I have been dealing with IT band issues and typically have knee pain after every mountain bike ride. I have been doing this routine after every ride for the past 3 weeks and have been doing your morning yoga video as well. I can happily say that my knee pain has exponentially decreased and continues to improve every week since using these guided videos. You have made this mtb’er one happy man. Absolutely great practice Tim! I'm a cyclist and this definitely helped. It also helps even for those who may sit at a desk job as people tend to hunch over while on the computer just like cyslists do. I'm relatively new to cycling and always feel tight after I ride. Since yoga helped me a lot in relaxing and stretching after climbing, I looked for a cycling specific video and found yours. This has now become my goto routine for after the ride an for the next day as well. I find it also works quite well after hiking. Thanks a lot!

Hello Tim! Thank you so much for another video. Your channel helps me a lot to keep my Yoga routine on point. I have a question on why you'd recommend this sequence for right after a ride specifically. Flows with more stretch than strength effort are not good for preparing to exercise? Why did you say doing this kind of flow can lead to more injury if done right before cycling? Also, I couldn't find the link to the other video you mentioned. Once again, thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge. :D

Thanks for this video - like the pace and variety of stretching exercises. I found my semitendinosus and abductor muscle ( back of the leg) very hard to stretch and to flex while in the lounge style position with the toes flex. Any advice to get those musclée more and more flexible over time?

Hands down the best Yoga routine for cyclists on TH-cam!! As a competitive cyclist, this is my go to Yoga routine 3-4 times week. I more or less know all the movements without even watching. Have you considered doing any other videos for cyclists Tim as certain they’d be viewed just as eagerly as this one, chapeau 🙏
