for the single egg beater foot lock I've seen other videos where the fabric is wrapped around the foot twice like you would do in the the double eggbeater. Is it safe to do it with just one wrap?

Nope do not recommend one wrap i did it multiple times and it came undone
I cant do it, I cant hold my self, i cant evem do the egg beaters, i have no idea what to do, i feel so incapable
