For anyone who doesn't have spelt four...You can make these with 100% oats too ig. I make those regularly and love it.
Boil 1 cup of water + a lil bit of oil + a pinch of salt. Turn the stove off. Add 1 cup of oat flour. Mix with a spoon. Keep it aside for 5 min or so. Now kneed the dough. It won't be too hot and would be manageable. Now make regular flatbread or Tortillas whatever you want.

I'm really interested in making home made tortillas. Can we replace the apple sauce with oil? I heard you say that on the video. It's not easy to always have apple sauce at hand. Thank you.

Homemade tortillas are so great, definitely make some. Yes, you can use olive oil instead of the applesauce.

@@HowToCookSmarter thank you for your answer. At the same quantity? 60gr?

@@biririboa2473 I would start with 2 tablespoons and then add more if needed.

I just love all your recipes n the way you make it very simple
We don’t get spelt flour in India . What can I use instead of spelt flour
I had tried your bagel recipe using amaranth flour instead of spelt flour but didn’t come out properly
