  • Dear Students,
Enjoy this week's mix of stretching adn strengthening the shoulders. Shoulder joints are typically very mobile, so finding a balance between the mobility and stability can help to release tension and fatigue. You will need a block or two and some sort of strap (robe belts will do!)

That was just lovely Megan - thank you. So wonderful to create that space in the back body with the breath, I notice the new addition of the log burner - I hope that is not testament to what I hear summer has been like for Ireland this season!

The stove was put in for winter…but I have to say it is a quick and satisfying way to warm the studio on early summer mornings in Ireland too!

Perfectly timed thank you. I'm rehabbing a rotator cuff and the difference between the two sides is VERY noticeable. Feel like this was a good addition to my repertoire :)

Yes, this one is amazing for rotator cuff injuries - the simplicity of the circles done separately

I am not sure what that would be but would look at how you feel now.

@@MeganMacCarthy Hi thank you for your reply. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 7 years ago so perhaps the clicking noises might be connected to this. I will check with my osteopath on my next visit.
