My nerve doctor was using shock treatment on me, I asked him if I could be able to improve my nerve damage, and he said no it will only get worse, I started looking for help, when I found you on TH-cam, and Dr.Berry,(not sure of spelling) , but I started the keto diet, and started to get a little better, and could walk again, stoped taking there damn drugs, still believe I can run with my 4 year old grandson someday, ( goal)

Hi Theos. That's a great goal and there's no reason you can't accomplish it. Here's a link to one of our patients: th-cam.com/video/bsSwNVOWWsU/w-d-xo.html I think his story will hit home with you. It was his goal to play basketball with his 14 year old grandson. Well you'll have to listen to his story to find out how it turned out.
Don't ever lose hope. We've worked with almost 20,000 peripheral neuropathy sufferers around the globe. Dr. Ken Berry does put out good information.
For you it will be important for you to start on a good quality nerve support formula. I'm including links below so you can learn what that entails.
Vital nutrients for nerve repair: th-cam.com/video/wPruq49-ksU/w-d-xo.html
      The right dose: th-cam.com/video/dKMPMPJM4JY/w-d-xo.html

I started the nerve support formula and red light therapy about 1,5 years ago. In the beginning I did get better. Then something hapenes, I dod yoga and stretched my feet to much during a movement and developed plantar fascitis, after that it was like the healing virtually stopped, I was limping, my feet burned severly even toug before my neuropathy felt more mild, it was like everything in my progress halted and instead worsened rapidly. Keep in mind I don't drink any alcohol, don't smoke and even though my diet is not perfect I eat relatively healthy.
Now 1,5 years later I still feel like my progress is near zero despite doing pretty much everything I can.. It's very frustrating. I gueass it's more difficult for the nerves to heal when I'm dealing with a second condition sush at the plantar fascitis.... It's a real bith. But I haven't given up yet, planning to give it more time, I just really wish I would see some progress soon, it gets my mood down that everytime the symtoms start to subside I do something like walk a bit too much, hsve one sip of alcohol free wine (with extremely low alcoholic content) exercise and eerything comes back almost worse than before.. It drives me crazy.

Ive had non diabetic neuropathy for 16 years, it started in the tip on my toe, felt like my sock was bunched up, after a few months the weird feeling spread to all my toes and balls of my feet and eventually pain started setting in to the point I was putting my feet in a bucket of ice and water a few years later which I used the last 12 or so years. About 4 years ago almost over night it spread to my arches and on the top of my feet and last year to my hands. Ive talkin tramadol, then Neurontin and now Lyrica for 2-3 years. Non seem to really work for pain, im currently weening off 600mg a day of Lyrica. I never had pins and needles or weakness', just deep pain, burning pain and sometimes sharp stabbing pain, the stabbing started within the last 2 years.
I found these doctors last year, I started taking the Nuphoria gold 4 months ago, still have pain but stopped using the ice water so thats good. I just bought the cream and plan on buying the HL - Foot & Ankle Pads (2 Pads + Controller). I hope this will start getting better, I know its a slow process. Would love to here any comments, recommendations, possible issues, test to take etc.

      @NerveDoctors  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

Hi Jimmy. I'm so sorry that you've been battling this for well over a decade. I know what a nightmare it is. The key to your recovery is consistency. This is a very slow journey because nerves are the slowest healing tissues in the body, so don't give up and don't lose hope. It's going to take a while for those nerves to repair. Once you're able to incorporate PBM (light pads), your progress will be faster. In the meantime, some things that you can do to help your condition is:
      1. Change your diet. Incorporate either a healthy keto diet or an anti-inflammatory diet. This will help your healing tremendously
      2. Begin to do neuropathy exercises at least 5 days per week. Here's the link to the video we did on those exercises: th-cam.com/video/gLOqi7eEDTw/w-d-xo.html
      3. Make sure you're getting 8 hours of good quality sleep a night. This is very important for healing anything and everything in your body.
      4. Stop using artificial sweeteners like Equal (aspartame), Splenda(sucralose), Sweet n Low (saccharin), Ace-K (Acesulfame potassium), Truvia (. Stick with a pure liquid monk fruit sweetener or liquid stevia.
      5. Make sure you're drinking a minimum of 80 ounces of water daily (3 liters or 99 ounces is better). Yes for the first 30 days you'll pee A LOT, but this will level back to normal after one month.
Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need help. 844-400-0101 or info@nuphoria.com
      Blessings.

Great video and message! I started having pains and needles about 1 month ago. I have had some issues with cold feet for about 1,5 year which i put down to the aircon which we have running 24/7 here in the Philippines (I'm Norwegian and dont take too well to heat). Have struggled a bit with Diabetes 2 for 10-15 years getting it under control, and then lapsing several times. When i arrived here in August 2022 it was pretty controlled. A little high but everything was ok. Then things went bad with the eating/drinking of sugary stuff (i dont drink alcohol) and i tried correcting it twice. But this March/April it peaked out on a record 420 measurement. This was checked as i had to pull a tooth and the doc wanted me to start taking diabetes drugs (metformin and one other). I had no problems except cold feet before starting them. Also, i checked my TSH level (hormones) and was found to be at 15,4 which is Hypotyrhoid. I removed my entire thyroid gland in February 2017 and have been on medication after. But since mid 2023 i change to a natural medication called Thyroid-S. My last checkup in January 2021 showed perfect hormone levels. And the dosage of the new medication was exactly the same as Levotyroxine dose i used. So i suspect the Thyroid-S was a fake medication (bought from Thailand by mail) as i dont understand how it could be THAT much off when the dosage was right. Which means that i went without hormone medication for well over half a year. I restarted Levotyroxine at the same time as i started the diabetes meds. So while my diabetes was wildly out of control, i cant be 100% sure that was the whole reason i got Peripheral Neuropathy now. Have started taking B-Complex and extra B12. Will start L-Carnitine and R-ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) as soon as my vitamins arrive. Kind of a shock to have this happen and i hope to reverse it. Sticking to a better diet now and sugar levels are more controlled. But i can definitely relate to people telling how PN has crippled their lives. Dont wish this on anyone.

My horrendous neuropathy came about because of a surgery that had me on the operating table 14+ hrs vs the 6-8 they originally estimated. Neurologist stated that I suffered lower spinal cord damage due to numbers being too low for too long. I'm thinking he meant BP and oxygen numbers. Anyway, I spent 2 days in ICU because they didn't know if I would wake up. When I did wake up, the intubation tubes were quickly removed and literally about a minute later, I attempted to adjust myself in the small bed (I'm 6'7") and i quickly realized I was paralyzed from the waist down. No feeling or movement below the waist. 5-6 months later, I became able to stand with a walker. Slowly, I could start swinging my legs to "take steps". Because I went from 50-70 hr work weeks in a construction related field to absolutely nothing, I was diagnosed diabetic. I HATE medications of any kind so I refused insulin and went home to dive down some rabbit holes researching diabetes. That's when I found Dr Ken Berry. I immediately started trying to adopt a carnivore lifestyle. Did bad the first month or so but I kept at it and kept improving. The first 2.5 months on it, my A1c went from 8.7 down to 6.3 and my morning BC was down to 120-135 Dawn Effect). Since then, I have gotten better and am now about 90-95% clean carnivore. Since I started that about 2.5 years ago, I have also lost 94lbs. 6lbs away from being below 400 mark and 9lbs away from the 100lb lost mark. My goal is to get back to 300-325 which is where I was before this health issue started that lead me to surgery. I am now able to "walk" small steps from room to room in the house and out to truck for my appointments. I'm on Metformin which I keep pestering my doctor to take me off of but he's not sure it's quite time yet. I'm on BP med and Rosuvastatin also. I don't believe I ever should have been put on Rosuvastatin 13 years ago because my total cholesterol was mid 190's. Knowing the new information on cholesterol, I'll be bugging him to get me off of this medication as well. Is there anything more I can due to get the most out of my body healing itself?

    Good day Doctor!!
One fine morning in March 2021, during the lock down, I felt both my feet and hands SEIZED by extreme tightness as though a plastic sheet or film was tightly wrapped around both my feet making it very uncomfortable for me to walk around the house itself. I felt a burning sensation alternating with numbness and then tingling and tightness. Felt as though I was walking on pineapple skins which later gave way to a feeling of open dried blisters under both my feet soles. The last month of the 95 day period of PN seizure was marked by a feeling of tight knots under the soles of both my feet. Draping a bedcover over my legs felt highly sensitive and hurt a lot. Walking was, a herculean task. Also could not bend my knees and certain exercises were just impossible to do. My feet also felt slippery over wet surfaces like the bathroom and I missed having several falls during the 95 day period. In short, I was struck by peripheral neuropathy and was housebound for 95 days.
The right side of my face was characterized by heaviness Could not fully close my right eyelid and drinking water or coffee would ooze out the right side of my mouth.
Both my hands - elbow onwards towards my palms and fingers felt as though strings were wrapped along the lines/ joints of my fingers alternating between an itching, burning and numbing sensation of my fingertips. Could not hold even a gas lighter in my hands as the motor nerves of my hands were affected with no proper grip.
Just as PN symptoms suddenly came on, they also vanished mysteriously on the 95th day.
My PN resolved on its own after 95 days without any medical intervention or doctors/hospital visits.

@@Lianne-qm4yp I could not fully close my Right side eyelid and the Right side of my mouth felt heavy with liquids dripping out from the right side of my mouth when sipping water/tea/coffee This right side facial heaviness lasted for a fortnight and was mysteriously released without any doctor / medical intervention.
Similarly the tightness, burning, tingling and partial numbness in the palms and fingers of both my hands made it difficult for me to do my daily ablutions like washing my face, hands or bathing, cooking etc. My hands lost grip & I couldn't even hold a gas lighter to light the gastove Holding heavy items was out of the question during the two month period during the lock down in March 2021. Finally after two crucial months, my hands were released of this mysterious peripheral neuropathy like tightness, which caused me immense pain while sleeping at night so much so it used to bring tears to my eyes. This pain was cell deep.
Incidentally, I nor any of my family members ever had the Covid-19 infection.
Moreover I may have been pre-diabetic but I never took any medications for the same. Also during the lock down, we were mostly confined to our homes so junk food was not easily available.
On the 95th day, both my feet - knee downwards, were released from this mysterious tightness, burning & tingling soles of the feet like PN (peripheral neuropathy like symptoms) as though I had dried blisters and scalded soles.
Four days later on 25th June 2021, I got my entire blood work done & my fasting blood sugar was 104 mg/dl and Post prandial blood sugar level was 144 mg/dl
My Cholesterol levels were 215 mg/dl with my Triglycerides being 300 mg/dl. Later on with proper diet my triglyceride levels came down to 160 mg/dl levels.
In November 2020, six months prior to my affliction in March 2021, I had done my entire blood work at the local hospital due to incessant diarrhea. The MD doctor looked at all my reports and said that I was perfectly healthy and he also joked that it was a wastage of money in doing my blood work. My diarrhea was due to the stressful situation of Covid-19 at that time and not any pathogen.
Also since 2022, my sister, who has high diabetes and a cousin sister, who has high Blood pressure but non diabetic, both of whom are 59 years of age, have also been struck with this PN like tightness, tingling, pain, burning sensation on their hands and both feet with loss of grip in the hands and slippery soles of feet over wet surfaces.
During this lock down period our young 25 year old electrician cum plumber also experienced these very same tightness, numbness and tingling of his feet at night when resting. But his symptoms resolved in 3 months like me,
We also checked with our housing society chairman and he stated that his 55 year old diabetic cousin brother also developed these above PN like symptoms during 2020 Lockdown.
Another neighbor informed me that after a vacation with her husband, son and his family - all 5 of them were struck with Covid-19 and soon after her husband got a heart attack, even though they eat healthily and go for regular walks and yoga. Her physician informed her that the blood becomes thick and sticky due to Covid-19 and hence her husband got a heart attack.
What do you make of all this doctor? I've given you a summary of what we went through during the lock downs. Hope you and your team are able to make some light of all these health challenges that people all over are facing?

Hellow - Trinidad. It's such a beautiful country. I'm so sorry that you're dealing with the nerve damage in your mouth. The first thing you need to do is begin the nerve repair process and to do this you need a good nerve repair formula. I'm going to give you a link to a video we did on this and then I'll give you a link to our website, as well. You don't have to purchase our formula (btw...we do ship to Trinidad), but I want you to be knowledgeable so that you can look at anyone's formula and determine which is good and which falls short, based on the clinical evidence. I have constant burning and tingling in my feet and especially my toes. How do I tell if it is peripheral neuropathy, athletes foot or other problems?

Good question. Usually if it's due to another cause, it won't effect both feet, it will effect only one. That's the biggest tell-tale with PN. It affects both limbs (both feet, both legs, both hands, etc.)
