Just the best. The pacing is perfect. The descriptions are so clear I don't even need to look at the screen. There's no spiritual mumbo jumbo just authentic grounding and presence. This routine helped me regain mobility and function after a six-month break due to a hip-socket fracture. Since then I've doing it 2-3 times a week after every long training session. I also did it every day during a bike touring trip in which I was riding +150km per day and it helped me with the recovery. It is without doubt the best "yoga for cyclists" routine out there. Thanks a lot!
I usually do this immediately after my ride, to avoid stiffness, but didn't have a chance to do so yesterday. Just completed the session the morning after a ride and it felt just as good. LOVE it!!
That's a great routine for anyone really. I've been cycling for around 17 years now and never been a fan of stretching. This year I started doing yoga each morning before work (20min routines) and not only am I more stretched, but I feel much better!
This truly is the best routine for cyclists that I have found. Sometimes I try others and always end up coming back to this. If I keep up with this a few times a week my back pretty much disappears. Thanks Kassandra.

Doing this on a bike packing trip form Berlin to Vienna - it feels amazing! We're already in Tabor, a city south to Prague and the region is quite hilly, so this practice is exactly what I needed :) thanks Kassandra!

This class was GREAT! Short, to the point, very effective. I do a lot of yoga - more in the summer, when I can do it outside. It's rather difficult to force myself in the winter, but I need to after treadmill running and indoor cycling. Thank you so much.

I've been following this routine for years, often doing it several times a week. I am a competitive cyclist and it is better than any other stretching programs for cyclists that I've seen. I add some IT band stretches during the forward fold and some neck (upper trap/levator/scalene) during the butterfly pose. If I were to request any constructive feedback, I would look for opportunities to add some chest openers to the poses since we're so hunched over in cycling. I'm not too familiar with yoga, so, maybe there's some simple stuff I'm missing. Thank you for this video!!

That was nice. It challenged my flexibility and balance. Definitely highlights the muscles and ligaments that tighten up after an intensive cycling regime. I’ll be trying it again to see how my body responds.

I haven't yet watched this video as I have in fact just completed your yoga flexibility for dancers video and can feel my hips have had enough for one day, but was looking for what other videos I can do tomorrow. I am a mature student (aged 30) who has just begun a 3 year professional training course in contemporary dance. Last term, I discovered how much yoga helps with development as a dancer, having taken part in a weekly yoga class run by the conservatoire. I was looking for more yoga practices to do in my own time, to increase the amount i was doing but also to have the option to choose what type of class I do for what my body needs that day. I have tried a few channels before stumbling across yours, where I have happily remained for a few weeks now. Your teaching is spot on, your tone of voice, your balance of verbal instruction and silence, your well thought out music choices that compliment and assist with the different stages of each class. I am incredibly grateful for your wide selection of videos to choose from, allowing us to tailor our practice to our individual needs. I also watched your confessions video and I loved your honesty and how real you are. Some of the insights you gave were even relatable and therefore helpful to life as a dance artist. I just wanted to thank you for your hard work and dedication, I really hope you are getting a good return for it. We, your subscribers, appreciate you so much. Thank you.
Great video - I've saved it on the app for my evening practice. I was hoping you could recommend or develop some more quad focused videos. It's my weak spot and would love some 15-20 minute stretches focused on quads.

Streching is supposed to be done after the training not before .Streching cold muscles can lead easily to injury as far as i know .
