Can u vesa mount it for adjustable height? Are color grades good for content creation like macbook's display?
VESA mount will connect directly on that monitor back. When you use, VESA mount, your stand will not work. So, height adjustment will also not work.
Yes color grade are quite good compare to macbook display.

For reading purpose if monitor size is up to 25 inch then take full HD 1080p. If Monitor size is above 27 inch then only go for 2K resolution.

I bought Lenovo Q24h-10 usb c type monitor, The screen is very bright for me to work. There is a button of brightness but it is not working.
Neither I am able to access brightness or contrast options from OSD menu (it is disabled). Do you have similar issue with ThinkVision monitor. Would you please help me how to adjust the brightness. Would be great help, Thanks!!
