Thanks! I did this video at least five days a week for about five months and it was extremely helpful to me for losing over 75 pounds. My knee pain is now gone, I attribute that to all the squats in this video. What I thought would be lifelong shoulder pain is now very mild and it was very helpful and getting me to a point where I am now doing a 3000 push-up challenge in the month of May.

First, I thought it was too focused on legs, but it’s not. I did it with 10 kg of additional weight and felt amazing. Now, I’m finishing with 12 sets of pull-ups. Thanks for the video! :)

Tried it again today, after a bit of a break from this routine however, just realising it is just so good. Absolutely loved it. I am sweating from head to toe and ready for another 10 - 15 minutes before cooling down. Thank you so much.

This workout was perfect as I don’t need any kit and can do it at home which is just what I need. I can’t wait to see what other workouts you have put out that I can do!

Stopped exercising for super long, used to be proud of my progress and my lean muscular physique before I let myself go. After a bunch of my friends commented on my increase in weight I decided to come back to some HIIT vids, which is where I started out. I love no repeat exercises as it keeps my focus longer, but seriously struggled with most of the on the ground exercises.. Thanks for this
