I've been workingout since 2019 and I haven't enjoyed doing a hiit workout as I enjoyed doing this one. Everything is perfect; the 40 sec work 20 sec rest timer, the exercises, the music, the finisher, and everything ❤❤ Thanks a lot ❤

Another great and awesome workout! Love it. 40/20 is my favorite one. Unfortunately after your workouts I am so out of breath so I do not can do your Cool Downs. So I do prefer included Warm Ups because they are at the beginning of the workouts😅10 Mountain Climber + Burpee is such a great exercise. You can feel the fat is melting during this one!
This was great! Added in jumping jacks and squat jumps in the breaks ❤ but this workpit was incredible and missed ypur vids. Please do more like this with no equipment

Nice workout! What I especially liked were the exercises besides those for the legs as for the core and others. Wish some more for shoulders and for the back where in there. Your Playlist is absolutely fantastic and very fitting. Enjoyed it very much. Maybe you could add a short warmpup to your workouts? This would complete them in a good way. What also very good is that you don't talk. Interesting to see how motivating body language can be and also enough for understanding ;) Thank you!
I done this for 1 month and lost so weight and fat for me to keep the muscle I did chair dips and push-ups and all that stuff I was in a 1600 calorie deficit that help a lot….
My first time doing a workout with you. I burned about 366 active calories, so not bad considering many of the exercises wouldn't register as burning many, such as the pushups or core workouts, but those were good for me, so thank you
