They are great, but im wondering, our rav had some extra plugs that went into the old head unit that arent used in the new one, but everything is working fine including steering controls. i wonder if they were for the old microphone? also i dont have the passcode to get into the advanced settings.
I fitted one from EZONETRONICS to my RAV4, I had a hell of a time getting reverse camera to work until I watched a video showing how to change the settings on the head unit. These head units are really good for the money, I added Focal Flax CoAxial speakers & a Focal IBUS2.1 Sub with Amp. 😃😃
i got a EZoneTronic too, rav4 2008, the sterering commands dont work, the mic doesnt work, and the gps doesnt work... how did you even plug in the colored wires? it's not plug and play as they say
I have a 2011 RAV4 with the Factory Premium JBL system and was wondering if it’s possible to easily swap the system for the Factory Denso Toyota NAV system? If so is it basically plug and play or is there more involved?
You can’t replace with this android unit . If you do so , you will lose the oem functionalities. There may be some units which will have the converters for the oem unit to use the exiting reverse cam .. I won’t recommend replacing yours as you may lose the jbl premium functionality.

I fitted one of these head units last year the camera did not work without changing the settings, I kept getting a "No Signal" when I put the car in reverse. You have to press the screen for a few seconds when the no signal message appears then change the setting to one of the types listed then try each one until camera show rear picture.

The unit was very reliable. Having used it for 2 yrs now and did not find any issues. The only concern was the contact list always showed last name, first name and was not able to change it. Apart from that everything was good. Audio quality was good, if you constantly use for hands free would be good to have an external mic fitted for better sound clarity. You need a facia to fix a headunit. Facia and headunit come together. I don’t think you have an option to select the headunit size. Pls subscribe and support us .thanks

When you first put the harness to the unit I noticed the harness was modified what did you modify on the harness before you connect it
There was an existing reverse cam unit . We just removed it. If it is a factory default one, you shouldn’t be doing it.

I just installed mine. I can't get the steering wheel volume buttons to learn. It keeps saying it failed. Is there a hack ?

Son tried hooking up subs and amp. What color is the remote wire from the wire harnesses. Unnecessary wires on the stereo. Pleas help thank you.
