I tried neti pot. It felt like I was hit across my face with a shoe, and every once in a while still feels like that. Real Sudafed has been my go to, but for over a year, twice a day, I use 3 squirts in each nostril of NeilMed naso gel. I had tried saline sprays a few times, but they made me feel stuffier, so I was surprised when this spray started working. I only used it because I was in agony, had no doctor, and was running super low on sudafed. Now I'm glad I was forced into trying the spray gel. I'm almost off the sudafed.
Nasal washes and flonase don't work for me. On third set of antibiotics in a year. Already had two surgeries. Have AERD so can't take aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve. I am miserable and beyond frustrated.
You need. NEED to adjust your diet and environment in the meantime. Go on a sugar fast. Force your body into ketosis. Start by skipping breakfast and lunch, just drinking water. Then only eat simple vegetables and plain steak/fish. This diet change will drastically lower your inflammation Next get allergy covers for your mattress and pillow covers. Also avoid bouncing around on polyester furniture breathing in tons of fire retardant polyester dust. Next dont be hanging out in moldy environments like your basement. Get a dehumidifier for rooms that can be damp that you use a lot. Get a steroid rinse. Not the spray. Find a doctor that will prescribe a steroid rinse, use 2x a day. Find a doctor that will prescribe the new injections that lower your immune system... like Dupixent. These things WILL work if you are able to do them.
Is it possible that the nasal rinses exaggerate the symptoms. I tried to use them, but my symptoms got worse. And for the last week I am flushing out yellow very salty mucus. It’s like the saline gets stuck in there. I’ve not been able to hear out of my left ear for two weeks now. They put me on amoxicillin, but it has had limited results. I told the doctor at one time I got an outer ear infection but it was resistant to amoxicillin. They ignored that.
I have found that nasal irrigation can be.bad for you if you have blockages from nasal surgery. I dont know what the condition of my upper nasal passages is since surgery, but for whatever reason the liquid gets into my upper nose (and maybe ear?) Passages and cant seem to drain out, staying infected.
yea sudafed works QUICK but its only temporary, in my experience, and if i recall correctly can be addictive so i dont really use it unless congestion is BAD
Thick green mucus is coming from left nostril since six months, Renoclinil 100 is used but haven't wiped off. What treatment would you suggest. Fareed.
Your generosity towards my cancer virus is incomparable, you assured me of getting healed just within 2 months and it was so. Thanks a lot Dr Emovon on TH-cam I will keep letting the world know about your good work and about your TH-cam channel #dremovon…🙏🙏

Um, he said in the beginning that there were no good OTCs in the beginning, then lists a whole bunch that "work really well" at the end.

What medicine can someone use for fungal infection sir please
I’m confused. At the start you said there are no good OTC medications, and then list off some at the end saying they are good for allergies
The most common complaint with youtube videos is the overuse of music, that's as loud or louder than the spoken words. Why do people still do it?
Do sinusitis also cause some chest symptoms? And blood pressure increases by sinusitis please tell please
I got some pain in chest for a long time
The music in this video is way too loud.
Could not hear for music
Thank you Dr.Kuperan!

Welcome to DOCTOR AT THE DISCO!
I heard that a sinus infection is a yeast infection
My biggest pet peeve is music. If I wanted to hear it, I would listen to it on my music app.
music is so loud…..distracting.
What…? I can’t hear you….!
Neti pots work when your sinuses aren't completely packed all the time.
I love the music
That music is very annoying
Whoever edited the video was a dipshit who didn't mix down the music volume
Yes between this sinus pressure and the music, I’m losing it

Nice
WHATS UP WITH THE MUSIC
Sinus fungal infections CAUSE MOST sinus infections.
Interesting : how do you fix it
Based on what data or sources?
Wonder if adding a tiny bit of vinegar to a nasal wash or spray would help? Light soaking in vinegar helps a lot with athlete's foot, for me.
Music too loud making it difficult to hear. Not necessary nor helpful..
Music is fine for me guys
dude turn down or off the music playing in this video please
Music annoying
They aren’t INFECTIONS, it’s INFLAMMATION
At times, you distract me from listening to the music 😂

Lots of music
1. Nasal sinus washes
