    I find doing Horse stance at the end truly amazing. I am amazed by how my 78 year-old body responds so positively each time despite my monkey mind.

    I used to practice Jeffrey's Qi Gong every morning and didn't realize how good I felt until now. I haven't done it for a few years and realize how powerful it is now. I actually started crying during the horse stance and don't even know why, it just started pouring out of me. I think my body was telling me how good it is for me and how much it needs it. I've been very down lately, having migraines and nausea, I believe this and healthy eating will get me back on track. Thank you for being in my life Jeffrey.

    I've been learning Qi Gong online for the past 10 months from various teachers. This is the video I should've started with. Thank you for this teaching, which is basic in terms of understanding WHY we are making these beautiful, flowing movements and what to focus our minds on as we repeat them. For other beginners, I recommend setting playback speed to .75. It won't distort Jeff's voice and I find that slowing down the lesson just a tad helps me be more present, less anxious about missing nuances.

    As a teacher during COVID times I found I spent 8-12 hrs. a day teaching on a computer. My hips and shoulders took and carry the stress. I tried this basic video. What I discovered is I could use more of what you shared. I can wake up most days still feeling tired. This morning after 10 min. I feel more energy. I send thoughts of appreciation your way.

    Beautiful! I've recently found my way into Qigong as I've been experiencing high levels of anxiety and panic attacks. I went to a class at my local yoga place not knowing anything about it and quickly fell in love with the practice. Since that class I went online and found your channel and have been practising it every day at home! This channel is really excellent for Qigong at home and is also very informative. I've learnt a lot since I've been watching your videos, and I always find them very well put together. Thank you!

    Jeff: I been Qigong for over thirty years and have seen hundreds of different videos over this period of time. I must rate your video one of the top presentations I have ever seen. Noticing that you took all four seasons and blended it into one showing was wonderful. I have sent a copy of this video to my relatives and friends. Its not that what you show is knew to me but the presentation of it was just so moving and delightful. Well done Jeff, you did the art greatness with this fantastic video. I have some martial arts background in the dedicated fighting arts of Kung Fu and such, but over fifty and this is," Pardon the expression" my heart and soul. Have always meditated with a variety of styles including the chakra. Peace of mind, calmness, and serenity is priceless. Thank you very much!

It is a great one off guide for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend Sam after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.

Horse Stance. 3 new Flow's you have taught this mere novice . i have been practising Gigong since end of Dec as a gift for Self/Soul for my 62nd Birthing day on Jan 5th. i am all alone- seemingly- with our 2 twin Lab's and they teach me much and you are teaching me more. i loved touching my own face. That wee wonder of Intimacy of Tenderness Heart Energy evoked.. felt so compassionate to offer myself. i am going to share your wonderfully well guided instruction, now. Thank you.     This was my first time practicing qi gong and I’m amazed I felt a huge shift in my energy (is that qi?) afterwards.
    I worked out way too hard yesterday after being sick for nearly a month, woke up absolutely exhausted and this completely shifted my energy and mood. Is it normal to feel such a difference after just one practice… I am blown away!

      My experience too. I have been recovering from an EBV infection/CFS for a few years now. Qi Gong gives me energy and stabilizes the arrythmia and pressure behind the eyes in just a minute! I've tried so many other things. Some that help some that just don't. Qi Gong has been far and away the most effective.

    Beautiful, amazing, inspiring. I brought my mom to my home from the nursing home in October and she was with me until she fell and broke her hip about a week ago. It was a very intense but rewarding time and I can say, taking a few minutes with your videos was key to helping me keep going physically and emotionally. I can’t thank you enough. 🙏

    What an awesome Qigong practice to de-stress at the beginning of the morning and benefit from the high Qi circulation that last all day long with so much calmness in the mind, emotions and body. I particularly like the changing scenes of the practice. The background scenes and light music brings a measure of focus on the practice.     Qigong only found me about 6 weeks ago. I'm 74 years old and I love it. I have to do this online as I have not seen any classes around here. So far, this routine is the best. I have seen several instructors and you are by far my favorite. Thank you for your way of teaching. You take the time to explain the movements and positions and believe me I need the explanations and all the help I can get. I like the WHY behind the how. Thank you, Dr. Chand.

    Jeff I am in awe of your Qigong delivery. I am brand new to this type of movement (having studied dance and physical education all my career) and I love it! But the way you teach it is beautiful, educational and insightful all at the same time. I'd love to understand Qigong a lot more and maybe study it one day.

    Jeff I just wanted to tell you I started with this beautiful video about three months ago. I’ve done it almost daily, through wrist surgery & with a cast, good days and bad, have felt my body strengthening, and have shared it with many others. Although I am well, I am 76, and self isolating due to the virus. Now I do a longer version, with some added movements, in front of my windows and my plants. Still in my mind I see you in all your beautiful locations and hear your calming voice. Sometimes while doing cloud hands I close my eyes and can feel my brain waves change, and feel I could go on for hours!😊 Thank you so much for your gifts to us all.🙏🏻

    IMO, this is the BEST Qi Gong routine by Jeff. Talking is with the movements, not separate. No long introduction. Great descriptions as it goes along. The only minor thing is that the piano music is too high and it comes out distorted, even on low volume. Thank you, Jeff!!!

    Gloria Staub's comment is so apt. I love your very movingly beautiful presentation, especially incorporating the the 5 elements, in colours and seasons. It speaks to the heart. Your background music is delightful and your well modulated and clarity of voice is so suited to the movement. I love the scenery , it takes me back to 1956 in Vancouver.

    I tried this today when I was watching the video and I found it really helpful. I liked all of the different parts of the Qi Gong routine and I especially liked the Prayer Wheel! It gave me a feeling of safety and protection and it slowed my thoughts to where I could feel peace in my head which is what I needed! I'm going to start doing this Qi Gong routine every day. It has everything I need in my life now: exercise, a routine, it helps move stagnant Qi, calms you, and gives new energy! I love it! Thank you so much Jeff Chand!     Tank you so much your Classes of Qi Gong have been helping me cope with the Covid19 stay at
    home order. I do 2-3 exercises each day. I have introduced Qi Gong to friends. I now lead two older women a few times a week to get them outside into the sunshine.
    Yesterday as I stood in their parking lot showing them the various moves, I looked up and saw two older women on their third floor balcony following my instructions!!

    After my dad passed away, I convinced my mom, who is 65 yrs old, to do this routine along with breathing-only yoga practice. Results were noticably significant. First thing first, she lost lot of fat from her mid section which she thought would never happen in her life. Also she said something is flowing through the body a good feeling...
    She only does just this video and breathing yoga(sudharshan kriya yoga).

    Jeff, you are a great teacher! I have being doing Qigong for a long time having a lot of body issues. Following your instructions makes it so natural. Of course mastering the mouvement may take a lifetime but initiating so naturally the path is awesome.

    I am 91yrs, have exercised every morning for years, and have been doing qui gong for about a year and love it,
    however I have fallen and broken my wrist, are there any exercise I could do in the mean time? I miss it so much.
    You make it so easy to follow.

    Way back in high school, I attended a Qi Gong class outside somewhere-I think one of our local libraries actually held the class-and really, really loved it. Every once in a while I thought about trying it again but didn't know where to start! I found your channel a while ago and did a few videos but then life became so busy I stopped moving almost altogether. Recently I started exercising seriously again, and today the workout video I tried felt unusually challenging... and I ended up with a monster of a headache as soon as I finished it. I figured why not revisit your channel and tried this video, and it helped me feel so much better right away! Thank you for offering these videos and for helping me feel less stressed and more centered. ❤️

    This has been a complete joy to do in lockdowns! Its so beautiful, so cleansing and makes my mornings wonderful. My body and mind feels wonderful afterwards! Thank you Jeff.     I do this at least once a week. I found it does wonders for my depression and anxiety. I am bipolar with PTSD and use qi gong (and your videos) as part of my treatments. I found your channel 1 year ago and it has changed my life. If I go a day without qi gong I feel myself "jonesing" for some fresh qi lol. Thank you!

    Re-starting exercises in my 70's. Qi Gong is new to me and I am building up the routines at my pace and I find it working. I would like to see a five videos each video numbered a simple 1 to 5 much as now but with the ability to take an individual exercise put it into a personal block to follow daily or switch around it would create that personal determination to strengthen chosen parts, exercises

    Hi, Jeff! I just did this exercise, the prayer position made me cry like a baby and the tears kept rolling until the end of the routine. I have anxiety and probably was holding a lot of stagnant energy. I feel energized and ready to go complete my chores now. The body really is a miraculous thing. Thank you so much for this!!

    Recovering from two broken hips. Now, 5,5 months after the operation I'm able to start to do Qigong again. Love the excercises and length of video's. THanks
