    Been doing inverts for a while but this conditioning as warm up helped me have more awareness in my core and pelvis and I feel like my inverts look smoother and easier now. Less struggle. Thank you ✨

    Pelvis forward, push against the silk before going into straddle. I think this is what I missed. I will try this technique the next time. Thank you!

    Hi, love your video. Do you have a simplified version of the last exercise (bent arm invert) for some one who is unable to lift the hips and straddle 7:18
