It has definitely made a difference for me since my hair is 4c my hair would curl under the skin and never actually poke through the skin its not gonna make a full beard but it will promote growth for sure !! I just use regular beard oil never tried minoxidil
I'm 61, and just started growing a beard. As for my mustache, even when I was in my early 30s, it looked pathetic. It's crazy but the hair above my lip got thicker through my 40s and 50s, so that now it actually gets bushy if I don't keep it trimmed. Tell you what though, if I can grow a beard like what you got on the rest of your face I'll be overjoyed, haha
The derma roller concept to grow hair never seemed legitimate or logical to me. I hope it works for you. I believe genetics has 90% to do with having a good beard. The other 10% probably has to do with nutrition, health, and types of products you use. I haven't researched it, it's just anecdotal.
It worked for me. I had a huge patchy beard that would never completely fill out no matter how long I grew it out. I dermarolled for 6 months then shaved my beard completely off. My beard grew and filled in completely in 4 months .
very interesting if after 3 months you see some change I'll consider trying since I too have a weak area in the middle of my mustache and a bit on my cheeks
The main reason I never wanted to try it is because I heard it can cause micro tears in the skin, (I understand shaving razors do that too), and that doesn't sound healthy at all. Brave on you for wanting to try it. I think the main reason why it "helps" is because of the massaging motion it makes to increase the blood circulation, which I do daily with my fingertips. There are beard products such as CBD Oil that do the same thing, safely. Curious to see your take on it.
Thanks for the feedback brother . It’s important to be gentle and not use really deep ones because that actually hurt the skin. We will see how it goes for me.
@emontez069 Were you very patchy and / or did you just not have any growth prior to you trying the combo? Also what was your starting routine? I know I'm asking for a large info dump, but I'd appreciate it!
I am guessing it didn't work cos I couldn't find any update on your channel? I got similar problem with my stasche, the bottom of it (near lip) it's like bald and I got my first dermaroller from amazon beardkit with dermaroller and some syrum and oils. Please bro let me know if it's even worth doing? also did you try syrum to promote facial hair growth from this company called copenhagen grooming? I am tempted to try their "activator" product
Hey Bud, nope I was traveling during that time and dropped the ball will be restarting this year. Yeah I am going to test myself . thanks for watching the video.
I have patchy in my beard and been using derma roller for 4 months and I see no progress My hair is growing but the patchy still there I only use derma roller without any oil product and I haven't replaced the roller yet Am i doing something wrong ?
I'm using dermaroller and VCO. I see some hair growth in the patchy area next to hair area. But not the one far from the hairline. So I guess it rather work but slowly and I haven't use minoxidil yet.
Scam in the thumbnail? 🤣 I buy dermarollers for about £1.50 each, nice and cheap they work very well if you use them correctly.. not watching the whole video as I know they work but I had to mention it
Nah, it's not a good full beard. It's a mostly neck beard. The dude has like no hair on his cheeks(his face cheeks, his other cheeks are probably mad hairy). 😂
Tobme it wirk but is stupid slow like let say a week i probably saw lik 2 or 5% increased in facial hair i been doing it fir 3 weeks now wit 0.5mm 3 or 2 times a week
Seems like nature is a give and take when it comes to beards....people with thick beards have thin staches, and people with bigger goatees have patchy cheeks, etc. Lol
Wheres the follow up video? 2nd video ive seen from you which yields 0 answers to the title question. Why on earth are you giving out tips when you haven't used it yet 😂😂😂. Awful video
Yeah i dropped the ball with the follow up. Will be doing it 2024. Also the information I shared was research findings in medical journals and studies link in the description. Have a good one champ.

Did it work for you ??
Yes it did. And I'm still using it.
@emontez069 Were you very patchy and / or did you just not have any growth prior to you trying the combo? Also what was your starting routine? I know I'm asking for a large info dump, but I'd appreciate it!
@oscarorozcojr.7536 Not so patchy just didn't have a hairline on my upper beard area.
