I personally rate The Nerves Doctors videos, highly detailed with top notch professional opinions, simply irreplaceable. I have yet to notice another Medical video presentation where the Doctor/Doctors take so much time and care for their followers.Replying to most if not all questions and comments. I have gained so much medical advice from this site and I have yet to notice their errors. All in all, we are so blessed to have Dr. M and Dr. C looking after us like angels❤. They have my total endorsements. Have a blessed day!

@@NerveDoctors I TOTALLY AGREE with Mr. Wong. My general physician in late 90's was also a Chinese Medicine doctor, Dr. Cynthia Wong MD, Toronto, Ontario. She explained to me as in your videos all the chemicals stored in cigarette filters and why it's a good idea to give it up. I did. I learned from her how the more 'light' in the cigarette package was filled with more poison chemicals in the filter !!!

Thank you, Dr. Valerie, for your very impressive presentation of Vitamin B12. As you can read my previous comment 2 weeks ago below, I am trying to figure out how on earth there were dozens of youtubers out there only talks on causes and symptoms of vitamin deficiency, but not a single one of them talked on what you are pointing out, especially B1, B6 and B12. I am still having a year supply of B1 to B12 vitamins, some as single capsule and some as multivitamins. These vitamins were bought from giant pharma companies of USA and I am a VVIP-valued Cumstomer.
That said I tried to buy your NUPHORIA cm Gold but currently out of stock. Meanwhile, Dr. Valerie, can you produce a video on vitamin and mineral for rejuvenating the spine [spinal stenosis due to old age] at the moment only exrcises here and there. God Bless you and The Nerve Doctors.

I have this condition and it is getting worse. It started two years ago, after I had a maladministered covid booster vaccine. (It was not administered by a nurse or a doctor,) It was not in the deltoid muscle. It was "thrown" into my arm, like a dart into a dartboard, whilst they looked away in the opposite direction. There was also a line of pre-prepared syringes, it was not freshly filled from a phial. I was told this could not be the cause of my peripheral neuropathy. My doctor has done many blood tests for different conditions, which all came back normal, and the subject has been dropped. So now I am relying on self help from the internet. It's a wonderful world we live in...... Thank you very much for your detailed explanations and information.

Why is it then so often fortified with it?
Furthermore, they usually don't say which form of B12 they use.
I therefore prefer supolementing with it myself, so I can select methylcobalamin.

This specialist believes that too much of any is bad. I countered his answer with a level over 2000, which my naturopath saw as low. I have no dr who will prescribe this for me. I'm going to review your B12 topic and find some ways of getting the correct form.

How do we get hold of B12 SUPPLEMENT HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES AND WHICH ONE WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  ปีที่แล้ว

Hi Norma. When shopping for B12 make sure it's methylated cobalamin. Here's a video so you know what to look for to indicate the quality of the supplement: th-cam.com/video/dKMPMPJM4JY/w-d-xo.html
Our formula Nuphoria cm Gold does contain Methylcobalamin (B12) in the appropriate amount for nerve repair along with Benfotiamine, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (P5P), Folate and R-Alpha Lipoic Acid. All of these are in the therapeutic amounts outlined by clinical studies for nerve repair and regeneration. We do ship to the Phillipines. If you'd like more info, here's our website: nuphoria.com

    Is cyanocobalamin bad for kidneys?
There is some suggestion that metabolism of high doses of cyanocobalamin may generate small amounts of cyanide, for which clearance may be reduced in CKD, thus potentially worsening kidney function and increasing toxicity

Hi doctor I'm from jamaica. My daughter is an athlete she fell ill 2021 we didn't what's wrong until the doctor ordered a blood test and results were b12 deficiency. She also did a CT scan showing atrophy. Which was said they've never seen it such young age. She was given cyanocobalamin pills but was still having symptoms and got even worst. I started doing research and realized that it was best to keep eating food and naturally found b12 the in food. She stop training for a year and now training and doing well. I've never heard b12 deficiency explain with clarity the way you did. Thanks so much.

This video provided me with another shocker - the vitamin supplement I've been taking for the past 3-4 years was using 100mcg CYANOCOBOLAMIN B12. Ouch. Now I understand why my Dr. told me the vitamin was junk. It is an inexpensive grocery store brand (Kroger). At the time I was shopping vitamins I was unaware of the details and thought a vitamin is a vitamin and bought it because it was cheap. Now I have neuropathy in my lower legs and feet, which took a few years to develop. Still waiting to discover the actual cause of my condition, but that vitamin cannot be helpful. So many details to know - it's amazing we get by as average consumers despite our ignorance.

Note that methylcobalamin is sensitive to light especially fluorescent light and they cause it to degrade. They are normally sold in white plastic bottles and sit on the drugstore shelves for who knows how long. Are those bottles completely light proof? Next time I will try to find B12 in dark brown plastic containers.

Spinach - better cooked - more absorption of iron & calcium. Spinach loaded with oxalis acid which blocks absorption of these.
    Apart from this loved your

my partner had Crohns - after his 3rd surgery they removed the part of his body that absorbed vitamins and minerals, (but failed to TELL him this). so yeah, I *KNOW* how critical B12 is - when I met him, he was literally, medically, psychotic - lack of B12 - experiencing delusions, auditory & visual - the cops picked him up & he was in a 3 day compulsory stay in a secure mental health unit. his was an extreme case, obviously - I ensured he had a weekly supply of B12 injections after that - but the damage from this (& other things like PTSD) was already done. after years of abusing alcohol & prescription medication, his kidney & liver had had enough - he passed in 2017 (but until his dying day, literally 2nd to last facebook post he was STILL talking about this psychotic break (from 2013)

Marleine you need to find a highly recommended chiropractor. This is their specialty and they can help you with this. Also, a doctor that utilizes non-surgical spinal decompression can help with this, as well. Best of luck.
