So when I do this test with foot flexed I feel lot of tension on the nerve on both sides running down the back of my leg, but I don't experience that pain at any other time, only during this test. However both my legs have had a "buzzing" or internal vibration sensation from my glutes and pelvis to my feet for weeks pretty much 24/7 that isnt painful but very annoying and this test doesnt make it worse or better so does that mean it's probably unrelated to the sciatic nerve?
I get this vibration in my stomach, chest, and my left arm a little bit too. I strained my neck too doing bridges and am wondering if its related, or if this could all be from chronic stress.
Would you recommend stretching with sciatica or avoiding stretching?

Hi, I'm experiencing pain in my upper part of the bottocks near the place of tailbone specially at the right side, it feels tender to touch about days ago.
A week ago, I started feeling pain and numbness radiating to the back of both thigh and leg specifically when I bend forward.
Note: the pain lower back was just happening when I bend forward, but now I do feel it every second and it becomes worse when I'm bending or doing activities.
When I did this test, I felt sharp pain in that part of my back.
I'm 22 yo female, didn't have any injury at that part, could it be sciatica?

I tried but I stopped going because 6 months ago I didn’t think that it was chronic pain so i thought that’s the evaluation was supposed to help with in 2 days so I stopped going I would like to start going again should I have a doctor appointment to talk about how it’s been since I stopped?

Hello, my brother is 47 years old and has sciatica pain and lost his job and does not have insurance for the same pain he suffers. Is there a community help program for him?

Try the Texas Workforce Commission. That helps people with disabilities find a job/keep a job. Not sure how it works with insurance (which if he lost his job due to the pain, or is struggling to get one because of the pain it could possibly be counted as a disability ) it is federally and state funded. Not sure if they can help but it is worth a shot.

Not sure if seeing doctor or physio or chiro or massage or any traditional remedy helps. After much painful trials and errors I found cold compress and hand swing exercise focus on your core and toes grip firmly on the floor for half an hour helps. A massage gun helps with quick relief temporary. Put your legs up a chair lying on the floor then press your lower back down helps too. Took me months painful trying different methods to finally found what works for me so stop wasting money.
