    I do this stretch every time I ride. I have it memorized now and don't need the video, but sometimes I like having it to see helen do it with me. I wish I could find more videos from Helen. She's my favorite yogi.

    Thanks Hellen, a great little routine I can use to focus on form and function. It is definitely challenging for me (fitish, overweight and 50+). It highlighted my flexibility deficits that are causing pain and power loss on the bike. A great baseline test to track flexibility progress on my. I know this is 4 years old but hope you are still delivering content. 😊

    I ride a 20 mile bike trail every other weekend with one of my friends. This stretch always leaves me refreshed after a long harsh ride. My friend doesn’t think stretching works and is always stiff as a board the next day. You save me every single week!

    This is my favorite post scycling stretch, I love it when i feel the difference between the first leg that got streched and the second. Thank you.

    This is the best post cycling stretching routine. I memorized the moves but still opening background to here the nice warm voice 💙

    Great routine to counter the effects of sitting too long, not just on the bike but on the office chair and on the couch watching Netflix! Get off your bum and do this stretch, especially nice after you’re all warm and loose after a ride! Only issue is I found the pace a bit too quick, adjusted the playback speed to 0.75x and it was perfect :)

    This sequence is pure magic. It's been the fifth weekend in a row of 100k+ rides where I hobble in convinced that I'm going to be sore for a few days, end up finishing up this sequence and wonder what all the fuss was about! Thank you so much for this :)

    After 8 years of cycling and trying this stretch routine for the first time ever...all I can say is THANK YOU for exposing myself to myself, I didn’t realize just how rod stiff my body truly is,my hamstrings are a stiff knot,my hip flexors were nowhere to be found😏😏 My poor lower back almost snapped in half.
    THANK YOU very much for this routine,I’m gonna incorporate it in both my pre and post workout...also starting YOGA to really work on my flexibility.😉✌🏿

    I did this routine at the end of every day on a recent LEJOG cycle and found that my flexibility improved each day and that I had no problems on the rides. Highly recommended. Thank you Helen.
