I had problem with my left eustachian tube resulting in blocked left ear for almost 10 year, headache, earache, etc. Several times of visits to ENT doctors didn’t work either. Now I’m 90% free of my left ear problems thanks to humming. I’ve found several articles about chanting/humming which is beneficial to sinus problems etc. I did it for 1 hour daily for the first 3 days and my left ear cleared up 70%-80% right away. Since then I hum daily whenever I find the time to.

Nasal rinsing was life altering for me. I used to fight with sinus infections all the time. Now, I usually do a spray every day with saline, xyletol & grapefruit extract (pre-mixed over the counter) and that usually keeps me clear. If I do feel things start backing up I do the full sinus rinse. I can’t remember the last time I needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection.

For years and years I've had sinus issues and bad allergies. A couple months ago I came down with a bad cold and then a fever. The fever did something that triggered my sinus to clear out completely, and a few days later my sinus was releasing all this long slimy green rope like substance out of my nose. I was amazed at how much was trapped in my sinus. It was mind boggling and made so much sense to explaining the issues I have been having for years. Better out than in, that's for sure. Cleaning the sinus is something you definitely want to consider and keep up, I know I will.

That head cold turned into a secondary infection-sinusitis. I already deal with sinus issues bc I have a deviated septum that I actually tried to correct with surgery but I waited too late in life & it only helped maybe 10%. It just fell back closer to where it originally was. Anyway, this video was the first i heard of using both GSE & xylitol in a nasal rinse. It burned like crazy but oh my word!!! Immediate relief. Hi Dr. Berg, Your videos are the best and I tell everyone to watch yours. I had constant nasal drainage after 2 sinus infections and covid in there too. Sorry, I can't picture using Kim Chee as I love to eat it too much,, but have colloidal silver onhand and started using that as nose drops. The drainage is completely gone now. No morning head to clear out for over an hour every day. All the junk coming down is gone . I don't think anyone ever told me that it could be a fungal sort of problem too. The Csilver after 3-4 days and I have relief. Best wishes

I followed that up by inhaling eucalyptus & tea tree essential oil (via nasal inhaler) to give my sinus infection a powerful one-two punch. How sweet it is to breathe freely again. 8v)

I've only had a sinus infection one time. It was the most miserable day of my life. I was praying for death. Pills would have took too long. I got a habanero, cut it open, got some of the juice on my pinky and stuck it in my nose. About a quarter inch in. It burned a little, but not as bad as if you ate it. I had to stand over a sink for the next 15 minutes because my nose was like a faucet. Drained my entire head. Afterwards I felt amazing. Sinus infection gone.

Neilmed changed my life. It's a sinus rinse made by the people that make netipot. Twice a year I was guaranteed a sinus infection, once during spring shortly after the trees bloom and once in September usually toward the middle of the month regardless of temperature or allergens in the air. For about 10 years now, I've been using it a couple times daily. It cleans out every bit of grossness imaginable and I haven't had a sinus infection since I started using it.

After a recent nastier, longer cold than usual, that actually dragged on long enough to give me a bit of bronchitis and absolutely miserable sinuses again (haven’t had that in a long time), I remembered your video here about kimchi juice. Swabbing with a q tip didn’t really do it for me, but I scaled it up a bit and squirted it in with an eyedropper. I did this for about four days. Didn’t seem to be getting too far, until today I suddenly noticed my head felt ok! Surprisingly ok! Thank you, Dr. Berg, because this problem was bad enough that it seemed to be giving me back that tussive headache I suffered from some years ago....and if you have never had that, I promise that you never, never want it (*intense* pain when you cough or sneeze, like your head was a giant bell and somebody rang it.) I will keep irrigating with the kimchi juice for another week or two, but this is beautiful, beautiful relief. It’s as good as that steroid I was prescribed in 2015 for the original condition...except that oral steroid (can’t remember the name) had ‘diabetes’ listed as one of the potential side effects. It didn’t give me diabetes, but if I had to roll that dice over and over for recurring sinus problems like that, I’m guessing I might not come up so lucky every time. Whew...

I am 23 and for the first 18-1
19 years of my life I struggled with nasty sinus infections. Hard to breathe even with mouth because of the congestion and a running nose throughout the year. Tried so may docs. Some said my immunity is low, some blamed the air pollen as an allergen and some thought a deviated septum was the issue. All of them wrote prescription medications which only suppressed the symptoms as long as I continue taking the meds. I had also googled many times throughout the yeats for a solution but never found one.
Untill I did. I found myself on an ayurvedic website which suggested Dairy causes excess kapha in the body which leads to excess mucus production and clogged sinuses.
I thought let's give it a shot and stopped consuming dairy. I must admit I didn't had much expectations but results were and still are baffling to me. 2 weeks without Dairy and I could breathe so so fully. All this pain over the years just because I was consuming milk and milk products.
Tldr: Try stopping dairy consumption for a while. It might be all you need.

I ate French onion dip and here I am all clogged up, very dry sinuses, and headache. I love dairy but it is a love hate relationship. Dairy also triggers restlessleg syndrome and it makes me fart a lot so I think my body has given me every hint that dairy is not for me and now if I can just get my taste buds to agree. Does this work for cyst in sinus? Doc says it's harmless but it's running my life

  • @paulskinger4271

Hi sir I have had one sinus problem after the next being severe headaches and pressure In sinus
One doctor gave me antibiotics injection it lasted 3 days then returned
Then doxycycline, 6 days later not sure if I caught a virus but began with chest congestion and fever
They switched to 500 amoxicillin it got worse
Then to ER they switch to Z pak only removed fever
A different ER scanned sinus finding infection both lower sinus and switch to augamentin which did nothing
I watched your video and bought the ingredients
The next morning no headaches or coughing
    Just fuzzy swollen eyes
I’m definitely a lot better but not 100 % maybe I have a virus for 3 weeks on top of this
Also I found an odd mushroom growing under my seat in motor home that I’m staying in
I removed and sprayed bleach and mold killing spray
Also on cleaning everything found a lot of mice dropping under cabinets drawers ect
    Cleaning all that too

Hi Dr Berg, Your suggestions/advices/teachings are valuable..
M suffering from sinus pain since over a year . I was getting severe tooth ache for which I consulted my Dentist and he asked me if I have sinus and then got to know the pain is due to sinus. I hv been steaming my face everyday. Can you please explain this Xylitol to be used is in what form and should it be used alongwith grape seed extract oil in the nasal spray???

Hello, I just want to comment on the xylitol. I use it to make my own toothpaste. I bought it on Amazon it comes in a pouch just like sugar.. I purchase the organic one. There are several to choose from. Hope this helps.

Dr. Berg - in the irrigation rinse would you combine saline solution, baby shampoo, xylitol and GSE all together?

  • @VLCAquascapes

Taking notes because I get sinus infections often. I have been getting relief from a nubilizer with saline that's seems to always work for me with quick results without antibodics.

Antibiotics are useless in the sinuses because they are hollow with no blood supply.
You are only risking (or trying to treat what is a) fungal infection from all those antibiotics.
Again, use GSE- which is BOTH antibacterial and anti fungal.
