Why is this so hard 😭 I tried this for the first time today and failed so much. I must have tried 10-15 times and I still can’t do it. Hopefully when I build more core strength I can pull it off…

I had the same problem and I’m just now able to do it by using my foot to assist. I just started doing other simpler maneuvers and I slowly built the muscles to start this one !! Good luck !

It's normal, most people take at least 3 days even if they go to the gym.
To do it as cleanly as the guy in the video takes months unless you practice gymnastics.

Proper inversions can take up to a year or more. I've been doing silks for 5 months and just got my inversion. Don't get frustrated or discouraged. Just keep your training consistent and you'll get it eventually!
