Thank you once again. I just got home from shopping (which I do not like to do). After carrying all the groceries in, my stomach was doing flip flops. I sat in front of the computer and THIS is the first video that came up. I did it right away. I have to tell you the the queasiness is gone already. I don't pretend to understand how this works, but I sure do like that it does.

Hi Joan I am so glad it helped! The basic explanation is because these pressure points links to your digestive system by energy channels that are called “meridians”.
And even for me who have been studying this for years is still trying to figure out about meridians!😊

Hi. Glad I found your video, Alex. Every year around spring/summer I get diarrhea for weeks and weeks, with no real medical explanation. I am very studied in mind/body and how emotions affect the body. I believe this is an energy that is stuck in my body and it is also a conditioning by my brain to occur every year. I will try this method and hopefully it will help. Thank you!

    • @Chlrintruc

Due to temperature changes in the human body diarrhea can be induced. Temperature change through the year can in vernal cause a vast array issues even beyond digestive issues.

Is there a particular rule for what should be excluded? Or should I reduce the amount of exercises? Are there exercises, that can be done without any limitations during periods? Or maybe it's better to make a break for several days? Or maybe it depends on overall activities (e.g. if a women has sedentary job, she can do the exercises, if the job involves active movements, than it's better to reduce amount of exercises or even stop doing them)? Can this particular exercises for digestion and "5 animals" be done during periods? Thank you ❤

What is my intention supposed to be when I'm doing the "rolling the tai chi ball". Also are my knees supposed to be slightly soft bent? I like your videos but it would be really helpful if you could shoot some more zoom outs and close ups and if you could guide us a bit more with the breathwork (inhalation adn exhalation), knees position, and are the hand movements initiating from the elbows and the intention that we must hold in our mind? If you could do the full session with us for the recommended 12 or 36 times that would be a great session. Thanks for all your videos.
