Great video......plus you're food looks really appetizing and colorful. You can also freeze greek yogurt in mini muffin tins and, once they're frozen, pop out the mini muffin frozen yogurts and add them to your smoothie packets. Then, place in the freezer. Then, all you do is add a smoothie packet with some low-fat milk or O.J.

Same story! I recently moved out on my own and didn't handle that responsibility properly at first lol, I was eating junk 24/7 and felt absolutely horrible! It affected every aspect of my life and it costs so much! But then i wised up and started eating SUPER healthy, i lost 10 pounds, gained muscle, have tons of energy and my skin looks great! And it does taste much better.

I keep a very large 'tuppperware' style container in my freezer, filled with assorted mixed frozen fruits. I buy them already frozen, or from the 'day old' rack in the produce area and add them as there's room in my container. I also keep a second container filled with frozen, peeled and halved bananas - every morning I add a ONE CUP scoop of frozen fruits, 2 scoops protein powder, and 1 cup of skim milk to my blender - and drink it while driving to work

I cook them together so that way when the onions are sauteed they become sweet which give the peppers a sweet taste and then i add a little kosher salt and pepper! which makes them taste really good!

I REALLY liked your video. You were easy to understand and right to the point. It didn't take 30 minutes to get through the whole thing! I've got kids to hassle! I actually find that my body really likes smoothies in the morning (and sometimes at lunch!) and I've seen it recommended to add oatmeal for breakfast smoothies. I haven't tried that yet. Still pretty obsessed with green smoothies though.

  • @Lavenderrose73

Coolza, that looks awesome! I just get lazy about the cooking and such. I think what I need to do is go through my container cupboard, go through that stuff, and see what I need and don't need so I can better organize the containers I DO need. I feel hesitant to get rid of my multi-sized Pyrex glass container collection.

I tell my clients the key to their weight loss is planning ahead. Thank you for showing us how simple meal planning is, it just takes alil time ahead but you will be carefree for the rest of the week. I will definitely show this video to my clients. I liked the fact that you seasoned and marinated your chicken before cooking it. Some of the other videos on meal planning they use unseasoned chicken and in my culture just using salt and black pepper on chicken or fish before is unacceptable.

GREAT JOB! Keeping some of the peel on the cucumbers is healthier than eating your cucumbers completly skinless. The skin on cucumbers provides many key nutrients so, good job keeping some skin on them!

You can cut the pith away from the 'pepper' (here in Australia we call that capsicum ;) ) then use that part with the pith removed. Here at the moment capsicums are $10/kg so about $10/2.2lb. I don't waste any of the flesh lol.
