    Sir, I can't appreciate you enough. I have suffered chronic constipation for 14yrs. When I stumbled on your video, I decided to give it a try and to God be the Glory, I evacuate everything. I can't do the exercise without rushing to the toilet to ease myself. This is what I have spent so much on and now without herbs/drugs, I can use the toilet easily because after the exercise, my stomach became soft. May God Almighty bless you and your family sir.     Thankyou. I am on a lot of meds due to severe pain which include opioids so no surprise that I am severely constipated. I also have a poor diet due to not being able to prepare healthy meals or any meals really and of course my low budget.     This is working for me! I am 45 and struggled as long as I can remember with constipation and I have tried everything. I started this Tuesday evening, didn't have a bm Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning, probably because I woke up to late Wednesday morning and had to rush to work. I did this Wednesday night and Thursday morning and had an easy bm. I continued to do the stretch morning and night, it's now Saturday and I have had 2 easy bms today this morning and this is now evening.. thank you so much. I have only been doing the first 2 exercises

    Avoid mentally stressful situations, also, and avoid the people who are instigators of stress. Some people are born with this bowel problem, but because of the amount of physical discomfort it causes, it's quite a cruel condition.

    Serene and Jonathan, thank you so much for taking the time to post these videos. I’ve been suffering from severe hypothyroidism and haven’t been able to go to the bathroom in 3 days. After the first set of exercises I went as soon as I woke up 8 hours later. You guys are doing a great service for everyone we appreciate you!!!

Have you tried the exercises or are you just hear to pick this apart. The point of the video is to help people with constipation without taking drugs and medication, not what is Jonathan's name.     Anyone with severe constipation should see a doctor to check for a blockage to ensure they don’t have something very serious.

    Hello, everyone! I am so exited about this exercise as I have struggled with constipation all of my life (now, 53yr old). I do the exercise every day for ten minutes each movement. First of all, in a few days, I have noticed that water elimination has improved through urination. For evacuation, it took me a month, but now it goes easily and smoothly every day. No more efforts, no more laxatives. Also I have lost weight. It is a miracle. I am very grateful for your sharing.
    Please help me with some advice/exercise for heavily bloating, as I am spleen qi deficient.

      Hello! For bloating, you need to change your diet. Remove bread, sugar, fried food and dairy from your diet.
      Try massaging Zusanli, taibai, and sanyingjiao

    This is really works! I’m in day 2 ..I’m a severe constipation patient with IBS and I’m telling you in day one I went to washroom more than once and it was so smooth without having to push ..I feel much better and I can’t thank you more ..I’m praying for you both day and night ..my question is can these be a done every day even after the 10 days as I don’t wanna go back to constipation ever again 😭😭

      Yes. When you no longer have constipation. You don't need to do this exercises daily. You can do it every other days or every three days.

    I have Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and do everything possible in diet and lifestyle behaviors to manage it as well as possible. But the great laxity and weaknesses in my tissues has caused horrible bowel difficulties. I will definitely add these sensible ideas to my regime. Thanks

    Hello Jonathan and family,
    I experienced sciatica issues for close to 2months with along chronic constipation with muscle spasms. Any suggestions for me. Due to the back issue with sciatica issues I am not unable to do any of the exercise only the stand up one . I am grateful for something than nothing. This is a different kind of pain that I cannot describe it. I NEVER EXPERIENCE ANYTHING LIKE IT! If you have any suggestions please don't hesitate. Thank you so much for your service. 🤗
