How does that heat not affect the other components of the board? What stops the heat from displacing or melting some of those other small parts? Genuinely curious
there are machines that do that, but when you have the skills to do it manually, you get paid more that the engineer that handed it to you! I paid my techs more than some engineers!

some of that solder paste was going all over the place when rinsed off with the flux. Easy to build up and get mini short circuits here and there..
All is cleaned and checked 3 times before injecting power into the board
