Just heat all of it up. Jams and porridges are cooked fruits anyway, so they won't be damaged from that. My mom uses fresh apple cubes when she cooks oatmeal in the morning, so microwaving them instead would be just as fine.

I just made the Chocolate Strawberry for tomorrow. Banana nut is definitely the best. Bananas are my favorite fruit, and they taste so good with almond/coconut milk. Halsey Swift i agree. for nutritional value flax seed has to be ground up and the clock starts ticking on its nutritional value. flax taste better than chia. chia has 5 yr shelf life. doesn't have to be ground has no taste more fiber than flax more anti oxidants than blueberries more omega 3 than salmon

As long as the milk holds really, it will get super mushy and gross after a couple of days. If you DID want to make it a few days ahead of time then bake the oats like granola beforehand. this will make them stay solid for longer.

I made these (the last three) have to say my favourite was the mango coconut one! They lasted pretty well the first two days, but the ones I had after the first two days, changed the texture and taste of them. Also it's a little difficult to warm it up because the fruits warmed up, change the texture of it all. I would recommend eating it the day of, or within the first two days.

On average a mixed jar can last of 2-4 days so i wouldn't make too many at a time or maybe to make it easy on you have ecerything prepped(Your toppings cut) prepare the jars with the oats and seeds/dry spices and then a day or two before put in the wet ingredient in. It's what i do :)

Oats, as well as being healthy, are known to curb your appetite. They make you feel fuller for longer than sugary type cereals/snacks. They also have a lot less calories so you would definitely lose weight.

Hi (to all my 100% loyal family) (whoever they are) Well it’s like I always dreamed of many great things, (as in things to accomplish) but I have never been able to get anywhere close it it ever, in my whole entire life. (Well I mean things to accomplish because obviously in terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and do ever will be (real life) Well I guess being a 4 without a social instinct is just a pure recipe for disaster. And like I said before, it’s not like “I’d be satisfied if I fucked 100 girls in my teenage years or dated 100 girls” I guess I could say that............ it’s just that I don’t feel like “I adequately lived my life” (And this is actually a mix of a lot feelings”) And it’s like i always wanted to live the “normal life” of a kid in my teen years. Such as Have a lot of friends, hangout with them, go to gatherings, prom and all that social stuff. But I never did any of that, in fact, I dropped out in mid sophomore year. But even when I was in school in freshman I never did any of that either. I was always just kinda of anti social ( I had confidence, but I was always self conscious, and the one thing that always hindered me from “trying to get a girl” was my body, and how I need to get in shape first. That was always the excuse. And I never had it in me to get in shape and so I never did anything. Well because for me it’s not about the sex (Well it is about the sex) but moreso it’s about myself, and wanting to feel “worthy” because no, I’m not going to be some random bum who gets a girl. Because any fugly worthless idiot could get a girl (that’s not what I want) I want to not only get a girl, but feel worthy of it. (In terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and ever will be (real life) but you get the idea.) (It doesn’t matter if the girl likes me or not, I have to like myself in order to feel satisfied) (And YES, this is the one true reason why I never ever did anything.) (But ofc I’m a 684 and I’m the truth teller but I guess I’d say that a lot of the other reasons I stated were true to a degree. But this is the #1 reason out of all of them) And what ALWAYS frustrates me to no end is that. The “concept” of getting in shape all you need is a “calorie deficit” it sounds SOOO simple. Yet I could NEVER achieve this. I guess it’s because im a 4 and in the book it said that 4’s tend to give up too easily. (At least that’s their typical behavior) Oh and this reminds me of something else I was thinking about today. Out of the 3 feeling types 2’s go to 8 3’s go to 9 4’s go to 2 If you notice how 8’s and 9’s are a million times stronger than a 2. But the opposite is that When 4’s rise up they go to a 1 When 3’s go up they go to 6 2’s go to 4. That would mean 4’s are the most powerful then they on the direction of integration. That would explain why I always feel the most capable whenever I’m emotionally moved. And remember when this one time, where I got “low key Infatuated with a girl that I never even talked to” in college (this was around 2014-2015 before everything started online) (It was in the “dark ages” when everyday was just filled with despair and I’d play xbox pc and other games and watched movies/ shows 24/7 everyday just to take my mind off it) But yeah, and I just kept listening to like super depressing music while running for hours at night. (I was addicted to the “bittersweet” feeling I don’t know if that is considered a 4 going to a 1. ) But I did have a streak, and I did actually get short term results. I ate 1 takeout tray of Panda Express everyday and then ran for about 2 hours non stop every night on my neighborhood in neighborhood in Ohio. (So that pretty much cancels out to 0 calories everyday) But like I said “I was addicted to the bittersweet emotions” But I don’t know if this is a 4 going to 1. But to add on to this. I still remember “somewhat” of my mindset every night when I ran back then . I remember is that the music I’d listen to is the old ones from my dad ‘s/mom’s collection (and some American music from around the time of highschool and the girl I liked) and every single night when I go out to run. It’s like I’d listen to that music and it’d remind me of things like “My life story, my crush in highschool EVERYTHING that’s ever happened in my life , WHY I NEED to do this” And then I’d cry a lot while running too, but it always felt good. And I’d talk out loud to myself outside in the quiet night. And just meditate and reflect on my life in general. And I also remember a specific feeling (And I think this does mean IT IS a 4 going to 1) Well because every time I thought about that back then, I always felt a feeling of “a surge of conviction” well something like a 1’s thing. Like I’d describe it as “An unbreakable resolve to do something” (And this is literally after i cry) (Well because I’d describe it as “tears of bittersweetness”) And uhm....... And also......... I guess I’ll always have those regrets no matter what. (Since you cant change the past) But I hope to find a wife/true love or something like that lol (in the future 162) with the help of my 100% loyal family. And then in the end perhaps I can “Find a meaning in everything” (I’m sure everything always had a meaning, I just never figured it out yet) And typing about this and thinking about the past just made me had more of “that bittersweet feeling” Anyhow that should be all for tonight. Did this last night used the basic recipe oats, chia, milk, used vanilla greek because that's what i had...added a pinch of cinnamon a granny smith apple and maple syrup... It is so good some of the beast oatmeal that i ever had... my three year old son wants to eat all of my breakfast...now i know to make a double batch....gonna try banana nut next

I adore overnight oatmeal. Thanks for the new ideas. I use unsweetened almond milk, some fresh or frozen fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. Sometimes walnuts. I don't use greek yogurt because I like the extra liquid in regular plain to make the oatmeal more creamy. Love your flavor ideas!

thanks for your reply. I am still experimenting with my smoothies, but I love the idea of using green, or vanilla tea as a liquid to add a bit of flavour! I try to avoid the diary, because I get terribly bloated. I created a smoothie that I love especially in the evening, when the "sweet cravings" kick in. Coconut milk or water, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp of self-made peanut butter, a dash of vanilla essence (also self made) and a spoon full of organic, unsweetened cocoa powder and two Medjool dates!! If it's too thick, add some liquid of your choice. It is totally delicious and stops cravings instantly!! I
If anyobe is looking for a review, i tried the blueberry one and ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Gave me a great start to the day. You can make the blue berry sauce yourself even though im not good at it. I just boil blueberries and water together lol.

Yeah, they absorb the water or milk overnight and they're good to go.
It is more tasty if you cook it though trust me on this and then leave it cool off before you put in the fridge.😊

How long will these last in the fridge? If I were to make them all at the start of the week then have one everyday would that be okay? Or should I make each one the night before eating? Thanks. :)

I bought only 3mason jars like that I replace the one I just ate.
As long as the milk holds really, it will get super mushy and gross after a couple of days. If you DID want to make it a few days ahead of time then bake the oats like granola beforehand. this will make them stay solid for longer.

I made these (the last three) have to say my favourite was the mango coconut one! They lasted pretty well the first two days, but the ones I had after the first two days, changed the texture and taste of them. Also it's a little difficult to warm it up because the fruits warmed up, change the texture of it all. I would recommend eating it the day of, or within the first two days.

On average a mixed jar can last of 2-4 days so i wouldn't make too many at a time or maybe to make it easy on you have ecerything prepped(Your toppings cut) prepare the jars with the oats and seeds/dry spices and then a day or two before put in the wet ingredient in. It's what i do :)

Oats, as well as being healthy, are known to curb your appetite. They make you feel fuller for longer than sugary type cereals/snacks. They also have a lot less calories so you would definitely lose weight.

Yes it's all about that,if you go to the gym and exercise for more than 1 hour a day then you can consume more than 1500 calories.

Hi (to all my 100% loyal family) (whoever they are)
Well it’s like I always dreamed of many great things, (as in things to accomplish) but I have never been able to get anywhere close it it ever, in my whole entire life.
(Well I mean things to accomplish because obviously in terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and do ever will be (real life)
Well I guess being a 4 without a social instinct is just a pure recipe for disaster.
And like I said before, it’s not like
“I’d be satisfied if I fucked 100 girls in my teenage years or dated 100 girls”
I guess I could say that............ it’s just that I don’t feel like
“I adequately lived my life”
(And this is actually a mix of a lot feelings”)
And it’s like i always wanted to live the “normal life” of a kid in my teen years.
Such as
Have a lot of friends, hangout with them, go to gatherings, prom and all that social stuff.
But I never did any of that, in fact, I dropped out in mid sophomore year. But even when I was in school in freshman I never did any of that either. I was always just kinda of anti social
( I had confidence, but I was always self conscious, and the one thing that always hindered me from “trying to get a girl” was my body, and how I need to get in shape first. That was always the excuse. And I never had it in me to get in shape and so I never did anything.
Well because for me it’s not about the sex (Well it is about the sex) but moreso it’s about myself, and wanting to feel “worthy” because no, I’m not going to be some random bum who gets a girl.
Because any fugly worthless idiot could get a girl (that’s not what I want) I want to not only get a girl, but feel worthy of it.
(In terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and ever will be (real life) but you get the idea.)
(It doesn’t matter if the girl likes me or not, I have to like myself in order to feel satisfied)
(And YES, this is the one true reason why I never ever did anything.)
(But ofc I’m a 684 and I’m the truth teller but I guess I’d say that a lot of the other reasons I stated were true to a degree. But this is the #1 reason out of all of them)
And what ALWAYS frustrates me to no end is that.
The “concept” of getting in shape all you need is a “calorie deficit” it sounds SOOO simple. Yet I could NEVER achieve this.
I guess it’s because im a 4 and in the book it said that 4’s tend to give up too easily.
(At least that’s their typical behavior)
Oh and this reminds me of something else I was thinking about today.
Out of the 3 feeling types
2’s go to 8
3’s go to 9
4’s go to 2
If you notice how 8’s and 9’s are a million times stronger than a 2.
But the opposite is that
When 4’s rise up they go to a 1
When 3’s go up they go to 6
2’s go to 4.
That would mean 4’s are the most powerful then they on the direction of integration.
That would explain why I always feel the most capable whenever I’m emotionally moved.
And remember when this one time, where I got “low key Infatuated with a girl that I never even talked to” in college
(this was around 2014-2015 before everything started online)
(It was in the “dark ages” when everyday was just filled with despair and I’d play xbox pc and other games and watched movies/ shows 24/7 everyday just to take my mind off it)
But yeah, and I just kept listening to like super depressing music while running for hours at night.
(I was addicted to the “bittersweet” feeling I don’t know if that is considered a 4 going to a 1. )
But I did have a streak, and I did actually get short term results.
I ate 1 takeout tray of Panda Express everyday and then ran for about 2 hours non stop every night on my neighborhood in neighborhood in Ohio.
(So that pretty much cancels out to 0 calories everyday)
But like I said “I was addicted to the bittersweet emotions” But I don’t know if this is a 4 going to 1.
But to add on to this.
I still remember “somewhat” of my mindset every night when I ran back then .
I remember is that the music I’d listen to is the old ones from my dad ‘s/mom’s collection (and some American music from around the time of highschool and the girl I liked)
and every single night when I go out to run.
It’s like I’d listen to that music and it’d remind me of things like
“My life story, my crush in highschool EVERYTHING that’s ever happened in my life , WHY I NEED to do this”
And then I’d cry a lot while running too, but it always felt good. And I’d talk out loud to myself outside in the quiet night. And just meditate and reflect on my life in general.
And I also remember a specific feeling
(And I think this does mean IT IS a 4 going to 1)
Well because every time I thought about that back then, I always felt a feeling of
“a surge of conviction” well something like a 1’s thing.
Like I’d describe it as
“An unbreakable resolve to do something”
(And this is literally after i cry)
(Well because I’d describe it as “tears of bittersweetness”)
And uhm.......
And also......... I guess I’ll always have those regrets no matter what. (Since you cant change the past)
But I hope to find a wife/true love or something like that lol (in the future 162) with the help of my 100% loyal family.
And then in the end perhaps I can
“Find a meaning in everything”
(I’m sure everything always had a meaning, I just never figured it out yet)
And typing about this and thinking about the past just made me had more of “that bittersweet feeling”
Anyhow that should be all for tonight.

Did this last night used the basic recipe oats, chia, milk, used vanilla greek because that's what i had...added a pinch of cinnamon a granny smith apple and maple syrup... It is so good some of the beast oatmeal that i ever had... my three year old son wants to eat all of my breakfast...now i know to make a double batch....gonna try banana nut next

I adore overnight oatmeal. Thanks for the new ideas. I use unsweetened almond milk, some fresh or frozen fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. Sometimes walnuts. I don't use greek yogurt because I like the extra liquid in regular plain to make the oatmeal more creamy. Love your flavor ideas!

thanks for your reply. I am still experimenting with my smoothies, but I love the idea of using green, or vanilla tea as a liquid to add a bit of flavour! I try to avoid the diary, because I get terribly bloated. I created a smoothie that I love especially in the evening, when the "sweet cravings" kick in.
Coconut milk or water, 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp of self-made peanut butter, a dash of vanilla essence (also self made) and a spoon full of organic, unsweetened cocoa powder and two Medjool dates!! If it's too thick, add some liquid of your choice. It is totally delicious and stops cravings instantly!! I
