Tried for the first time and i'm glad i started it with 7kg. God damn..its hard but the video made it super easy to follow. Not gonna lie, had to take extra 5 seconds rest ha ha. Yet i'm soaking wet now...Great experience!
Great Workout.....as always 💪👍 There is only one thing that would make that Workout/your Workouts even better: a little (3 - 5 Min) Warm Up Sequence😉 I know, you have a Warm up Video on your Channel. But first do the Warm Up and that switch to the Workout - Video brings me completely out of "the Flow" 🤣
