice. Hope that helps.
Doing this workout for 2 weeks with the daisy keech hourglass one, I'll keep you updated ladies!! Day 1 ✅ had to take a few breaks but i completed it (i started with her other ab challenge but i like this one better so i switched 😅) Day 2 ✅ i wasn’t able to do it all the way through with no breaks but i finished it again Day 3 ✅ still difficulty and i still needed breaks but i finished. i added a 30 sec plank at the beginning and end of the workout Day 4 ✅ still a bit difficult but i didn’t have to take as many breaks today! Day 5 ✅ i’m not nearly as sore now, it’s definitely getting a lot easier to do, i think after 7 days of this i will either switch workouts or add one to this Day 6 ✅ a lil easier, i don’t get sore after the workout anymore **im doing this challenge while im in a caloric deficit of about 300-500 calories. im not doing any other supplemental workouts for the first 7 days. im not going to be weighing myself while i do this challenge, im basing my results off of how i feel and look in the mirror!! i will add my final waist measurements at 7 days and 14 days**
I don't know what was different today, but I finished every single workout in this video without taking a brake like normally I do...I'm so proud of myself! 🌸22/07/23 Day 1: I found the exercises complicated, I felt my back and belly burn. 🌸23/07/23 Day 2: I woke up in the morning with stomach aches, I was happy to feel that it was starting to work. I did the exercises afterwards but it was even more complicated with the pain from the day before. 🌸24/07/23 Day 3: The exercises today were much easier! (Non stop). I still don't see changes but it hurts. I feel my abdomen a little harder. 🌸25/07/23 Day 4: Okay, it was even easier today, maybe after the 7 days I'll do it again but twice. I feel that I have more strength in my abdomen and I have less of a flabby, fatty stomach. I swear it works, I'm so shocked. This is the first time these exercises have worked for me. I won't give up! I will continue to do this every day and post my results here. 🌸25/07/23 Day 5: I feel a little sick today, I will resume the exercises tomorrow. 🌸"Day 5": So I don't count yesterday because I was sick. Today I felt insecure, even though the exercises made me stronger, I expected to see big changes after the 5th day. For the moment I am happy to see that my belly is less flaccid. Maybe with the days to come it will go as I want, I keep the hope. 🌸27/07/23 Day 6: ✅ 🌸28/07/23 Day 7:✅ So I completed the 7 days. I am relatively disappointed, no drastic change. I’m gonna be trying this for 2 weeks twice a day along with another workout that’s 7 minutes I will update daily. Day 1 complete✅ Day 2 complete✅ keep and mind I’m doing an hour glass workout from this same TH-camr. Weight: 138lbs Day1: intense and I took some breaks but felt the burn:) Day2: intense today as well but i managed Day3: today I still did half of it and I can’t do sit-ups;( hopefully I’ll get better! I've been doing this work out for 2 weeks and i can assure that this works, in my experience the first 2 -3 days your body will sore but as you keep doing your body will get used to it. My belly fat decreased but i cannot see abs for now but stomach got toned and flatter than it used to be. Dunno if anyone even still reads these but I've been doing this for a good while now. Yeah, results are amazing. I've been in a calorie deficit, but I've lost A LOT of my stomach fat, and I mean, A LOT. I've also gone from 54 kg to 46.3 kg. Again, that's because I've been in a calorie deficit, been doing running & trying to get 10k steps a day & also from eating healthily.

Alrighty girls let's do this. I'm a 14 year old female and weigh 139 lbs. My goal is not to get abs right away, but to slim down my belly so I can finally look at the mirror and think "hey, I'm pretty alright". Sure my belly doesn't show so much but its still noticable. Day 13- Sorry I didn't update yesterday but I got great news. My belly is almost completely flat and my stomach is hard af. And even in some angles you see a tiny glimpse of abs. The tiny, and I mean really tiny, belly I have left is probably just left over fat that I'll use to shape my abs. So this exercise does work for a slim belly in a minimum of 2 weeks but there is no abs guaranteed. I'll stop the updates for now but when my abs are more visible I'll let you know. I've been working for about two years but I was taking a break after 3 weeks of working. I was testing so many workouts and I think this is the best for your waist/abs! Hey everyone! I will be doing this workout everyday for 1 week and will update everyday! I’ve done another one of Lily’s ab workouts and got amazing results so I’m excited for this one!
Day 1: just finished! I’m always surprised about how hard her workout are 😂😂 definitely had to stop a few times

Results: Alright! I’m super happy with my results! I don’t have a measuring tape but I did take pictures and I definitely see a difference in my lower pooch. I actually noticed how much smaller it was 2 days ago when I put on this form fitting sweater and noticed my lower tummy was barely sticking out. I thought it had something to do with my pants but now that I see the pictures I realize it’s because I lost some tummy fat! I also lost around 3.5 pounds! I was doing this workout along with jogging a mile a day and doing a 5 minute hiit workout. I started my weight loss journey around 4 weeks ago and I’ve lost almost 12 pounds! My goal is to hopefully be at 189 by the end of the month!

For anyone who wonders if it works, the answer is YES! I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks and 4 days and the results are incredible. Personally, I've tried to eat as healthy as I can because I don't choose what we eat, so here are some of the meals I've eaten during these 2 weeks: Broccoli with fish, ratatouille, shrimp pasta, salads with tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella, omelets, fried eggs, and many other things.
I tried to stop snacking between meals and drinking lots of water, I drink green tea every other day and I haven't eaten any fast food.
If I could make it through these two weeks, you too can do it, just believe in yourself, I know you will succeed!

day one: definitely felt a burn/pain at certain exercises but i was surprised when the 6 min was up, it felt so fast!
day two: really hurt at the flutter kick/leg raise exercises
day three: still hurt just as bad :(
day four: still hurt but i was able to push through most of the time and not have to stop cause of the pain
day five: took a break for 2 days cause i wasn't feeling well, day 5 still hurt!!

- also wanted to add that i do 45 min of cardio (interval running on a treadmill or outside) 4-5 days a week! i lost a few pounds from doing this for 2 months, so i'm not sure whether these challenges work on their own, but go ahead and try it!

Day 1: Just started this workout today after finishing the flat stomach in 1 week challenge from Lily. Definitely felt it, but decided to do it twice since the workout is so short. I’ll keep you guys updated!
Day 2: Woke up really sore this morning. Did the workout twice again and I feel so good! Obviously no changes yet but I’m so excited to keep going!
Day 3: I don’t feel as tired as I was yesterday when I finished but still pretty sore. Hurts but it will be worth it ❤
Day 4: Didn’t even remember being sore. It gets easier everyday, don’t stop!
Day 5: I was planning on not pushing too hard today since I had a heavy flow but it was actually really easy! I even did some of the more difficult modifications.
Day 6: I can’t believe that I’m gonna be done with this challenge tomorrow! Time goes by so fast.
Day 7: Finally done! Overall, there isn’t much change but the improvements from the beginning are definitely showing. Please don’t expect just this workout to get rid of your lower belly fat because that is the hardest to get rid of! Though this is a good start and did help the abs, I recommend more than just this if you want results faster. I did this workout two times a day with no change in diet or any other workouts, so results might be different for everyone. Thank you to everyone who has kept up with my updates! I will be moving on to other challenges.

Do you have a healthy diet? Can you share it with us? I was so confused about my diet, I ate starchy (but very little, mostly rice and sweet potatoes). I am trying to give up sweetness completely and eat more vegetables.

for breakfast I drink a protein shake, then a protein bar for snack, lunch is mostly chicken or meat with rice or quinoa, after my workout I drink another protein shake or sometimes Bannana or apple with peanut butter, and for dinner mostly tuna

Lower abs is my prblem
I have to say that when I first found this channel (April), I was intimidated by those 4 min non stop abs. At that time, my core strength wasn't that good and I tend to under train it. Recently, I noticed I can do those 4-6 min abs and keep up with the rep (for this one- the very last exercise..too much for me so I has to pause a good 20 seconds). I love this short ab focuses that I can add to the end of my daily workout and feel abs satisfied.
I am doing this workout for 5 days ...I am lose 1 inch .... I am really happy to see the results... thankyou Lilly... ♥️

You're doing it wrong
Try to focus on squeezing in your lower abs and butt as you do the exercises. This should help your core to feel it more. Lilly has video's on core strength so it might be worth you having a look at them for a bit more advice. Hope that helps.
Engage your core so you feel the burn
It means your doing it wrong... It will only makes your legs bigger rather than burning ur lower ab.. Engage ur core as hard as you can!!

I love your workouts so much! They're short but I feel like I get a good workout from them which works perfectly for my body and schedule
Day 1 ✅ had to take a few breaks but i completed it (i started with her other ab challenge but i like this one better so i switched 😅)
Day 2 ✅ i wasn’t able to do it all the way through with no breaks but i finished it again
Day 3 ✅ still difficulty and i still needed breaks but i finished. i added a 30 sec plank at the beginning and end of the workout
Day 4 ✅ still a bit difficult but i didn’t have to take as many breaks today!
Day 5 ✅ i’m not nearly as sore now, it’s definitely getting a lot easier to do, i think after 7 days of this i will either switch workouts or add one to this

You guys, this really works! I started to get some shape, the beginning of 11 lines started to form. Not in 7 days though. I had to do it for about 30 days to see results.

🌸23/07/23 Day 2: I woke up in the morning with stomach aches, I was happy to feel that it was starting to work. I did the exercises afterwards but it was even more complicated with the pain from the day before.
🌸24/07/23 Day 3: The exercises today were much easier! (Non stop). I still don't see changes but it hurts. I feel my abdomen a little harder.
🌸25/07/23 Day 4: Okay, it was even easier today, maybe after the 7 days I'll do it again but twice. I feel that I have more strength in my abdomen and I have less of a flabby, fatty stomach. I swear it works, I'm so shocked. This is the first time these exercises have worked for me. I won't give up! I will continue to do this every day and post my results here.

I've been doing this work out for 2 weeks and i can assure that this works, in my experience the first 2 -3 days your body will sore but as you keep doing your body will get used to it. My belly fat decreased but i cannot see abs for now but stomach got toned and flatter than it used to be.

Day 1 - it wasn’t hard per day but I definitely felt it and I look forward to getting better at the one where your legs are open bc I was struggling😭.

day one: that was hard! i thought it would be easier because it is just 6 minutes but i am literally sweating! i hope i can do this.
day two: i almost forgot! it was hard but i think i did better than yesterday!!
day three: i almost forgot again lol. i have this feeling that i am doing some exercises wrong but i keep trying. i am a little less exhausted this time.
day four: i need to say that i almost forgot again? my abs are hurting a little but my legs were DYING during the workout (now they are better). i think that it’s working lol.
day five: i did it, but i forgot to write here lol. i think it is getting easier every day, i will do it for more than one week to get the results.
day six: today i started school but i hope it doesn´t interfers in the workout routine. today i felt that i did everything in the right way.
day seven: this is supposed to be the last day but i think i will keep doing this workout. i really like it. i keep feeling that one side of my body is better doing the excercises (like, it is easy to do the fifth with one leg but it is hard to do with the other one). anyways, i really like it and i am proud of myself for keeping with it.
day eight: i am feeling that i got used with the workut and now i am doing it the i n the best way possible. i am feeling much better.
day nine: i think i am really stronger with those workouts, but i really don´t see big resoults. i am going to do it again tomorrow and then try a new one.

Day 1: I did it and this is probs my fave video I’ve done of Lilly’s but oh my godddd my abs the day after were HURTING. And so were my ribs tbh from tensing my abs during the workout. Gonna wait till they feel better then carry on.

Dunno if anyone even still reads these but I've been doing this for a good while now. Yeah, results are amazing.
I've been in a calorie deficit, but I've lost A LOT of my stomach fat, and I mean, A LOT. I've also gone from 54 kg to 46.3 kg.
Again, that's because I've been in a calorie deficit, been doing running & trying to get 10k steps a day & also from eating healthily.
