    you know what I really appreciate? That you give wonderfully useful information without wasting my time...I can't tell you how many utube videos I have turned off half way through because I just couldn't stand meaningless chatter. Thank you so much for your direct approach. I found you really interesting and fun to watch and learn from. I know you already have a mom, but I see you as kind of a daughter (I have 5)and am turning them on to your channel... so delightful. Thanks again and please keep going! yes...high 5

    Meal prep saves me every week! I love your ideas. We make a chicken in the crock pot, roast veggies, quinoa or rice and a bunch of raw veggies!

    Thank you so much for posting this video! You have opened my eyes to a whole new world. I was starting to get overwhelmed with school and work. I tried meal prepping for the first time and this week was amazing. I was able to eat healthy and save a lot of time. Please continue to give us meal prep ideas from time to time, I would love to continue learning from you.

    This video is absolutely genius!! I know it's a lot of work, but would you consider making this into a little series and showing different foods for different weeks and how you prep them on Sunday night? This is seriously such a helpful video in itself, so thank you so much!

    Things like this are so helpful. I started university this week and I either don't eat, eat the same thing (pasta and veggies) or eat sweet food. Do you think you could do a video on kitchen food essentials?

    Meal prep on Sundays is so important! This semester has been treating me so tough. I usually just make few meals and freeze them weekly. This week, I have some mac n cheese, lemon herb chicken, steamed broccoli, curry, and burger meat prepped:)
    I'd love to see some meals made out of these ingredients you prepped in this video!

    I've been doing something similar to this for a while, and it works great. I also do frozen vegetables either baked or stir-fried. I also have spaghetti squash in my rotation. This time of year will also be good for butternut squash.

    I sometimes cook penne pasta in advance and refrigerate for the next day's meal! Makes it so much easier the next day!

    I have yet to actually try prepping meals - but I love that you do so much of your prep in one night for the entire week! That's something I hadn't really considered! Rather I'd been looking at meal planning.. which is still a step in the right direction, but you take it to another level! Love it :)

    A cool tip, try using a drinking straw inserted down the middle of the strawberry to remove the hull instead of cutting the top off. You'll save a good portion of the berry rather than throw it away.

    YES !!! I love tips on meal prep ! Can you do more videos like these ? … but maybe a week long recipes ? Or maybe, one day at a time ?     Tip: I've done this last week, I cook some quinoa and I add lentils, extra protein for the week. I've been eating it all the time, yummy and healthy!

      The Domestic Geek I'm so glad you'll be making more of these! This has been my favourite meal prep video I've seen on youtube but I would love more ideas. A whole series would be great! -wink wink- I work six days a week at odd hours, so I'm always so exhausted and not in the mood to cook before or after work. Sunday is the perfect day for me to get things done! I made a couple roast chickens for us and rubbed them with coconut oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and some salt and pepper and it was awesome. And just having some pre-cooked veg and meat etc around makes it so much easier to just throw something quick together with next to no effort. Thanks so much for uploading!

    That all looks amazing! How many red peppers, stalks of celery, and cucumbers do you need to cut up to fill your mason jars?

      Sheila Kelly Hi! To fill the smaller mason jars, I believe I used 3 celery stalks, 1 red bell pepper and maybe half of the English cucumber. You could definitely do more and store them in zipper bags if you wanted :)

    It's me from denmark again. Just wanted to tell you I have finally bought myself a blender and purchased all the ingredients for the 5 smoothies. (first smoothies video) It was a little pricey tough. Couldn't find any cherris so I bought plums for the thursday smoothie.
    I'm 18 and really want to eat healthy and since I moved in my own appartment I am in full control of what I eat.
    So I was wondering if you could make a video about young people and how to eat healthy. How to save money and food. Sorta video.
    Just want to tell that you are one of the most kind youtuber I have ever seen and keep op the good work. I will follow you :)

It is a great one off product for learning what to eat to look younger without the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my BF after many years got excellent success with it.

    Food prep + smart storage is defo the way to go :)
    I've never thought of chopping up crudités tho' -- do they retain all of their goodness when they've been chopped and stored ?
