🌈 B1 is excellent to help heal any damage to the party including neuropathy. However, Benfotiamine 600 mg 2-3 times daily (brand name: BestVite) is the highly bioavailable form and the only one I will use. Along with it, I am taking R-Lipoic acid 600 mg (brand name: HMS Nutrition) 2-3 times daily as well.
I am reversing my neuropathy with both supplements…. I have recovered healing in my feet, and I rarely have any burning sensations, although I still get a bit of numbness, but the doctors measured it takes 1-2 years to heal.
In addition, I have drastically reduced caffeine intake and avoid all forms of sugar because they interfere with any healing process.
I try to eat fresh raw organic broccoli which is best (or steamed) every day as it helps damage heal because of sulfophane. It’s also in supplement (brand: Osasuna) or organic powder (brand: piping rock). There are many other items to help.
To reverse diabetes, I am taking 600 mg of Berberine (with Ceylon cinnamon) 3-4 times daily (brand: Vegan Labs).
Also, 600 mg of Ceylon cinnamon 3-4 times daily (brand: Smart Nutra Labs).
I take many other supplements to suppress glucose levels and enjoy other supportive items like organic Goji berries (brand: Micro Nutrient).
When purchasing any supplements AVOID rice flour, rice powder, potato starch or any form of a starch as they have a glycemic index of 95, which is nearly 50% more than sugar! (65) They are used as fillers or other purposes, but they raise your glucose levels and contribute to diabetes problems.
Magnesium stearate, stearic acid and other steroids are lubricants which can reduce your body absorbency rate of everything up to 67%!
Silicon dioxide may cause intestinal inflammation.
Harmless fillers: silica which is sand and microcrystalline cellulose which is wood fiber.
If interested in more info, reply to my post ~ I am putting together a list… It really works. 😘

    Excellent video.
Unfortunately, the medical community isn't getting trained in nutrition or B12 and so many people with deficiency are getting missed. Those who do get a diagnosis still have to fight hard to get the correct injection treatment which Doctors deny since it costs them money as opposed to pharmaceuticals where they get money for prescriptions.
The world is very slowly waking up to the reality that medical science is simply utterly flawed since no one is studying nutrition, gut health, the impact of certain drugs (PPIs, metformins), alcohol, or processed foods on reducing B vitamins, Chron's disease, Pernicious Anemia, and gut dysbiosis from chronic stress.
High-stress jobs can lead to poor dietary choices, poor sleep, and alcohol use to relax. All of these impacts are plummeting B12 levels and Doctors are not checking B vitamins or nutrition when presented with gastrointestinal problems or stress-related symptoms.
This is madness and it needs to be exposed.
p.s. the only point I would make is that no vegetable contains ANY B12. That includes spinach, butternut squash, and mushrooms. B12 is only available for consumption in animal foods and specifically red meat.

You dont even always need the injections. I was deficient and my doctor told me to not take injections as they have severe side effects (probably they use cyanocobalmine) so I use the Better You B12 boost mouthspray with 20000% RDA (methylcobalmine) which is sold here even at supermarkets) because they advise a high dosed lozenge tablet but it is cyanocobalmide so no way) and got rid of my symptoms already after finishing one bottle and I now take a dose of 1 or 2 sprays a day to keep my levels up while also making sure my diet meets all needed nutrients. I also have a very good daily multivitamine with only natural ingredients in it and extra high dose of B12 (methylcobalmine again) and thiamine. Both which I need extra of. B vitamins are powerhouses and can go rampant on your body if you have too less of them and do miracles if you have health issues at same time. Im more than ever tracking down my intake and it literaly makes me feel better.

    • @munkami
      @munkami 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

@@AnnaMaria-zm8cv there are no severe side effects from B12 injections unless you have a cobalt allergy. And the chances of that are miniscule.

Finally, she advocates p5p. However, even a glance at wikipedia says: "It has been proposed that vitamin B6 in supplements should be in pyridoxal or pyridoxal phosphate form [pyridoxal phosphate is p5p] rather than pyridoxine as these are thought to reduce the likelihood of toxicity.[24][35] A tissue culture study, however, showed that all B6vitamers that could be converted into active coenzymes (pyridoxal, pyridoxine and pyridoxamine) were neurotoxic at similar concentrations.[19]"

RE "Most accurate tests": The current convention is to estimate the abundance of vitamin B12 using total serum vitamin B12 as the first-line screen for deficiency. However this test has a low sensitivity. Up to 45% of vitamin B12-deficient/insufficient subjects may be overlooked if only serum B12 is used as a screening test. Active B12 (holotranscobalamin - holoTC) is the metabolically active portion of B12. Emerging evidence indicates that a low level of Active B12 is a more reliable marker of impaired vitamin B12 status than a low level of serum vitamin B12. Moreover unlike serum B12, Active B12 is believed to be stable in pregnancy. Several studies support Active B12 measurement as a first-line diagnostic test, and suggest that Active B12 may be the earliest marker for B12 depletion. AND RE HydroxoCbl: there's a U.S. sub-lingual product (OTC) available that combines all 3 good cobalamins in a lipid 'container'.

I just take a rather expensive vitamin/mineral liquid supplement now and my levels of D, B12 have come back up to the middle range from the bottom of the low ranges. (Edit) Even with the liquid supplement i only take it every other day or so instead of the daily recommended because i have stopped trusting anything.

I’ve lived with spine pain most of my life. Had surgery 15 years ago to help.
The one thing that made a huge difference in the pain was suggested by a spine surgeon, and that is High Omega 3 fish or krill oil. I purchased a bottle of Carlsons high omega 3, lemon flavored fish oil. I took 1 tablespoon in the morning after having something to eat and again with dinner. Within 3 weeks or less my pain level was equal to taking a narcotic pain pill. Try it. I was shocked at the difference.
Another good brand is Nordic Naturals. Count the total omega 3’s and don’t go over 10,000. If you do it can thin your blood too much.

Also try turmeric/ curcurmin (with olive oil or fat along with black pepper) It can reduce pain. Be careful taking opioids. My mother had back pain, used pain meds, had a surgery and then while still under some of the pain med they had her on, she took some of her regular pain meds and then aspirated in her sleep. Try to go natural as much as possible.❤

You said in another video that calcium supplementation will counter the effects of metformin on B12 absorption. This is not great for seniors like me because more calcium in the bloodstream leads to arterial calcification. A better solution for older adults like me is saturation bombiing with a daily dose of 5000 mg of Vitamin D3+K2 along with 10000 mcg of B12. M 21:14 y doctor recommended 1000 mcg twice daily of metformin to handle my diabetes type 2. But she is clueless about my needs for B12 - so thank you for this great advice on this channel.
Please comment on my idea of saturation bombing with B12 and D3+K2. What are the caveats?
