Meal prep on Sundays is so important! This semester has been treating me so tough. I usually just make few meals and freeze them weekly. This week, I have some mac n cheese, lemon herb chicken, steamed broccoli, curry, and burger meat prepped:) I'd love to see some meals made out of these ingredients you prepped in this video!

I've been doing something similar to this for a while, and it works great. I also do frozen vegetables either baked or stir-fried. I also have spaghetti squash in my rotation. This time of year will also be good for butternut squash.

A cool tip, try using a drinking straw inserted down the middle of the strawberry to remove the hull instead of cutting the top off. You'll save a good portion of the berry rather than throw it away.

The Domestic Geek I'm so glad you'll be making more of these! This has been my favourite meal prep video I've seen on youtube but I would love more ideas. A whole series would be great! -wink wink- I work six days a week at odd hours, so I'm always so exhausted and not in the mood to cook before or after work. Sunday is the perfect day for me to get things done! I made a couple roast chickens for us and rubbed them with coconut oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and some salt and pepper and it was awesome. And just having some pre-cooked veg and meat etc around makes it so much easier to just throw something quick together with next to no effort. Thanks so much for uploading!

Sheila Kelly Hi! To fill the smaller mason jars, I believe I used 3 celery stalks, 1 red bell pepper and maybe half of the English cucumber. You could definitely do more and store them in zipper bags if you wanted :)
