exactly, and it's a bit too extravagant for the neighborhood. It's a type of house that shouldn't be having neighbors withing a 3 mile radius but rather covered by land and lots of trees. Maybe even a lake in the backyard
Gorgeous home, though I wonder about how exposed someone would feel surrounded so closely by neighbors and proximity to the street. Put that house on a more secluded lot and it would be perfect!
This house has zero privacy. I could see someone wanting a glass house if they had acres of land with no visible neighbors or direct view from public streets; but, having a glass house that your neighbors and the public can see into is wild.
I do not understand how any texan would love and enjoy this home. The view from just about all windows makes you feel like you're hanging out beside a street which you pretty much are with how close this home is to the street and multifamily buildings. Sheesh
There are alot of ways to fix the privacy issues but I feel the developer and architect are so in love with the architecture they don’t want to cover it or hide it… this is a flaw in design they could have found ways to make it look good at the street and still raised street facing windows just above head hieight or decorative feature walls that look good from both sides and cover the view from the interior. The bedrooms have houses looking straight into the and this can be fixed with light shelfs or pergolas that obstruct the view from over the fence and create cozy side yard spaces.
No - having kitchen appliance hardware built into marble or stone is actually really stupid! What if that appliance goes out and that same company changes something on next model - you’re screwed because you drilled holes into the marble or granite- pretty stupid!!
What’s crazy is that the Beautiful home is in a prestigious neighborhood while being in the middle of the city. So they have access to all the cool restaurants, bars etc. A beautiful home like that should be in a more suburban area with lots of trees and land.
This is just a floating art wall “they designed” so you can constantly be changing out pieces of art, which is a great feature. So it’s a normal wall then? “This is a beautiful space for entertaining” True. But for family living that would be horrible. Way too much glass and no walls? No thanks. After dropping 7 mill, how much is the a/c bill when it gets 110 degrees outside for 4 months and all my walls are glass?
As someone believe in feng shui, I'll never buy a house like this. I assume someone who's able to afford a house like this will have their own business and this house is probably the last thing a business owner wants to buy.
Interesting home if it had more taller walls around the home one could reconsider it. The hostess was fun it took me a few minutes to understand her accent. The home feels industrial and modern but didn't have a pool or a gym would be expected for such a sum. I liked the size of the sleeping quarters not sure what one has an actual bath. 2 cinema rooms is a great idea and office and study room as well as 2 laundry rooms. Interesting indoor and outdoor kitchen. I love her car she is a fascinating host reminds me of another real estate lady in NYC I like the fact she is older as well LH should have at least one or two hosts who are older for the rest of us who aren't as young. Not that I mind they are fun and enthusiastic but older people want to buy homes too. Just a thought :)
If you care an ounce about privacy, you can do so much better for $7MIL. If being directly by the city isn't top priority, go see what you can get in the Southlake area or Frisco area.
At near $7m I can't say I like anything about the house or its small overlooked garden at the back. The sound of that car leaving at the end of the video just about says it all.
Ya but you can find a similar house for a couple million less in a similar area of many other states, and without the mind boggling property taxes, skyrocketing energy costs, and dramatically increasing violent crime rates of Dallas
I will never understand how you can spend so much money on a house and have ZERO privacy. Wall to wall with the neighbors and always such desolate little properties
Yea - you’re going to need those blinds as you will not have any privacy!! Do you not see those neighbors looking into your house! OMG! $7M?? Really? You have to keep all blinds closed for privacy- how about $495k!!
Why would you put something like that right in front of such an accessible public street? The set back is horrible. That better be a gated community or this is just dumb and makes no sense. A house with this much glass only makes sense on a secluded land with lots of acreage with either tall trees or hedges to hide the house.
Great presenter and the sound of that Mustang, oh yes! The house? Weird, naked and tasteless. So far, the houses in FL and CA were all great, but the ones in TX remind me of the drum kits of the heavy metal bands of 80’s; just big and no character whatsoever.
the designer is not a professional, this house is good in the forest, in large areas. but, unfortunately, this place is unsafe and cramped. beautiful view into the neighbor's bedroom. 7 million for what?
And more glass. 😂😂😂😂 Living in a jar😅 Like a pickle. Also high potential to become subject for true crime podcast. Legend says that Leatherface is still around👤
Please reconsider the way this video is edited. Any time I focus on anything there's a new shot. Perhaps take a look at Enes, the videography is second to none.
The video of this home is in Highland Park. Don't like this design nor area. One of the best areas imo is Turtle Creek, hands down. Turtle Creek is more private with much more greenery. It's a matter of opinion of course.
No-one else bothered by the fact the entire street can see in?
Its Texas. Everyone has guns so no problems!
No
exactly, and it's a bit too extravagant for the neighborhood. It's a type of house that shouldn't be having neighbors withing a 3 mile radius but rather covered by land and lots of trees. Maybe even a lake in the backyard
It's just ike my home. Put roller blinds up
Beautiful house but yes first it came to my mind.
Gorgeous home, though I wonder about how exposed someone would feel surrounded so closely by neighbors and proximity to the street. Put that house on a more secluded lot and it would be perfect!
I think the whole inside/outside thing works much better when you are surrounded by nature rather than nearby neighbors.
This house has zero privacy. I could see someone wanting a glass house if they had acres of land with no visible neighbors or direct view from public streets; but, having a glass house that your neighbors and the public can see into is wild.
Gorgeous! Minimalism but full detail luxury moden style,I really like it.
"How much glass would you like?"
"Yes"
😂😅
No privacy , this house in the suburbs , surrounded by trees would be perfect !
Nearly 7MILLION !!! At least being that close to the street i can see the face of those stealing my car from my massive front garden !!
🤣🤣🤣
It's at least $3M over price. There's no land
@@Mr_Kenneth Never a wood or steel framed house would cost all those millions. Not a solid house; that is the problem with most houses in USA.
I do not understand how any texan would love and enjoy this home. The view from just about all windows makes you feel like you're hanging out beside a street which you pretty much are with how close this home is to the street and multifamily buildings. Sheesh
I’m a Texan and love it. Dripping Springs baby!
It’s Highland Park. What’s the point having money if you can’t show it off?
The way TH-cam recommends to me videos of amazing homes, I have no doubt about the fact that God is saying something😊

This is a beautiful home. I loved your tour plus your outfit is beautiful.❤❤❤❤
Never mind the property - what an extremely attractive Texan Lady! and Mustang.
What’s crazy is that the Beautiful home is in a prestigious neighborhood while being in the middle of the city. So they have access to all the cool restaurants, bars etc. A beautiful home like that should be in a more suburban area with lots of trees and land.
Here super early, Excited as hell 🤣
That was an amazing car she drove in. The car alone is the reason to buy the house. I felt like Jane Lynch gave this tour
it's bad 4 the environment
i cant believe there are windows right next to the primary suite. and no grand entrance? there are some serious drawbacks.
This house look more like a showroom
Not much of a garden and no pool for 7 million, lovely inside though, thanks 🏴❤️👍
Great host!
This is gorgeous.
This is just a floating art wall “they designed” so you can constantly be changing out pieces of art, which is a great feature.

After dropping 7 mill, how much is the a/c bill when it gets 110 degrees outside for 4 months and all my walls are glass?
This is fantastic 👏 👌
I bet this is great at night.. the entire neighborhood can see what you're up to, not to mention your immediate neighbors.. who are about 6 feet away.
What a horrible house! Do you see all the big windows where all the neighbors can watch you and do you see the traffic driving by! OMG! Really? Why??
Nice home
That would be a phenomenal home with waterfront views!
As someone believe in feng shui, I'll never buy a house like this. I assume someone who's able to afford a house like this will have their own business and this house is probably the last thing a business owner wants to buy.
It's more like a gallery or a restaurant than a home. Too much glass for walls. It doesn't feel homey at all.
It’s a work of art but It’ll be nicer when the trees grow and block the view of all the traditional McMansions around the house.
Minimalist grando-mania
Love the house but I don’t like the stairs….never liked it when they extend the steps all the way across.
Home is fabulous 💙 invite the neighbors over if they have an issue

Not a fan of the house (just not my style) but this woman is wonderful! I could listen to her for hours
Is the vehicle traffic on 2 or 3 sides of the house?

That neighborhood doesn't match that house. It looks out of place
I think I prefer Southfork.
There’s a full length window in the master shower that faces the neighbor.
Beautiful design but I'm just not feeling that lot.
Nice home doesn’t seem like ideal location. Very well decorated
Basically a contemporary interpretation of Frank Lloyd Wright's Praire Style Architecture
At near $7m I can't say I like anything about the house or its small overlooked garden at the back. The sound of that car leaving at the end of the video just about says it all.
Lovely.
At that price and no pool in hot Texas?
Beautiful, but obviously privacy is a big problem in this home. I mean, if you enjoy people looking into your home all of the time.
House out of place with neighborhood
Ya but you can find a similar house for a couple million less in a similar area of many other states, and without the mind boggling property taxes, skyrocketing energy costs, and dramatically increasing violent crime rates of Dallas
Beautiful house without doubt, but at that price point I'd like a lot more privacy and don't want to see cars driving by!
I will never understand how you can spend so much money on a house and have ZERO privacy. Wall to wall with the neighbors and always such desolate little properties
are these glasses safe?
A house this beautiful, why would you want to sell it? Unless your wife demanded you move the family back to CA….
I live in Dallas and honestly these houses and the ones in University Park are ridiculous. I would not live in either of those white towns.
This is the studio house
Sheesh, that’s a HUGE price reduction!!!
Yea - you’re going to need those blinds as you will not have any privacy!! Do you not see those neighbors looking into your house! OMG! $7M?? Really? You have to keep all blinds closed for privacy- how about $495k!!
You call it home, it is really a office.
Why would you put something like that right in front of such an accessible public street? The set back is horrible. That better be a gated community or this is just dumb and makes no sense. A house with this much glass only makes sense on a secluded land with lots of acreage with either tall trees or hedges to hide the house.
Feels like a big glass warehouse turn to home
😍 casa maravilhosa, aconchegante...uma das mais bonitas que já vi👌🏻
cool

This home needs walls....wayyy too easy to access.
😍😍😍😍
Beautiful home but horrible location that house belongs on a large acreage property w no neighbors to enjoy all those views
Too much glass
Too exposed 😮
Great build and design… but Dallas.
And the dog can pee on the artificial turf. Great idea
This is just depressing
This property doesn't appeal to me,it comes across as too modern & doesn't have character.
If youre selling a $7m home, you dont race through the presentation. You show off the detail. The presenter had zero charisma
lol it's such laughable property, the owners must be exhibitionists.
And more glass. 😂😂😂😂 Living in a jar😅 Like a pickle. Also high potential to become subject for true crime podcast. Legend says that Leatherface is still around👤

well if you're into voyeurism this is you r dream home.
@@e.s.5529 So, THIS is your dream home. You are clearly into voyeurism, aren't you? I mean, you do watch TH-cam videos. The hypocrisy at its finest.

For a condo but a home like this? lmao
@@MobtacticsBruh This home (video above) is in Highland Park.
Turtle Creek is a different area of Dallas, which I was referring to.
