    Wow I cant thank you enough for this video, i wish i were in Canada because I'd come to you immediately, Ive had neck shoulder and arm pain for 7years,i havent had the use of my left writing hand in 5 years,this helps relieve the pain.Thank you Dr.Andrea🙏🏾

    Thank you. I’ve been doing these exercises several times a week for several months now, and they are helping with some of the neck pain and stiffness I have with chronic migraine.

      I'm glad these exercises are helping you. Me too, I have to do these exercises regularly, or my neck pain comes back terribly. I learned this exercises with my mentor Dra. Satiko Imamura, a physiatrist in Brazil. She is amazing.

    I've had neck pain for decades from auto accident that resulted in a fused vertebrae. Been to many HCPs but never helped. trap and shoulder pain started 2 years ago. I get monthly massages for temporary relief. These stretches helped. I knew about the neck tucks but not the others. Massage therapist said that I had so many trigger points in my neck that it feels like I've swallowed walnuts. So glad that TH-cam recommended your channel. God bless

Also wanted to check - In my case it is not a pain but a continuous muscle stretch and intensity of this stretch keeps varying and which is extremely uncomfortable at times. The stretch is higher on the left side and not restricted to Neck alone however also propagates to region around the left ear, left side of forehead and left eye. Could you pls suggest some exercises for the region above neck i.e around ear, forehead and eye, it feels like the muscle stretch follows a curved path starting at left eye , forehead, around and inside left ear, neck and goes till arm pit

    You are amazing! Just started watching all your videos and they are well done and easy to understand. I am retired nurse whom unfortunately had a serious motocyle accident 6 years ago and left with some MSK issues and other issues like chronic pain as result....everything you are doing make clear sense to someone like me. I just tried it and its unlocked my jaw, and I hope will move top vertebrae which multiple drs and chiropractor, £1000s of treatment have failed to do. Had caused paralysis right thru my myofascial / shoulder for last decade. I m so amazed and so grateful🙏🙏👏👏👏💚💚💚💚thank you so much . I will be doing this daily for the rest of my life! Just brilliant x

      I just wanted to let you know, I did your exercises and some self massage throughout the days this weekend and today was the first full day of work where I didn’t have debilitating pain in YEARS! Off to a great start. I wish my doctor would’ve told me about these years ago.

    Thank you for your videos! I have been watching many as I have nerve pain down my arm that is very worrisome. I am having rotator cuff repair in two weeks. My orthopedist says tingling in my hand (which also comes with the nerve pain), he 'cannot fix" with this surgery and it is probably coming from my neck. Ugh! The nerve pain is as life altering as the shoulder pain from torn rotator cuff. Using Gabapetin at night. Also watched your video on it. You really are kind to share these videos.

    My dorsal side of hand, shoulder and arm are in a lot of burning pain, go numb and I lose strangh in hand and these excercises help a lot along with cervical radiculopathy excercises. I am looking forward for some long term resukts. It's great to have some pain relief. Change in lifestyle will help too, better posture, less phone time and less looking down.

    Thank you, I have lots of pain in my neck and upper back during school because of having to write and use the computer. During the school year, it gets to the point I can only write or draw if I am laying down on my side, and my room gets very dirty due to the pain from bending over.

    Thank you for making this video. I tried the exercises you showed in this video, after doing all these exercises I feel tightness in the upper back muscles (shoulders, neck). Shall I continue these exercises please suggest me.

      It is really important that you see a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist will examine your specific situation and tell you what you can and cannot do. These videos are for educational purposes only. Now that you are more knowledgeable about your condition and the types of exercises you could be doing, it will be much easier for you to discuss with your physiotherapist. You will understand what they are saying, and why they are recommending one exercise and not the other one. I think that patients who are more knowledgeable about their options are much better to adhere to the treatment recommendations. That is the ultimate goal of these videos, that you can discuss with your health care professional and be a partner in the decisions.

    i started getting little waves of dizziness later after doing scalene trigger therapy. is that normal? it felt good at the time.

    I have had myofacial pain trigger points starting at the beginning of covid. Didn't go out much, sitting at the computer at home too much from boredom etc. I feel like this is a dumb question but I can't find a Physiatry doctor in my area. I live somewhere near to Pinehurst NC. Could you help me find one in that area. If not I will understand. I just wish you were close to my area. Great video!

      These exercises are helpful to all muscles of the cervical spine and upper back, including the levator scapula, upper trapezius, scalenes, sternocleidomastoid, splenius capitis and cervicis.

      These exercises are for muscle pain. So, they may help if there is some myofascial pain on the top of the cervial arthritis.
